I don't think I've ever had a good experience at this location but today was even weirder.I came in and the store seemed a little busy. I knew what I was looking for so I just browsed around for a moment. While I was looking around I noticed the selections to choose from were actually quite nice. I found what I was looking for and the line was down to one gentleman. I was on the phone with a friend and noticing how annoyed the man at the front was... I totally get it. He seemed to be alone and had some people to help and a caller on the line or something. There was a language barrier between the two it seemed but the cashier was so annoyed I almost felt like he was just aming that anger at an innocent and confused costumer. The costumer realizes he doesn't have his ID or something for the purchase he apologized and said he'd be back later. I was uncomfortable just watching the interaction so I walked away and looked around a bit longer while chatting on the phone with a friend. I made mention that maybe the employee was having a bad and feeling overwhelmed and returned to wait as he finished another phone call with a costumer. This guy was very busy, what made me decide to put my product down and go to another location was the way he reacted the costumer on the phone. I watched as this man asked a question over the phone but as he got an answer he let his frustration win and held the phone with an outstretched arm and threw his head and shoulders over toward the counter and said something along the lines of "son of a b**ch" then returned to his call just as aggressively as it would have been if he'd of just said it to the person. I understand a rough day but I was so uncomfortable I just had to leave

Good spot to pick up parts from. I'm always thankful when they have it in stock or know how I can get it as quickly as possible

I usually buy most of my car and truck parts here, I was working on my daughter 4 runner, the belt broke on her engine and went into the front main seal and eat it up so I replaced the belt and seal so I went to O'Reilly and for the belt and they had to order the seal so in 3 hours they had my seal and a seal kit, I purchased both the seal and the seal kit because I hadn't started working on the engine yet but it was leaking out a lot of oil and want to make sure I had the right parts, it was only 16 dollars and some change for both parts, O'Reilly has good prices and parts and most of the guys who work there are knowledgeable about parts and tools you need to get the job done.

Worst customer service ever !!!!! Came to this location because the one close to my house did not have the part I needed .There is 4 employees not a single one greeted us or asked can they help with anything , we waited like 3 minutes and to see if they would say anything . A lady just came out looked at us and went back , the only guy on the computer looked at us and instead of helping picked up an empty trash can and took it to the back .I am not the one to complain but this is very sad how people don t care about their job or keeping their customers .By the way no customers were in the store at all .No ever giving my business to this place .I d give 0 start if I could .

This place went downhill bad ! The managers don t even care about the customers experience. It was my second time in and still a bad experience. Wish I would ve gotten the names corporate needs to start over with this store . There was only two people and one of the boys was just taking his sweet time and the manager was just straight up rude . So much for me liking O Reillys . Will definitely let people know about this . I m disappointed. Where is the zero stars option .

After the website sent me to the store on Hwy 90 for the parts I needed. Hwy 90 sent me to this location. Upon arrival I was the only customer in the store, but the people behind the counter ignored me. Finally one guy offered to help, but they didn't have the part in stock either. The guy just tells me to have a nice day. Luckily there is another parts store across the street where the people were eager to help and had the parts in stock.

I went to the store in Rosenberg, Tx. On Hwy 36. I needed a new rear windshield wiper and a few other things. Went to go find the size windshield wiper I needed with the computer by the windshield wipers. The batteries must have been low in it or something because you couldn't see the read out. No problem, I'll just go to the counter and see if they can help. Apparently they have better things to do than even acknowledge anyone. I was standing at the counter waiting for help and there were 2 employees a man and a woman behind the counter talking to each other. The woman turned around and looked at me and didn't say a word, just turned away and walked off. Then the guy turned to look at me and again never said a word, and just took off. There are no customers in the store (now I know why) and around 4 or 5 employees and no one would even acknowledge that I was there at the counter waiting for help. No one offered to help until I finally spoke up and by that time I decided O'reillys must not need my business so I won't be shopping there ever again. The employees are too busy visiting with each other and yelling across the store to each other. It was very unprofessional. Thats ok though, because I drove over to Auto Zone and the folks over at Auto Zone were great!

Well she didn't play no games came out with the part offered me all the warranties . I was satisfied and I'll be back . Great job the store on 1st Street Rosenberg Texas thanks a lot Angela

Everytime I see one of your driver deliver to the shop on the phone while driving and then will take thier time in the car still on the phone

Not sure I'd the worker their was just ready to go home or if she just didn't want to help me out. I came from out if town and Esperanza was just plain rude. All the others have been patient with me but she made me not want to come to this store again.

Jeanette and Leon helped me out so much. I was in and out so quick. Leon informed me they install the windshield wipers I purchased and walked up right away to help me!

Some of the staff is very knowledgeable, and friendly. Never had a real problem with ordering parts through O'Reilly Auto Parts.

I needed to replace an oxygen sensor on a chevy .. this dude wasn t helpful at all tall dude glasses short hair, dark skin , the level of laziness is unbearable.. you should know something about cars or at least try if you work here .. they just wanna make hours n kick it around the clock ...

So one of the three dudes is sitting there on his phone, ignoring us, and the shop phones ringing, and the other two dudes moving at snails pace coupled with not knowing what the Hell they are doing, made this one of the worst auto part stores I've had to waste my time in. And all auto part stores are filled with idiots. But this store, this store needs to fire everyone, and start over.Try hiring ppl that have made it past 5th grade.

I enjoy buying my truck parts there. The counter people are always helpful and make sure that you have the correct parts before you leave the store.

Always helpful in finding a solution every time I visit. Prices are comparable with other auto parts stores. I choose this location for my local auto part needs.

They need new staff .. all they do is stand around and talk to each other or have friends go visit and talk to them .. meanwhile people are standing there with their stuff or waiting on parts they e already paid for .. and getting now help !!!! HIRE PEOPLE THAT ACTUALLY WORK !

Returned unopened bottle of antifreeze with absolutely no questions and sales person diagnosed my check engine light on top of that.
