I came here a couple times to get multiple things done. Benny took care of me the entire time. He made sure my appointments were set up even when I couldn t make some of them. He s very nice and makes sure their clients are taken care of. It was appreciated. Thank you Benny!

Each person that helped me was phenomenal!! First, I arrived 15 minutes before they closed. I apologized profusely, but was told it was fine since they were still open. Wait whaaat....no attitude ...already off to a great start . Second, they were able to replace my battery and add some much needed air to my tires since my poor car was in storage for 8 months. What I liked most was their honesty. They didn't try and sell me any tires, even though I was convinced I my front two needed replacing. I truly appreciate them, and would 100% return to this establishment. I wish I'd gotten the names of the two women and the manager, I think (he's from Palm Beach ) who helped me so I could give them their proper shout out. Regardless, thank you...seriously!!

I've been here several times, and no complaints. Most recently just needed 2 tires swapped from steel wheels over to some aluminum wheels. The tire tech did both in about 10 minutes including spin balancing, then took the time to explain some of the factory tire marking and what they meant. Very friendly and helpful.

These guys were recommended by my cousin. I just moved here from California and needed new tires and battery these guys helped me fix my car in a timely manner. Bruno the mechanic was so busy but still got my car finish right away. Ashley in the front desk was also so nice and explained to me the cost and warranty.

This Rosenberg location has an outstanding Manager Dwayne and a fantastic service person, Ashley. They give outstanding value for my money...and gave me advice how how to save money on repairs. I bought 4 tires for my truck and then went back two days later to buy more tires for my Camry. Shop NTB!

I went here to get a new set of tires and everyone we worked with was so polite and friendly! Especially Steven and Ashley. Steven had us laughing while we were waiting for them to bring my car around. I highly recommend going here!

Came in for a new set of tires was in and out in under a hour with alignment. Price was reasonable couldn t ask for a better experience. Especially on a tight schedule. Dwayne is the man and his team is great!

Yo this place is legit. Dwayne is a good dude. The techs are good, they really do take care of your vehicle and are honest as well. I've been here 3 times and it's been good service everytime.

Ashley Flores and her associates gave me the best price and best service ever;including akil and Nika! A perfect team effort of working together in a military precision. I would recommend ntb tiresome all my friends and family and I am leaving discount tire as a customer. I have had over 100 vehicles services with new tires from discount tire. Those days and tens of thousands of dollars they have received for over 45 years are hiistory!!! Thanks NTB!

Was not pleased. I had a nail on my tire and had coverage. So I went in and they said the tire on my car was not in stovk any longer and I would have to get another. But I had to pay for it. Mow just because you don't have in stocks it's not my fault I should not have to pay it's was covered I ended up paying 98. Something. What's the purpose of getting coverage if your not going to honor it.

Great service and friendly staff! Ashley took the time to explain what was wrong with my tires and what I needed to do to avoid a similar problem in the future. I was also given various options and she told me the pros and cons for all which was very helpful. I would definitely return if I had any issues with my other vehicles!

The whole staff is extraordinary. Dwayne always takes the time to make sure you are all set. I would trust Roberto to align my life of that were possible. But he's the greatest at alignment for your vehicle. Mario is fantastic at being careful with your wheels to ensure they are not damaged in any way during tire installation. I would choose this location over any other, any day of the year. Huge shout out to the ENTIRE staff here!!

Dwayne Kao, Manager of NTB, and team offers exceptional service. I have utilized NTB for several automobile services - Tire Maintenance, battery, alternators. The team at NTB is responsive, thorough, and knowledgeable in assessing my car care needs. I am beyond impressed regarding the level of service offered. I highly recommend this NTB location.

Bad experience. Called them to see if they were busy, and they said they would have no issue getting me in.I showed up and was the only one there. I made them aware I needed to get back on the road quickly (Plenty of other tire shops in the area). They said they'd get started done it right away and be done in 30 minutes.Then came back after a while and said they were about to start on it, they one had one tech and the other went out to lunch (at 4pm...and they close at 5pm...)Hour and a half after I arrived, they came back to tell me again they were again, about to start on it.At that point I had no choice but ask for my car back and get back on the 250 mile drive, with a spare with a max rating of 50 miles. No apology, no explanation, it's a shame because I have had good experiences with other NTBs, but this one I will AVOID in the Future.

I ve been to this store numerous times and never had an issue. Great customer service experience, the store manager will make sure all your vehicle concerns get taken care of! I highly recommend.
