If I had to have a flat tire luckily it happened right in front of Great Automotive Solutions. Wayne the man who works there was exceptionally helpful even though tires are not really part of the job there. He offered me assistance right away, took the bad tire off for me and gave me a ride to the tire shop and back to my car, and put the new tire on and checked around to make sure nothing was damaged from the tire blowing the way it did free of charge! I was truly astounded by the helpfulness, generosity, and kindness of a complete stranger! I give Wayne from Great Automotive Solutions five stars for outstanding customer service and five stars for being an exceptional human being! I sincerely hope anyone who sees this post will go by there and let Wayne take care of your car. You couldn't put it in better hands!
