It was my first time using quick lane. I purchased my f150 from Legacy ford. The tech that helped me was not helpful. I asked him what type of oil is in my truck, because I just wanted to put the same in that was inside when I bought it. He just said I don t know and looked at me like I was bothering him. I want to keep my lifetime warranty at Legacy, so I went ahead and got the oil change. But bad service was not the end of it. When I got home, I had an oil leak and my rear differential was locked and would not disengage. I had to go to service early the next morning to get it fixed. I m now thinking the lifetime warranty is not worth it.

This is a great place to service any make or model of vehicle. They are located on the same lot with Legacy Ford, but they service more than just Ford vehicles. They have a friendly and efficient staff, and offer alternate transportation methods if you don't want to wait around for service work. Highly recommended!

The manager was great throughout the experience but the work took 6 hours and my radio station was tuned into another station, trash wrappers were left and my car battery only weeks old was drained. At least they replaced my new lifetime warranty battery with a new one that isn't. I won't be back.Services: Brakes, Oil changeServices: Brakes, Oil change

No appointment on Saturdays so it's first come, first serve. I walked in at 7:00 a.m. no wait, was promptly greeted and assisted. I was in and out within 40 minutes for a oil change and tire rotation

Normally I give them 5 stars. But not time. Just had my truck in for service and I notice they didn't resnap the clips on my air filter. Also they didn't clean out the leaves that were in the air filter. Also asked if they had any coupons for the Works. They said no. The next day I received a coupon for the Works in the mail. That coupon would have saved me 40.00 dollars. Not a very happy customer.

I have been servicing my F250 here since I found them a year ago. There are other dealers/shops closer to home but Legacy is by far the best and most efficient around. Always friendly and knowledgeable. I drive from Katy and I am happy to hear they opened a location closer to Katy off FM 1093. I will try the new location next service, but if needed these guys are worth the drive.

Not really sure why they call it Quick Lane. At Legacy Ford in Rosenburg the time before this last regular oil change it took 2.5 hrs. to get finished. When I went there today 11 May 2021, they said there was a two hour minimum wait. All bays were empty except for one and when I asked why, they said they had a couple of big jobs they were working on, when I asked where that the bays were empty, the rep smiled and said they were in there. I went to one of those quick lube places by the house. In and out in 30 minutes.Service: General repairs & maintenance

I had a very bad experienced of this place. I have a complete brake job and wheel alignment and not done properly especially of my brakes. I had to go back 3 times to fix my noisy brakes and they never corrected my issues. I complained to the Manager and his name Keenan and he never resolved my brake problems so what I did I escalated to the service Managers Gerald and Eddie, brought my truck to the service not the quick lane and was fixed just one time. Please do not bring your vehicle in Quick Lane because they are only good in oil changed. I don't think there mechanics at Quick Lane were trained by Ford. Its very inconvenient and frustrating for me because I have to drive 25 miles one way to Legacy Ford. It was a nightmare!!!!!!! Again DO NOT GO TO LEGACY QUICK LANE!!!!!

They don't try and tell you a bunch of nonsense like some dealerships. Just the facts just what you need. I took my new car to another dealer once and they tried to screw me around telling me my car with 30k miles was breaking down if I didn't have this $600 package of flushes and belts and filters. Was utter nonsense. It's worth the drive from downtown just for honest folks and services.

Fast service for a walk-in appointment. Nice workers. Had pre-paid for the oil change with car purchase so can't comment on pricing at this time. In and out in under an hour as a walk-in.

I bought 4 new tires for my Ford expedition 2020 and with warranty and they did not balance my tires my truck started to vibrate at 70 mph so call them a they told so rude that I would have to pay for that. Why? If I bought them with them and they didn't do the job right after that my husband that doesn't speak English ask to speak with a Spanish speaker and rude again answering doesn't matter if you speak with someone that speaks Spanish they are you going to help you! Service is fine. Staff friendly. Extremely overpriced and they seem to be happy to be priced so high. Price for an oil change increased 400% in one year. I won't be back.

From oil changes to new tires and everything in between, this Quick Lane is faultless when completing quality repairs & maintenance in super fast time. Bring any wait time down further by scheduling in advance would be my tip.

I waited for almost if not four hrs for tires and an alignment, my sales man was not helpful in letting me know what was going on, I was told that I would get a hundred dollars rebate on the tires that I was buying. At the end of the sale the rebate was not mentioned. As I played for the tires I asked about the rebate and was told that they needed to get my email address and I would get a confirmation email after the rebate was summited , I never received the email and after weeks of waiting for it I finally called the guy that made the sale, when he pulled up my information they did not have my email address, he asked for it I gave to him and he said that he would submit the rebate and give me a call back in a few minutes, well I never received the confirmation and he did not call me back. I had to keep calling and he finally called me back to say that the rebate was submitted and he did not know why I wasn't getting the email confirmations. I finally received the rebate but it was only for $70.00 and the wild goose chase started again the service manager said that he could not help me and even said that he did not have a number for someone that could. That was awful customer service and I will never give my business to them again, someone referred them to me and was with me through this ordeal so not only did you lose one customer but two and even more in the future. Service Manager good luck on covering up your employees dirt cause one day your job will be gone because of it.

Be prepared to wait awhile if you stop in. They typically don't set the proper time expectations. Which was fine when I thought they were providing quality work. However, during my last visit, I was informed that I needed my rear rotars replaced. My issue with this is that during my previous visit I asked about my brakes. I was informed that they would let me know once they needed to be changed. (Should be apart of the multipoint inspection) Had they checked when I asked and told me I needed my brake pads replaced, I would've been spared the added cost... The manager did reach out to me and apologize and inform me that things were changing at this quicklane. However, that doesn't change the fact that I had to spend extra money as a result of their negligence.****Update***Update from my previous post...The day after my brakes were maintenanced I noticed that the front brakes started knocking. Took it back in they said it was a minor lube issue overlooked by the service tech on my brakes. Normally I would think this was a simple mistake and it wouldn't be a big deal. However, combined with my previous multipoint inspection issue, this was a preventable waste of time and not the quality of work one would expect to get at a dealership.

Had to get my Ford OEM camper tire sensors retrained. Nobody else had been able to do it. It took them about 5 minutes to get the job done.

Make sure you check your lug nuts before you drive off! I always do a walk around and check every one of them and luckily I did this time because my locking nut was not even hand tight on it and it could have vibrated off and went through someone's windshield!!

Place is ok, a little too expensive and wait times are usually more than 2 hours every time I've been. Which is about 6 times. But they are nice people and it isn't as terrible as other places I've been.

Terrible customer service, the manager is incredibly unprofessional and generally not a good person, steer clear of this establishment unless you're looking to get your day ruined.
