Worked on my car and didn't finish the job. Very disappointed with the cost and incomplete work. Another mechanic had to go behind him to complete the car to get it running properly. Angry with the issue should have called for the car back to finish

Yesterday I experienced one of the best customer service I have ever experienced. Not only were they very helpful they were also very Fast. I went in for a break job around 11am and I was out before 1pm. HTOWN AUTO is definitely my go to automotive shop.Service: BrakesService: Brakes

Htown Auto is timely, professional, and thorough. I'm very particular about my car and customer service ranks high on my list. My experience with HTown Auto has been awesome! I've had my brakes and filters changed here as well as a tune up! I referred my family and they have gotten accurate diagnostics and proper service that has saved them time and money.
