Made an appointment to have my truck four wheel alignment and they got right on it. Took less than an hour. Service personnel were friendly and helpful.

Clayton is extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and goes out of his way to help his customers. I had an emergency while getting my truck serviced and he made it possible to make sure I was taken care to be able respond to the emergency. I recommend Clayton and the service team all the way!!

I was scheduled for an oil change with Candy. The appointment ran on time. The price was under $50. They offered other important services as well and when I mentioned an new oil leak after the TX winter storm they went out of their way to check that my car was safe to drive. There was a wait but being able to handle this all in one visit was awesome. Thanks guys!

Made a reservation for an oil change. Told I need a software update. Service rsp walked away did not tell me anything. After 8 mins of her in the office and me outside, I walk off. Come back 15 mins later and truck is stl running on my gas and has not moved. Told I need signature before anything is done. It is 2hrs later and still do not have my truck. No communication and no sense of urgency for the customer. Not sure if I will be coming back. Second star is for social distancing. Seems everybody is doing their part.

I purchased a Pre own Range Rover from Finnegan and was missing the spare tire which is a safety issue. I called the car salesman for three weeks and all I was getting from them was that they where trying to track down the spare tire. I had to show up to the the dealer personally only for them to tell me they did not have the spare tire. Richard the sales person not even once they offer to buy one for the vehicle. If you purchase from this dealership inspect the vehicle don t trust there professionalism because they lack. Dealership are supposed to inspect vehicle their vehicles. Richard the salesperson never notified me that the spare tire was missing and now I had to purchase a spare tire on top of what I paid for a $45,500 vehicle.

I came here May 11 for a recall on my Jeep you would think they will do everything they can to fix it,but they just keep giving me the run around. They took my number twice saying they were gona call me and they didn t, I had to keep calling them to make sure my part came in. Today my part came in my appointment was at 8am in the morning I also left it at 7.15am I called at 3 since I haven t heard anything they said it should b ready in an hour they r flushing it as we speak. I said ok, then get a call at 4.38 saying the part is broken!! My appointment was at 8am...??? Y didn t u call me around that time and tell me my part came broken and instead kept me waiting and waiting on my vehicle. I still haven t spoken to the manager yet..

I have taken my company vehicle about 5 times - I paid for oil change that was never completed , so I have to complain to manager and get it corrected. 2nd issue i- had rotars and brakes done - I take it to another mechanic and find out they finnigan did not so it correctly and left some bolts off. I contacted Jammie (service manager) and he said directors would not refund or pay for the other shop to fix it. Bottom line their service department is horrible, waist of money and time - strongly suggest go somewhere else.

Once again I am very impressed with the entire Finnegan team's service department: from the responsiveness to my request for an appointment, to the professionalism and care offered by my service advisor, Candy, and of course, the mechanics working on the vehicle. My six year old Silverado runs like a top and that is due to Finnegan's attention to the customer from start to finish.

After 15 months and 5 visits to Chevrolet Dealers Finnegan dug a little deeper to get to the bottom of the problem with a leaking oil pan. Thank you Jaime Clark , Jessica Boesch , and the mechanic that finally fixed my leaking oil pan. It has been nice having a dependable vehicle again!!!
