The Jeep needed some suspension repairs, an alignment, and the tires rotated. My experience with Finnegan Jeep dealership turned out to be ideal.The staff was courteous and professional, and the service was some of the best I've experienced. Following introductions and check-in, Samantha shared the next steps and indicated that she would communicate the diagnosis later in the day. Sam was diligent in her follow up to me, provided a written (via email) estimate, discussed some options, and was great about providing status updates once the repairs commenced. Upon completion,the work looked good, and the Jeep drove much better. This was definitely one of my top car repair and/or dealership experiences. I would definitely bring my vehicle in for service again.

The service department here is great! Aiuella did a great job answering all my questions and she was super nice. It was my first time here and I just drove up without and appointment. I first went to Gillman and had a terrible experience there with very unprofessional staff. But Finnegan was very professional and just had a very welcoming feel! The wait was less than estimated. The waiting room was very clean and had coffee and snacks at no charge. Prices were reasonable and service was with a smile! Highly recommended!

Took my jeep in for vibration when in reverse at cold start. My service advisor Samantha was upfront with the wait time it takes to properly diagnose the issue and to fix My vehicle. She was messaging me with updates regularly throughout the entire process. She also had the technician to explain what was found and how the issue was resolved. I am very satisfied with her service and will definitely seek her out in the future A+++

Plenty of opportunities for improvementWhere to start . Blake, who was my assigned rep did not my return calls. Sylvia just forwarded my calls without listening to the caller (rude). After multiple attempts to retrieve my vehicle, I was told that it would be ready. Therefore, it was kept longer than the time I was originally told. Once I finally arrived, it was only to find that Blake was off and that the paperwork was not even drawn. Truck wasn t even repaired. Complete bomb. Only reason it is not a 1 star is because I believe in opportunities to make things better.

Went in to have some minor recalls addressed. I waited on the vehicle expecting it would take an hour or two. About 2 hours in I was informed the service was complete and they were doing a complimentary wash. 45 minutes later I told them not to worry about it I needed to leave. When they finally brought the vehicle around 15 minutes later .. they hadn t even started to wash it, not a rinse or anything.I am a firm believer in under promise and over deliver. Don t offer a complimentary service and then drag your feet on it.

The people in the service office were nice to deal with. However, I think the department needs to rethink procedures and the repair process. I new I had a leak in my door seals and mentioned it was the problem and needed to be replaced. A week later I was notified that I had a leak in the door seals. Really? It took another 7 days to fix. To me, 2 weeks to replace one door seal is unacceptable. Also, it cost almost $600 dollars to fix. I am upset with myself for not taking it somewhere else.

So so experiences. My last visit for a routine oil change and tire rotation took 3 hours instead of the 1-1/2 we were told although we made a 9:30am appointment and arrived about 15 minutes early. Apparently they were backed up due to a lot of unforseen walk ins. Ok fine but not sure why we make appointments is my question if appointments are not priority. This was my second visit to them since purchasing my vehicle that I actually purchased from another non Jeep dealership (but wanted a Jeep dealership to service my vehicle) my first visit was short of a great experience at first on some recall and program issues but in the end the shop manager took care of me and I was able to get my vehicle problems resolved so I was happy. My only real issue other than the wait time with an appointment is that both times the same service person that was trying to help me on both occasions did not have or seem to have a lot of knowledge of what needed to happen and how to check warranty information. Each time someone else basically had to take over. not sure if this was a training issue or someone that just wasn t eager to assist. All in all I want to continue to go here for the location convenience and record keeping and knowledge of my Jeep vehicle.

For the most part I had a good experience here. I dread taking my car into dealerships because I ve only dealt with awful situations in the past. Even with a past Jeep of mine. They quoted me a week to get a diagnosis but thankfully it was done quickly within 2 days. It ended up taking longer than expected for repairs to be completed because of the warranty company going back and forth with them. I m only docking a star because it would take all day for me to get an update on the ETA. I kept getting told oh the next day maybe the next day for a week or so. I know it was more waiting on the warranty company but I wasn t able to get a loaner or rental with them until the last day before my vehicle was ready and I had to go in and demand one. All in all my actual advisor Michael and experience with the employees was positive I was just frustrated that I was paying $100 a day in Ubers & couldn t be accommodated earlier on. But my car is in great working order now. I wouldn t hesitate to take it back to them for service in the future I d just make sure you have another car or ask if they ll be able to accommodate you before service starts on your vehicle

When I took the appointment, I was told they will need two days for a diagnosis. On the day of appointment, they said I will need to leave the car for seven days! Imagine leaving the car parked in open for seven days in the Texas heat!The attitude of the technician was inconsiderate and arrogant. What happened to the polite and concerned staff they had before?My problem was simple in that the engine gets cut off at stop light to save gas stopped doing that. Why should it take seven days to fix? The supervisor said, technicians are busy working on more complex problems! Finnegan needs to add adequate staff to improve the response time.I refused to leave car for seven days and asked them to do only an oil change. That was done in two hours along with a car wash. I will need to find another dealership to fix the problem as the car is still under warranty!

Recently I went to this service center to fix the catalytic converters for my pickup truck. The converters were stolen so I have to replace a new one. I m not happy with their service. First is I requested them to use OEM part and keep the invoice for validation. They agreed at beginning but rejected to show that to me when it s done and when they get paid by my insurance. Second, sadly they didn t offer lifetime warranty but just 24 months only. Be noted they charged me $7315 for part only; it s not that cheap and therefore fair to get lifetime warranty. I wouldn t go there for any service anymore.

My experience was not bad at all. I brought my vehicle here after an accident and they were very thorough and understanding. My only issue was with the communication. My vehicle was there for about 3 weeks and had to be sent to another service center a week in. I was either calling or going up there for updates. Other than that, no problems and no issues. I d definitely go back!

Blake took care of my routine oil change and tire rotation and informed me of the necessary software updates that were needed. Got those taken care of as well which didn t add a lot to my wait time. Appreciate that he made sure my vehicle received the extra required services.

I called to schedule a diagnostic on my Jeep for some electrical issues it was having. I was told on the phone that there was a 24-72 hour period for diagnostics and I told them that was fine. After 72 hours of not hearing anything I called to get an update and they said my vehicle would not get looked at until 2-3 days later. At this point I was already upset because the people that I spoke to on the phone were very rude. Finally after a full week of my vehicle being there I called not once, not twice, but three times and each time was told the lady that was my service advisor was no longer with the company and that a manager would call me back and they were making this a top priority. By 4:30pm on Friday I still heard nothing so I decided that I was going to the dealership. When I arrived the gentleman looked at me and had not only an attitude with me but to my friend that was with me as well. I finally spoke with Maria who was very kind in letting me vent about the situation when all I simply asked for was a phone call update on my vehicle not 4 phone calls of being passed around with no help. I was very happy with Maria not only helped me but went above and beyond to get my vehicle in and worked on to be done before having to go back to work on Tuesday. I m very happy with Maria but I will not be going back because the service I experience was horrible.

Blake in the service department was a delight. He was polite, Helpful and honest. I had an appointment. I was taken right away and updated pretty quick. Truly a customer service oriented person!! Ask for him. Truly a great experience.

We were not pleased with the customer service that we received in the service department. Our car was supposed to only be in there 2 days. Before we brought our car in we made sure all the parts were in stock and we were told they were. Apparently the technician that was working on our car "quit" in the middle of working on our car and nobody in the service department thought to check on our car and reassign it to a technician. We didn't receive our car until I called and complained to the service manager almost 2 weeks later we finally received our car. The service advisor never called to tell us about what was going on with our car. And every time I tried calling to speak to the service advisor that was assigned to our car I was asked to leave a message which was never returned. Instead I would receive a text message saying our car will be ready the next day but it wasn't but I totally different service advisor.

Get a second opinion!!!Brought in a 2012 2500 ram diesel. With an issue in the turbo area. They claimed turbo had a cracked pipe in housing and DPS filter was clogged. Estimated quote $9500. My DPS filter is deleted so I find it hard that it could ve been clogged. Picked up the truck took it to another mechanic for a second opinion. He found no crack in turbo housing and found issue with air brake controller. Fixed for $250. Everyone in maintenance office was kind and professional. But their mechanics/Technicians stink.

I appreciate Blake of Finnegan's for having my Chrysler 300 repaired so quickly! In today's world with parts shortages, my concern was my car wouldn't be ready for several days. Blake provided fast service -- plus a car wash!! He was very knowledgeable; patiently answered my questions.

I ve had the worst experience with the service department at this location. I booked a diagnostic (online) on 7/29/2022 at 3:00 pm. I included that my vehicle would be towed to the service department. My vehicle was dropped off before the scheduled appointment time. After waiting 30-45 minutes after my appointment time, I decided to call the service technician. The technician informed me that he received my vehicle but wouldn t be able to perform the diagnostic for 5-7 business days. My vehicle was on the lot for almost 4 days before they entered it into the system. I ve asked several times for a rental car and have been given different responses. A month later and I m still at square one.

Their service department has turned into a clown show. We bought our 2018 Pacifica from Finnegan and had it serviced a couple times previously without issue, so when it developed an oil leak recently I figured I would take it there. First tried the website bot that offered to make the arrangement and entered all the information but after a day with no response I made the mistake of using their online appointment system. I've used similar services for medical appointments so why not use if for a car? Showed up the next morning to meet with "Jack" the service advisor, who proceeded to advise me that they were so backed up they wouldn't be able to look at the vehicle for at least 5 - 6 days. I said we can't go without a car for that long, Jack replied we used to provide loaner cars for customers but not any more. He didn't offer any other solutions, like rescheduling the service for the following week, so I left and eventually got it repaired at Gillman. I can understand being understaffed and / or too swamped to take on new work, but why didn't they at least warn me about it? Can you imagine scheduling a doctor's appointment, arriving and then told sorry the doctor can't see you for another week? Anyway, I don't plan to ever go back there but if you are brave enough to take your vehicle to them at least talk to someone vs. using their online scheduling system.

Waited 2.5hrs for ONLY an Oil Change!! I got there early for my appt, at 4pm- 2hrs go by, and they come and let me know, they just finished and they're getting it washed. 30 min later, i get the keys. I think you should let us know how long the wait is, so I could have made arrangements to be picked up. Online when I made the appt, it only said 30 min.

The service was excellent. Even though there were several appointments at the same time, they were quick and left my car clearer than when I got there! The waiting area was very clean and offered snacks and refreshments.

Dropped my Jeep JK off at Finnegan's to have the airbag recall addressed. They were absolutely great! Service rep Monica met me and took the Jeep right in, offered a ride home (I had my own ride so wasn't necessary) and even offered to wash it for free once the work was done.Couldn't be more statisfied

We ve had two bad experiences at this dealership but this time I needed service on my Jeep so I dropped it off on a Thursday at 7;30am even made an appointment. It s now Monday and they still dont have a diagnosis, so my car has been sitting there for 4 days without being worked on and DJ our service advisor didn t even try to get us a loaner car. We had to constantly keep calling to know what was going on & get updates. He s literally the worst service advisor to deal with, lacks communication and has very poor customer service. I decided to pick up my car & decline service because it s simply ridiculous that there s still no diagnosis after 4 whole days and to my surprise DJ didn t even try to apologize or offer a solution. So if you want to go days without a car or updates come to this place. But I suggest you save your time and money and stay away for this dealerships service department because it s THE WORST. I thought it would be convenient to come here since I live 5 min away but I m for sure taking my business elsewhere. So thanks for nothing, DJ.

My car was stolen from Gillman in Houston when it was there for service and they were no help, Finnegan however was able to help us in ways we didn t think were possible. They made me and my family feel heard and understood in this tough time. The assistant manager, Roberto was able to do so much for us! The salesmen, Yamil and Otelio were very helpful as well! Beyond grateful and appreciative for the help they were able to provide for us!

Just not satisfied. Everytime I have had my vehicle serviced there has been a problem with my vehicle being serviced right. Had problems with last oil change so got complimentary oil change. Normally they wash vehicle with oil change...that didn't happen also I asked them to put air in tires...they only put air in 3 tires. No matter who's running the show they're service dept can't get it right. It's worth burning more gas and take your vehicle to be serviced in Houston or a surrounding dealer.

Not that it matters, but the service department here is the worst for so many reasons! I will find another dealership no matter how inconvenient. Everybody that we have had dealings with at this place is rude, unintelligent and non communicative. We have purchased multiple cars from this place over the years and have fought many battles to get warrantable and non warrantable work completed. They make you feel like it s your fault the new car breaking down is your fault and you have inconvenienced them to bring it up there for repair. I will not do business with this place ever again! One star is too many.

Came in for oil change last week.You all found a safety recall that wasn't revealed to me by Legacy Ford when I purchased it a few months ago.Two days after my oil change/recall service, MY TRANSMISSION LIGHT STARTED BLINKING! I had it towed immediately on Saturday the 10th.SO FAR! NOBODY CAN TELL ME ANYTHING! ITS NOW THE 16TH.I purchased the top to bottom extended warranty and was told that it doesn't necessarily mean the repairs are covered. EITHER SCENARIO, I STILL DO NOT KNOW ANYTHING! YOU OFFER NO LOANER VEHICLES AND IM LOSING WORK/MONEY EVERYDAY.IVE BEEN VERY PATIENT!I PUT MY ABSOLUTE TRUST IN YOUR DEALERSHIP! IM HOPING FOR A POSITIVE OUTCOME. I hope we can resolve this soon!!!! Got my vehicle back today. So far, All seems good.feeling hopeful.

Disappointed in this place. Moved to Rosenberg area. Had an oil change twice at this location. Got the "free inspection"...on the first visit I had a few items in the "yellow" that I planned to have "fixed" over the next visits. The next visit, everything was "green." I inquired about it and was told, everything is fine.2 weeks later, my check engine light comes on, I have my car serviced at Auto Nation. Paid $215 for a rental for a week and had $750 worth of work done.Called multiple times to discuss my concern. Manager was always in a meeting, multiple voicemails were left. No return calls. Guess I m moving on Tuh.
