Happy to have my car back. Robert kept me updated on my car repairs. My pick up date was a day earlier than estimated. Front desk was also friendly and welcoming I would recommend this location to friends and family.

Mallory was awesome. She kept me informed every step of the way. I didn t get off work until the shop closed. The whole team stayed at the shop and remained open. So, I could pickup my vehicle after I got off work.

Mallory and Debbie were great. They talked to me step by step on what would happen to get my vehicle repaired. Unfortunately, it was a total loss but also helped me step by step to know what would happen next and helped with the insurance company too. There were many delays because of insurance reasons but caliber was understanding with the issues. The rest of the team I did not meet personally did their part in the background to. Easy to make an appointment online for repairs. The staff was very friendly and helpful getting the repairs scheduled and completed. My son was using my truck to go to work when he had an accident where he rear ended another vehicle. Teenagers ugh! I called Calliber and they came the next day to tow the truck to their garage. My service advisor (also named Robert) did a great job explaining how the process would work and how long it would take to complete the repair. They worked directly with my insurance company which made everything easier. The truck was ready on the exact day that they said it would be completed and now it looks better than before the accident. I would highly recommend Calliber Collision!

I brought my car to this place to repair my car from a hit from someone. after about 20 days i get my car back with issues of headlights not working and not having my bumper correctly aligned with the hood. and when i get my car back their were marks inside the car and too dusty. They didn t return the car how i gv it to them. They weren t responsible enough to make a customer happy. As a college student taking 5 classes and a full time worker going back and forth about this issue is very disturbing when in the first place they could hv checked and inspected the car before giving it back to me and instead they r saying the headlight issue wasnt there before. im seriously very disappointed in their service.

They repaired a whole list of things after the accident. Ms.Keisha was very nice and patient with me throughout the whole process and also calmed me down since I was very shaken up. Very disappointed. My insurance company sent me there. It was 3 pm and was informed no one could help me as everyone was " at lunch" but they close at 5. After telling me there was nothing the receptionist could do, she text me a link to upload photos( don't know why they didn't tell me this before I wasted my time driving there), and they would send me an estimate. I even included in the comment section that this was an insurance claim. Once I received the claim, it was " written for customer pay". Which is cool, but I submitted it to my insurance (USAA) and they are a USAA approved facility. Long story short they were trying to charge me twice what the insurance would pay. Poor service, zero follow up on my estimate, and unethical.
