For hard to find auto parts, Lanes is the place to go to. My vehicle had a very rare transmission that went bad. The people at Lanes worked three weeks to find the proper unit. Thank you Lanes.

Went one time and they got mad at me when I went to look for some rims then I went again and ask if they buy parts and the old guy said no we don t and call me dumb

Waited at the front counter which was located outside.Turns out the guy in the parking lot watching me wait while working on his Chevy was the salesman.He eventually finished and made his way to the front counter and said they don t have any parts for the vehicle I m looking for before I even said what I was looking for.

I have dealt with Lane's since 1980, always fair priced and stood behind their parts with a reasonable warranty, a family operation where a complaint, if any, can be easily relayed to the owner usually on site.I've never had one complaint yet and purchased many parts for my own cars and friends cars over those years and still give Lane's first shot at any used parts I seek, if they don't have them they can get them in most cases.

Went looking for a rear axle. The one guy at first looked like he s was not interested in selling anything that day. But good thing the owner came out and was able to get us the right parts. Good friendly customer service. Very knowledgeable. Will come back again!

Called and got hung up on the first time. Then called back to see if they had my part and it s says national part locating service but he didn t even make a attempt to try to search or look it up. Said no and rushed me off the phone.

They found the part I needed and had there the next day. This part was gauranteed for 90 days. But I did not need that it worked! and was $900 less than the auto parts store

I BEEN GOING TO LANE'S AUTO PARTS STORE IN ROSENBG FOR OVER 30 YRS OR MORE SINCE THEY OPEN THERE DOORS FOR BUNESS. IF I WAS IN FULL TIME BUNESS, I BE DOING BUNESS WITH THEM GUYS EVERY DAY OF THE WEEK

Called up the shop looking for a certain part and the guy answering just sucked with service. Couldn't offer any information unless I had the part number even though I just have all of the other information on the vehicle to track it.
