Superb, honest, and prompt service from a very dedicated team. I had a tire burst and got the car towed here. Tammy ordered the similar tire to what I have on the Accord and it was all fixed the next day. They ensured there was no need to replace the rim if it s not damaged (typically very first thing a dealership does is change it all). Also, changed the tire pressure monitoring sensor and only charged me for tire and sensor price. They re very transparent about everything which I surely admire as it s tough to find places like these in car service business.Love the 2 dogs hanging around too..

288 Complete Automotive is a very great mechanic shop. Very nice and professional people. They service all domestic and foreign vehicle. Took my wife Mercedes Benz for an alignment and I was shocked at how reasonable the alignment cost. Some alignment places didn t do it and the ones that did was 120 and up. I even called Christian Brothers thinking they would be reasonable and they alignment cost just as much as the dealership. Everybody that needs car maintenance should definitely take their vehicle to them. From here on out they will definitely be my go to for my vehicle maintenance needs. Great service and great prices.

I have nothing but great things to say about this mechanic shop. Starting with the front deck, as I entered through the door I was greeted by a very friendly woman who documented all the information I gave her concerning my vehicle which was issues with my power windows. My truck was ready the same day and communications about my vehicle was discussed prior to work being done. I m very satisfied with the work that was done and will return in the future for mechanical issues.

Over priced ! And half the job they do isn t right . Don t trust. Go somewhere in west park you ll save twice as much money.1. They blew my fuse bc they tried jump starting it with opposite charges.2. Piece I needed was under 200$ and was charged 600 to install3. Diagnostic is free at auto shops let alone auto part stores4. Even the tow companies warned me to go somewhere else

I got some really bad info here.I suggest always getting a second opinion before having them do work. I was told we needed a new motor after a diagnostic they ran. Got charged for one. Come to find out they never put it on a machine and just listened to it. Charged us for the diagnostic but they did refund me back. Come to find out my sparkplug coil wire came loose. It cost $0 to fix.

This is a TERRIBLE auto repair shop. They took thousands of dollars in bogus repairs and gave us back our car in worse condition than when we gave it to them! They ran up a huge bill on useless repairs and when we finally got our car back, it died 200 feet from their shop entrance!They damaged the transmission and ripped a giant hole in the car's frame by improperly towing the vehicle.The owner, Mr. Hobbs, has an unprofessional attitude, takes NO responsibility and he doesn't even know how to properly tow a vehicle!Currently my lawyer is filing a lawsuit against Mr. Hobbs to regain all of the money we spent on needless repairs, the cost to repair the giant hole Mr. Hobbs ripped in our car's frame, loss of use and any other recoverable damages we may be entitled to..RUN, don't walk away from these con artists. They are a customer's worst nightmare! They will rob you blind and cause all manner of damage to your vehicle, then refuse to work with you in order to come to a fair and equitable resolution.

Hands down, has to be one of - if not the best automotive service centers I have ever been to. I had an electrical issue with my 4x4 system, and they had it completed within 15 minutes. I will be using them for all my vehicle issues in the future! Thank you for all you did to help me!

288 came as a recommendation from my neighbor. He told me they have always treated him fair. Took my vehicle there and they definitely were upfront and fair with me. I really appreciate honesty in this day and time.

My mom and I both like this place as we feel like they are very honest with us, don t try to sell us on things we don t need and are always able to fit us in last minute. With that said, I absolutely do not like the man at the front. He is a total A$$, rude and very condescending. If from now on, I could talk only to Kevin and the other owner guy that would be awesome! My mom has no problems with him and he s nice to her so maybe he only likes older people, I don t know! Other than Senior grouchy pants at the front I highly recommend 288 automotive!

I brought my vehicle in for diagnosis for "TRAC OFF" "VSC TRAC" lights. The lights would go on and off while driving but weren't on when I dropped the vehicle off. They told me the problem was I needed new brakes and sensors. They said too much brake fluid was being used to stop the car. So, I get all that done and they tell me the car is fixed and the lights are off. I get in the car and drive off and immediately bring it back because the "TRAC OFF" "VSC TRAC" and now the "ABS" lights are ALL on. The "ABS" light was not on at all before. Before, the other 2 lights went off and on while driving but not immediately upon pressing the accelerator.At the shop, one person said drive around for a while because sometimes the sensors need to reset and bring it back if it doesn't. Another person said is was the ABS module based on the code readout they did before I picked it up. No one said anything about the ABS module when I picked it up or any other codes until after I brought it immediately back. How could these errors be there and nobody said a word. So, I took it home and drove it for a couple days but there was no change, and my car drives terrible without the traction control. I brought it back and asked them to check it out. Instead, they kept it for a couple hours and then told me that it's the abs module based on the code readout. Nobody checked anything: the new sensors they installed, brake fluid...etc...The car did not move. Again...when I originally went to pick the car up no one even mentioned any current codes at all until I brought it back. I'm so frustrated. I brought the car in with 2 intermittent lights and now I have 3 constant lights. If the problem was the abs module, why was I told it was my brakes and sensors? If this was a new problem that popped up, why did no one mention this to me until I brought it back? It makes me question everything now. I had previously heard so many good things about this place, but this was a very poor experience.

I won't go anywhere else! Those guys take care of buisness! They know what they are doing and they are honest! The front office staff is professional and kind. Eric usually works on my vehicles. The atmosphere is peaceful and the price is right!

That s it never again!! Man at the front desk is a mad man. Have spent quite a bit of money at that place. If customer service is important to you don t go there at all!! It s convenient to the surrounding area, prices are cheap but you get what you pay for. If you want to be treated with respect Ladies and Gentlemen don t go there. Would give them a ZERO if I could. The owner makes excuses for the old man s bad behavior. He got into my personal space, entirely too close. Sick and disgusting behavior!! You don t want customers to walk pass the shop door, but not much going on but stray dogs walking around, smoking and slinging spit. We have used them 5 times since moving to the Houston area. They are honest and explore all options to help you get your vehicle back into service. The prices destroy the local dealerships ( Toyota ) but are not dirt cheap. They saved us hundreds of dollars vs getting a major repair on our Sequoia at the dealership. We will continue to use them.

Hoping I found a mechanic to work on our vehicles. We have a vehicle that starts squealing after driving it about 45 mins. The dealer couldn t figure it out because they couldn t hear it nor had time to drive it around. Wife drove from Pasadena and it started making it. We went in to see if they could listen to it and have an idea of what it s doing so that we could drop it off Monday. Guy at the front desk couldn t spare us 5 mins just to hear the sound. Said they closed in a hour and had vehicles to finish. I get it I m a service manager, but to spare us 5 minutes to have someone step out the shop and hear it seemed like the hardest thing to do for him and kept saying we close in a hour . I felt like he could ve helped a little better then that. Instead wanted us to drive it around Monday morning until it made the sound then take it in. Poor customer service from him. I m in the same industry and know 5 mins to help someone who needs it is nothing. Maybe ill try again a different day. So many good reviews to get that first impression.

My guys! Great group of gentlemen. Straight up fellas.It Sept.11, 2023And my words still stand about the guys at 288 Complete Automotive! I've been going to them since day 1. They have always been honest and always wanting to do the job right. I have never had to take any of my vehicles back for any job they have done, and that's saying alot. They have always gone over, under, sideways, backwards, front, and reverse for that matter, of explaining to me what needs to be done and what options I have to get my car in the best state it can be. What more can be said, I've been living in this area since 2013 and had been waiting for a great mechanic shop to be close by, and honestly, we got lucky that these guys decided to set up shop here. So thanks so much Alex and Kevin, you have a very demanding career and you do it well.Until next time gentlemen. God bless

The service is great and the people are kind however I was promised a quote ON PAPER and then later on , months later when I called, the older guy in the front said I could not get the quote that was written to me on paper because it wasn't in their computer as If I am responsible for that or know. Then turned around and tried to charge me more for tires and labor. Everything went from $200 to $500. I won't be back. Thank you though !Services: Tires, General repairs & maintenance

I have used 288 multiple times and will continue to do so! They have the best customer service and are always honest and uofront about services and pricing. They fixed an issue caused by a different "quick oil change place," the same day and got me safely back on the road. I can not recommend this place enough!! I woke up and tried to start my vehicle and it was dead. Got it jumped off took to Alex and crew at 288 Complete and they got me in and out in just few hours and price was very competitive. At the time of this writing this is a new shop and you can tell they have a great pride of what they are doing here. I hope this quality and attention to customer service continues. I had them replace the inner and outer tie rods, upper and lower control arms, and sway bar links on our old van with worn out suspension and do an alignment. Great work at affordable prices and Alex is great to work with. We went to a dealership to have brakes and rotors replaced due to some bad vibrations during breaking. The dealership wanted to charge $1100 for parts and labor, for obvious reasons we did a little more shopping around and remembered a neighbor telling us about Alex and his shop. We give them a call and they give us two quotes over the phone. One for parts and labor and the other for just labor. Both were way less than half the price the dealership was going to charge.Alex himself was very personable and professional. We will be doing ALL of our vehicle maintenance with him from now on. Fair prices, quick and detailed work. Thats all I can ask for from my mechanic.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Brakes

I can t speak for everyone at this establishment, but Rsndy I recommended you not have any dealings with him. Very unprofessional and continuously lying about services being done. Never even had the chance to get my vehicle to them due to the constant lying by Randy. I would not recommend this place to anyone unless you don t mind your vehicle sitting 6-8 months
