Christian Brothers recommended Legacy Ford Collision Repair after someone rear ended me. The staff is very down to Earth and straight to the point, no fooling around. They looked at my car and said they could repair it. Guess what they did? They made it perfect! I am very pleased with their work and the interaction with their staff. They rock!Service: Auto body & trim repair

I had to bring my Ecosport in due to engine oil pressure loss ...Gwen C. has been an absolute professional!! Has been able to handle warranty insurance and manufacturer in regards to the recall issue. She's been in contact with me thru it all and has me in a loaner and soon into a rental while my car gets repaired. This nightmare, she has been able to make me feel taken care of. Excellent customer service skills.

My vehicle was taken to the dealership for factory repairs and a windshield issue. It was taken initially on 12/03 and all repairs were not completed until 12/18. I am a patient person and understand very well the labor shortages and supply chain issues that the auto industry is experiencing at this time. My issue is geared towards the service techs incompetence and lack of knowledge on how to utilize the Enterprise Leased vehicles auto integrate system for claims approvals, it took over 2 weeks for repairs to be approved and completed. I had to take the vehicle on 2 separate occasions. Willie who was my service tech speaks poorly of the dealership and told me on multiple occasions that it's not his job to check the system for approvals and apparently that's his managers job. He states if he doesn't get an email or a call he doesn't know to proceed with repairs. He certainly isn't required to follow up either unless you call him and request that he do so. I had to push him to, as there is zero lack of initiative.Worse still, is that when I did go pick up the vehicle after the so-called repairs were completed, the windshield issue wasn't actually repaired. The windshield makes a loud noise and required the weather seal to be replaced since it is cracked and weathered. Apparently this was not approved by my company's Enterprise lease management rep, but other repairs that did not address the actual issue were completed. What's disappointing is the lack of communication from the service tech. At no point did he ever communicate that the main issue wouldn't be addressed or repaired. Had he done so, I could have made a phone call to get the repairs approved for another weather strip. What was approved and supposedly completed, was never required. There was never a request nor any need to replace the other molding on the windshield as that was in perfectly good condition. Instead the service tech Willie simply called me and said the vehicle is ready and repairs are completed, he never mentioned that the weather strip and the noise issue weren't addressed. The vehicle is a company vehicle and wasn't driven for about 3 weeks. This past week , I began to drive the vehicle again, I noticed the exact same noise. Upon looking at the weather strip it was apparent that this part was never replaced. The lack of communication, lack of initiative on behalf of the service rep to have a claim approved and repaired in a timely manner, and the incompetence demonstrated are extremely disappointing. When communicating these issues to the service rep, he has shown zero accountability and a terrible customer service demeanor. An apology would have been appreciated and instead he blamed his manager for the delays since he said it's not his job to check the auto integrate system, he said he's not a technician either and so he's not sure why the other repairs were requested and completed, and then told me I was telling him how to do his job. In all sincerity, I suppose I was telling him how to do his job if that means that expecting timely communication from him was something he needed to be told. It was an extremely disappointing experience.I would avoid this service center.

We recently had our 2014 Fusion worked on. We worked with Roland in the service department. This man was excellent. He helped us from start to finish and always kept us in the loop. He made the experience less "sterile" if you will. More like we were old friends than strangers that just walked in for service on their car. The car ended up being there for over a month due to several issues and covid and stuff, and he was so apologetic, as if it was his fault. It wasn't. He even went to battle with the warranty company for us! Then when we were leaving, he offered us a car wash at least 3 times, once again, because the car sat there for so long. The rest of the service department was amazing too, my car drives like a dream and I almost want to call them and ask if they are sure they gave me the right car back. Anyway, the moral of the story is: you can trust your car with these people. They will take care of you. We have 3 Fords and we have been to over a dozen Ford dealerships (unfortunately) for various issues and this is by far the best one.Services: Transmission, General repairs & maintenance

The oil change service my husband and I came to get went well and my service rep Jamal was friendly, professional and took great care of us. Our oil change benefits have run out, since we bought our car at Legacy, but we will continue to come back here for our car services.

Horrible service responses. Undelivered promises after many attempts to get warranty work done on vehicle purchased from the dealer. Promise week after week and receive no return calls or updates even after a month trying to contact the service advisor. Issue with the problem persisted year after year and advisors fabricated excuses what the cause and now completely ignore the issue. Unreliable, poorly run service department. I have given them chance after chance but service department is a now show and no communication. Avoid this dealer at all cost. Contacting Ford central office now.Service: Auto maintenance

Dropped off my 2019 Ford Explorer on 9 February for a slipping transmission. The gears were slipping between 2nd and 3rd gear. It took 4 weeks just to get the diagnostic complete for them to tell me exactly what I told them was the problem. I was then told at the 4 week mark I was number 1 in line to have the transmission broken down for repair. Now at 5 weeks after the initial drop off the vehicle is still number 1 in line to have the transmission worked on. I was then told the dealership has changed ownership and that the workers have been locked out of their computers and can t order parts. It could be an indefinite amount of days or weeks going forward to get the vehicle fixed. This place is a joke.Service: Transmission repair

They over charge just to take a look at your car and they will not tell you everything wrong with your car. They want you to come back and pay more money. Took 3 days to even look at my car. When called back service guy laughed and said my car was old in "that car has some miles" in which the car may be old I only have 76,000. So not professional at all.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Should have read the reviews before wasting time with Legacy Ford Service. Save your time and money, go to Helfman. Worst vehicle service center in 20 years dealing with Ford.

Very Poor read why. I Asked one questioned. How much would it cost to replace a key lock for my drivers door. I have owned Ford trucks for over 30 years. When my expedition needed a key lock repaired, I was told it would cost me $1,000.00 without them seeing it.
