I took my vehicle to this shop for an oil and differential fluid change. Both Luis and Alexis were the techs that serviced my vehicle. They were very nice and professional. Prices were fair. This will be my go to place for car maintenance.

Experience could not have been better. Went for an inspection so I could register my car. Was met while getting out of car. Taken care of right away. Courteous and professional staff. Real pros.

I'm here again and I've been reading recent reviews - it's now 4:20 and my car was immediately taken back (there's was only one car in the service bay) - total time for the service (synthetic blend oil) was 15 minutes.I've been coming to this location (before and after the name change) since 2018.No complaints - FYI print out a coupon from their site!

Stopped in for an oil change. Very nice staff. Changed oil as well as air and cabin filters. Helped me remove and replace stripped and rusted license plate bolts. Not busy but seemed not interested in doing an oil change which ended up being very expensive (quoted $131). Maybe it was late in the day and they wanted to go home. Don't think I'll be back but it is convenient to those living in Lakes of Savanah. Good Luck.

I took my truck to do an oil change today. Pulled up to the place at 12:35pm the place closes at 1pm on Saturday's. The manager on duty said that he couldn't take my truck because they already started to close the shop. While they still had 1 one bay open and had 1 truck with the hood up he refused to take my truck so I will never be going back there..

I took my car to them because I had an oil leak and was in need of an oil change as well. The entire crew was so super nice and extremely helpful. They were able to repair the oil leak on my car and do my oil change for a reasonable price. Called ahead to make sure they were doing inspections. The person on the phone said yes, I went over there and it took me 5 min to get to the shop, he came out and said they weren't doing inspections at the time and to come back.. don't recommend going to this place, save yourself some time, and go to another shop

Express Lube employee offered to do my car inspection for an extra 50 dollars and let it pass inspection because he said my window tint was too dark on my windows driver and passenger side.My windows are dealer tinted so red flags went up immediately.I went down the street and got my car inspected with no problems at all.Be careful and cautious of Express Lube and their tactics.

Manager refused to do my state inspection because he assumed I would fail because ABS light and brake lights were on. Even though it was done last year under his management. Talking about they have a new diagnostic machine and it will fail me for brake system malfunction. Went somewhere else to have it done and passed with flying colors. I believe I was discriminated because of my blue hair. All of those light have been on for 10 years and they still did inspections in the past regardless. No check engine light on, just brake lights . Poor customer service on Henry's part. Stay away from the Rosharon TX location.Service: Vehicle safety inspection

There were NO OIL LEAKS prior to taking my car there this past weekend. Dummies didn't tighten any screws. WILL NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE GUYS AGAIN.It is a fully restored car with no prior leaks.You guys obviously did not know what you were doing.Service: Oil change

Mr. Henry has been a great addition to this location! I could not be happier with ASAP and their employees. Each time I come in for an oil change Sierra and Bradley are very professional and efficient! Prices for their services are great compared to other lube centers. Thank you for taking care of my vehicle as if it were one of your family members.

I never write reviews but I had such a great experience with this shop the other day they, I felt I had to. I was greeted by a lady who got me in right away, even though they were busy. I ve always been weary of mechanics shops. I always feel like they try to sale me something I don t need, because I m a lady. I went in with the full intention on only getting an oil change. I explain to the girl that that s all that I needed and she ushered someone over to help me.Henry who I believe was the manager explained to me that they would do the oil change and he would just check a couple things for me and get me on my way. It s all Greek to me so I agree to it reluctantly, knowing that I was just going to get the basic oil change.Henry brought me outside to my car to show me my cabin air filter, which I am ashamed to say was disgusting. He then showed me my fuel system, which wasn t in great shape also.He explained to me that cleaning it would save me money in the long run. With gas prices steadily going up because the attack on the oil industry, I m glad I did. I m so great full Henry took the timeout, during a busy afternoon, to educate me on the purpose and importance of those parts. I ve never had anyone do that and to be honest it s probably because of my demeanor. I go in on the defense ready to say no. You know the old saying about mechanics and I ve been fooled before. However they showed me the proof, were not pushy,(I hate that. It will make me not come back), and we re very professional and patient, with an old lady like me. Definitely will be returning here for my vehicle needs it s so hard to find anyone trustworthy these days.

This place is awesome. They provide the service you ask for at a reasonable price without trying to upsell...even vacuuming out your car. AND they are lightning fast! Which is why I keep coming back. People say the staff are rude but I really don't care about the courtesy of the employees. I come here to get my oil changed, not to make friends. However, I have never experienced any rudeness. Probably because I don't have diarrhea of the mouth. Extroverts tend to get in their feelings when people only communicate what needs to be communicated and don't yap unnecessarily. They have actually always been quite pleasant and explains effectively what's being done well.

There was a change in ownership. I liked this place because there was no surprise cost. In the time I was there, I saw 2 people get surprised by the bill being more than $100. Usually it around $60-80 (depending on if you get an inpection or not). One person got really embarrassed when they were told it would be more than $100. They only brought $80, like usual, and had to call a friend to bring them money to pay. I made sure to say "I only want an oil change." Just to be sure.The guy that was working there happened to make a snide comment about one of their own employees. You never know who is listening...they could be family of that person. (Side note:People don't quit the job/work, they quit the boss)Yes, this place is ASAP as soon as they start working on your car. However, I will more than likely not be coming back.

Firestone wasn t able to do our inspection because they had capped out for the month. The lady at ASAP turned us away for something that has never been an issue on our vehicle in past inspections. We figured she wasn t interested in helping because of how quickly we got turned away and just her overall demeanor towards us.Perhaps better customer service and transparency in pricing will help customers feel more comfortable when coming to do business there. As for us, we will be continuing our business with Firestone instead. At least there they treat us better.

These guys are super fast and efficient. I take my work van there on every needed oil change. I use to rely on Firestone or NTB on my oil changes with a wait time of over an hour. These guys will get you out the door in 15 to 30min.

Have been comi g here for years but new owners and the guy.came out asked what do you want. Looked stoned out his mind cap on backwards. Just unprofessional to me. If you go enjoy your oil change.

Where is the older short lady?! She was always on top of things and had everything running so smoothly. I ve been going here for many years but I visited September 23 and today the 28th and she was not here. The guys told me the wait was a little over an hour! I used to be in and out so sad this was our go to oil place even though we live in Alvin!
