I had a great service at Gillman Honda in Rosenberg! Vy Nguyen was super friendly from the jump! So relatable so that's why I was able to be comfortable enough to get a car from here! Excited to stop by again for coffee and excellent service !!

The service was good. I am pleased with that, but the estimated 90 minutes turned into two hours. I then saw our vehicle sitting out on the lot for a long time. When I asked the guy if our vehicle was ready, he seemed surprised and asked another guy about it. They then got the vehicle for us.

Service was fast and thorough as always. This dealership always takes really good care of me and my wife. My wife and I live in The Woodlands (which is about 1.5 hours drive) and we make the drive just to have our cars service here. Ongoing Issue with Honda Accord EX 2023 - Seeking ResolutionTo the Service Department under Honda Warranty Promise of Good Faith Policy,I am writing to express my concerns and dissatisfaction as a loyal Honda customer regarding the recent service experience I had at your dealership. My 2023 Honda Accord EX, which is just three months old, has been exhibiting some issues, and I turned to your service center for assistance under the Honda Warranty customer satisfaction policy.The timeline of events is as follows:1. I brought in my 3-month-old Honda Accord EX to the Service Center, where I was asked to accompany the shop foreman on a test drive to demonstrate the issues I was experiencing while driving the vehicle.2. I left the car at your service center for a week to allow for necessary tests and inspections.3. During this time, I was provided with a loaner car, but unfortunately, I received no updates regarding the status of my vehicle.4. I later received a call from a service representative, informing me that they couldn't find any issues with the vehicle, despite conducting two tests one to search for contaminants and another for a 3-point inspection. Interestingly, the mileage on my car remained unchanged, which raised concerns for me.As a loyal Honda customer with a 2021 Civic and a brand-new 2023 Honda Accord, I find it disheartening that my new vehicle is exhibiting a rattling noise and power loss issues, which, to me, seem evident. I expected a more thorough and conclusive diagnosis at a Honda Certified Service Center.In light of the inconclusive results, I have decided to seek a second opinion from another dealership. I hope to receive a more accurate assessment of the issues I'm facing with my Honda Accord EX. On the trip to the dealership, the car wants to get 48 miles to the gallon. Going home after a tune-up and carbon cleaning only get 42 mpg. Not what I was expecting. 2017 Honda Accord hybrid. Update I have a 2023 Honda Accord hybrid touring now. Old car was 38 mpg combined. Changed towns and updated car. This was my first experience with Honda. I can tell you my husband is jealous. He has a BMW and gets thered carpet rolled out every time he goes in for service. I literally called Honda spoke with Bakhshmi and not only was the his service first class but better than BMW and Chevrolet, which ideal with on my Tahoe. I was given everything I needed to make my life easier while my car was in service. From expert customer service, a comparable and nice/new loaner, updates on my car from Bakhshmi to the time I picked up my car. Unbelievable how great an experience it was. I'm now thinking about trading my Tahoe in for the Honda Pilot. Can you guess what my loaner car was ? I am super pleased and at ease to know I'm in good hands with my 2024 Honda. A+++++

Service representative wasn t attentive or friendly, and I m pretty sure he lied to me. I had to return a second time due to a defective mirror replacement. Why wasn t this checked before the vehicle being pronounced ready ? I was even told several people have had the same complaint. Doubt I will be back. I ll drive the extra 10 miles.

While I am happy I can still drive my truck after a routine oil change and recall...I am disappointment with the car wash I didnt ask for that left scratches on the tail gate of my truck...I told the male service rep about the scratches then he begin to tell me how doesnt like the way car wash washes his car. Also receive my keys and paperwork from a female service rep who couldnt explain the charges on my bill that took me ten minutes to review it at home to figure out the charges. I also receive two conflicting paperwork on condition on my tires. One stated tires was good and the other paperwork stated that my tires was in bad condition.

They always find something wrong besides the reason I came in, and it always takes longer and ends up way more expensive than anticipated. I went for an oil change that should have been free and had an appointment that should have been quick. While I was about 10 min behind schedule, I had to wait another 15 min to be helped. I was told I also needed brake fluid which just so happened to not be covered by my warranty. I was told it would take about 90 minutes to do everything and it would $169. After 2.5 hours, I went back to the desk to get an update. I saw my car parked off to the side. I was told it was ready but Tony had to finish all this paperwork . The total was then $183, and he said that was with tax. I paid and signed and was told I m good to go, without handing me my keys nor pulling my car up to the door. I asked if they were gonna pull around or do I just walk over to the parking lot. He started to say I could walk over there but saw my face and asked the guy standing next to him doing nothing to pull it around and moved on to something else. I asked is this my key? And he goes uh yes like I was supposed to know when it was just a lone fob on his desk that could have been for any car. It s not like he handed it to me or to the guy he just told to pull my car around.Frankly, it made me want to get my oil changed anywhere else, where it would take 15 min and a fraction of the cost. But I appreciate that it s not supposed to cost me extra and can include a car wash. This will be my first and last time ever bringing my vehicle to Gilman services. I went in for a routine oil change and tire rotation. Upon dropping if off, they stated they will do their multi-point inspection, and I stated I didn t mind them looking. Note, I have always kept my vehicle up to date with all its services and was provided with details if any recommendations were needed based on wear and tear from the previous technicians/mechanics with images, in detail explanation, etc. However, Gillman recommended bogus recommendations without even expecting the wear and tear of the parts. They stated I needed $3300+ of repairs, flushes, spark plug replacement, timing belt, etc. However, all these were done by another Honda dealership less than 15k miles or less than a year ago. I declined all their recommendations and drove about 5 miles down the road until my vehicle began to struggle to accelerate and even stay on. It eventually died while I was driving on 359. Fortunately, I was able to coast with a dead engine into parking lot to be out of the road. I called Gillman s service agent I was working with and explained to them what happened. Their manager was transferred to me and they kept giving me bogus reasons to why the vehicle died. They stated over the phone that the post inspection paper work I needed new tires, new fuel pump, etc. Again, I had to reiterated I had no prior issues to my vehicle and the parts that had normal wear and tear have already been serviced. They stated based on your miles it probably needed to be replaced and that s how they determined it. They then said they would meet me where my vehicle died. While I waited, I quickly called a friend who owned his own mechanic shop. We were able to to go through what the dealer should have done if they did a true multi-point inspection. Since I did an oil change we checked if the technician put enough oil, checked if the oil drained out, if Gillman s technician put the drain plug back. All were good. We then tried to start the vehicle. However, it would not stay on and idle. He quickly stated they probably inspected the intake, but didn t put it back properly. From what my mechanic friend can see over FaceTime and what my untrained mechanic eyes can see it all looked like it was properly back in place. However, he said to bring it into his shop if Gillman could not figure it out when they arrived to meet me where I was stranded. Upon Gilman s arrival, their manager, master technician, and a technician showed up to inspect the vehicle. When their manager and master technician looked over the vehicle I quickly debunked their recommendations for some of the services they thought may be why the vehicle stopped running. My wife called the Honda dealer I previously did work on and stated the dates the flushes, timing belt, and spark plugs were replaced. I even showed them that the tread on my tires were good and only a year old and did not need replacement. The manager stated based on your miles on the vehicle its probably the fuel pump. The master technician didn t even hook a diagnostic scanner to try and figure out if there were any codes firing off. They were just assuming it dies and malfunctions based on the miles on my vehicle. They wanted me to bring it back to their shop. I declined Gillman s offer for them to do a diagnostic and do more damage to already properly working vehicle. I had it towed to my friend s shop. My friend s shop were able to quickly determine it was the intake. And their recommendation to replace the fuel pump was not needed. If Gillman technicians knew how to properly do a multi-point inspection they wouldn t have bent and cracked the intake hosing, knew to properly inform me that my intake filter needed to be replaced, and remove/clean my throttle body. But they insisted I needed a fuel pump to be replaced. I am glad I did not bring it back to Gillman for a service that was not needed. I will definitely not be returning and do not recommend their services.

So I ll keep this as short as possible, the team at Gillman Honda is honestly one of the most transparent and helpful dealerships in TX.They are extremely kind and understanding of your budget and needs, no high pressure sales and they go out of their way for you not expecting anything in returnThe people who work here are good honest people. From the purchasing manager Andy to Mike my sales guy to Brandon the financial and to the manager Dominik who took time out of his day to help me with this vehicle purchase.I m incredibly happy and would 15/10 recommend coming here for new or used. Hi Team, this is the worst experience in my life. I have had bad experience through out this entire purchase at Gillman and I m looking forward to take it to highest point of contacts including CEO Patrick. First of all I was sold a car that had previous windshield damage crack on the front by hiding it through some sorta white powder, and I was thinking it to be just some random powder until the next day after when it rained and the powder got washed away to expose the crack. I haven t had my papers signed until then so I was safe so I went to the showroom and complained it to the sales manager who were first trying to put the blame on me and when I told them I have the pictures that I took before taking the car out they pretended as if they didn t know anything about the damage. I was cancelling the purchase as I was very upset with the fraudulent sale, however they have promised me they will fix the windshield and convinced me with a written statement and even told that they have already ordered the part and it will be here asap. I believed them again, it s 3 months now and no replacement no follow up, so I went to the dealership and they are again saying they are going to order the part and it looks out of stock so might take a month or more. I m finally convinced that this dealership doesn t care about customers and their self respect as long as they can just push the sale! Very unfortunate for this dealership

I have been to this location about 3-4 times. I really like the Fort Bend location. My wait is never over 1.5 hours. They are very thorough and communicate well. I like that they help me prioritize the necessary maintenance instead of pressuring me to get everything done at once.Very clean, great customer service. All of the services managers I have experienced and are wonderful. I had an appointment for 10am. Got to the dealership at 10:02am and was told that my car would take about 2 to 2.5hrs to have an oil change and state inspection done. Getting to the 3hr mark my car still has not been serviced and now I m walking around trying to see what s going on. One of the car salesman saw me and was like which car is yours ? And I tell him and he checks for me how long more it would be . Comes back and said yea your car was in place 30 so maybe about 45 mins more . After about another 1.5 hrs here ( spending a total of over 4hrs here). They are now done . All I got was an oil change . No multi point inspection that s supposed to come with oil change or neither the estimate on what damages on the car needed to be fixed so I could pay for them . I was told I ll have to give you a call back on Friday for your estimate and never received a call.

Disappointed. Went in for an oil change and the technician forgot to reapply my car s scrape plate and it dragged on the freeway all the way home. I had to drive all the way back to the dealership to have them re attach it. I was visually upset and the service employee nor the manager did anything to accommodate the fact that I had to waste my time and gas to drive all the way back. Not that I expected anything, but it s just bad business in my opinion. It s the small details that keep customers happy. I ll be going to another Honda dealership from now on.Service: Oil change

Service representative was very friendly and courteous. The waiting area was a nice, clean waiting area available in the service department. It had numerous refreshments that allowed customers to be comfortable and relax while the service is being done on your vehicle. Last but not least, I received a complimentary car wash which I felt was a great added feature.My service representative gave me some helpful tips as well when he brought my car to me. As a female not knowing much, I greatly appreciated those tips.. My service guy was good. The only things that was missing is that I didn't get a report of things that needed to be changed or fixed. In addition, I was out of window washer fluid and I'm used to them filling that up if they see that it's out. I think they performed exactly the service needed without worrying about anything else and I'm not used to that with this location.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Oil change
