I've been recommending Meineke for years!Dale, the mechanic is awesome! He has been taking care of my vehicles for 17 years. When he says something is needed, I trust Him!I went to sell my Honda CR-V with 250,000 miles and Dale said, you have at least another 100,000.You won't be disappointed! Beware of coming to this place if you need work done, went in for a brake change, didn't agree with the prices they wanted to charge.When receveiving the car back it was nearly undrivebale.Scumbag tactics and the owner or manager was being a creep to my girlfriend.BEWARE

The owner was upset about me buying my own brake pads. He wanted to upcharge me his. This grumpy old sarcastic clown tried to tell me I needed this and that and tried to sell me things I didn't need. I could've done all the work myself, being mechanically inclined, but thought I'd try these guys out because of the convenience. The mechanic who actually worked on my vehicle was customer friendly but the owner at the counter needs to understand that the customers pays your bills. One and done with this place.Service: Auto brake repair

I am "steering" clear of this place in the future. I went in for a tire alignment and they told me they can't do it perfectly because the shocks were bent. They wanted to charge me $700 to replace the front ones. I declined in fear of being cheated. I went to a profesional yesterday and had all 4 replaced and they told me that they were NOT bent. I do not appreciate being lied to to try to make more money. Don't be lied to and go some place you can trust.

Dale and Randy have been nothing but helpful for us. We came in with a shaking car and they diagnosed it very quickly and gave us a reasonable quote for replacement. Randy was very nice talking with my boyfriend and I about the vehicles and future repairs. I 100% recommend Meineke Rosenberg. They have been so helpful and insightful. Thank you Randy and Dale!!

Pretty nice folks, took about 45min for a front/back brake job. Had three othe shops quote me around the same cost but had to order parts. These guys were available and ready for the job.

I was at Meineke Car Care today getting allignment and oil change. They have wonderful service and keep you updated on what they find with your car. Also, no pressure and very professional. I went to this place for a water pump change & other work done to my car & paid them about $900!!. Everything was done at a good time, but after a week whenever I would want to start my car I would notice that it would turn on normally. So I called them & told them what it was doing they said bring it back & they were goin to check it. So they scanned the computer to see what was going on & they Only said it was coil #5 that needing to be change. When I had just bought that coil brand new & they changed it, they told me to go back where I had bought it to get a refund. But the next day my car didn t turn on at all!! So the following morning I called to see if they can take a look at my car my work is not even 5 minutes from their shop. They came a an hour later but Did Not check my car because I had already called the tow truck to take it to the dealership. So in the dealership they told me it was needing Complete New Engine!!! Due to the last mechanic in Meineke not putting on a bolt on the water pump so it damaged the engine & now I m needing to pay about $8,000 for a new engine. Went back to them & they said they cannot help out because the didn t nothing wrong with my work, when they Never checked!!! DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM AT OUT!!!

(I am editing my review as it lists the wrong Meineke location) I had my MB GLE350 serviced at 740 Dennery Road, San Diego, and I cannot express the gratitude I have for the staff. Very kind, courteous, and knowledgeable. The price quoted was far lower than what was quoted by the dealership and they were able to service my car immediately instead of me waiting weeks for my appointment at the dealership.

Guy at the front counter seemed like he had a problem with a black woman coming in to get an issue change, he was rude and not very friendly horrible customer service! If you are a person of color DON T USE THEIR SERVICE!! I only came here because the place up the street didn t have a oil filter wish I would have just went and got one and went back but Oh well would never use their service again! Worst experience ever getting an oil change! I would really rate 0 stars if I could.Service: Oil change

Took my truck for a simple brake job and was quoted outrageous prices after they took my truck apart. Declined the offer and when I left my $34,000 truck was not drivable. The allowed me to leave knowing they released almost all my break fluid and had to have my car towed. They denied any responsibility knowing what they had done. That was dangerous, unprofessional and a tactic that shady mechanics do. All it needed was front brake pads and the truck was repaired by an honest mechanic. It now drives better than everStay clear of this place of business.

Had a muffler installed was not welded all the way had exhaust leaks when I left and when I came in to get it fix (says closes at 6 and they closed before 4) they didn t seem interested to fix there mistake!!!DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS SHOP AT ALL!!!P.S. I work in the automotive industry and this is what gives us a bad name!!
