Trey James is exceptional, knowledgeable & attentive sales person who is extremely personable.He made the whole process feel warm & welcoming. Definitely ask for Trey next time you head to Gilman Nissan.

I was surprised by how fast they repaired my vehicle. They called when they started the diagnostic part, called again with the issue and options for repairs - letting me know the approximate wait time, and called me when the vehicle was ready 2-3 hours earlier than expected! Thank you so much Gillman Nissan Service Team!!

This is the 2nd time I have purchased a vehicle at Gillman. The first time was not a great experience. Gave them another shot, and they knocked it out of the park!! They have my business for life! My salesman Anson Massey and Nick in finance are Rock Stars!!!

I drive in for an oil change and a general car inspection, we are planning a vacation so it s imperative that my vehicle got a good check up, there was also some minor noise with my car that I wanted to inspect prior to going on that trip. Anyway, the man working there told me that they were too backed up and that I needed to make an appointment but he would still do my oil change. I normally wouldn t have an issue with this, but the way he said it was so rude and it seemed like he really didn t care (not that I expect him to but if you re going to have a grouchy attitude on the job why work with people?) he said that I would be charged a 145$ consultation fee and if I decided to make repairs it would be waived BUT I would have to make an appointment because they were too busy. (I ve been to other Nissan locations especially with car emergencies and NEVER have been told this, I know that I will have to wait but never have been told to go back home and make an appointment)So I was content with just getting my oil changed, but then I seen him assisting a woman who came after me and I had overheard her in the waiting room saying that she just stopped by for an oil change and because she had some issues with her car. Why was she not told to go home and make an appointment? (Nothing against her)The only reason why I gave y all 2 stars was because the service was super fast and the other gentleman who walked us out was so nice and friendly, I wish I would ve talked to him instead of whoever the other jerk was.

I have a nissan Titan and the service dept takes care of my truck and me. They work with my schedule to all9w me to get my truck in promptly, always secure and talk with m e about ant c oncerns I may have .Thank you Gilman Nissan

The issue was found and fixed but after getting my car back I soon found out my car had a whole nother issue that had nothing to do with the issue at hand. The new issue was not an issue before I took my car in for repairs.

Friendly staff but time and cost are more than other shops for routine maintenance. Despise their surveys and ranking anything less than a 10 is failure
