They do good job but I don t understand why I should always wait? Last visit ( by appointment) I left my car for 4 hours ( oil change and some little issues) and when I came back they just started to work with my vehicle. OK I waited only for 30 mins but why then I took that appointment. If I wasn t there it doesn t mean they shouldn t work with my car. This made me upset

A car dealership is that; a car dealership. Even though this place is clean, nice, they never seem to have the vehicle you want to look at and they're always pushing more expensive vehicles. Whoever the sales person is, I suggest you tell them what you want and don't fall into their trap.

My appointment was scheduled for 12:20 pm and I arrived a little early. My service advisor was not in since I was early but another processed me in with a smile. I was there for an air bag recall and actually expected to be told a part needed to be ordered and I would have to come back. Imagine my pleasant surprise when I was told they ere working on it and it should be ready soon. I believe I was there slightly over an hour and left with the recall complete.

Love Fort Bend Kia. I have bought my last three cars here and loved both the sales experience, service dept and always felt welcomed and accommodated. I doubt I will ever shop a vehicle anywhere else!

Parts take a while to come in , that s a fault to no one. But working with Miguel and Danny made it a seem less stressful. The communication between insurance and I was excellent. My exhaust system was making a noise when I turned left and when I went over bumps. I took my Carnival to Fort Bend Kia Service department where Miguel helped me. He was very honest and found a resolution to the problem. The service department was detailed and relatively fast. I really appreciate the way I was treated and how the situation was resolved. I will definitely be going back to this dealership for my future service needs.Service: Auto exhaust system repair

Out of stock for what I needed... went to Amazon and got the piece. 1/16 the price. I was quoted close to $1000.00...I bought it from Amazon for.....$25.00NEXT DAY DELIVERY

Very satisfying. They were courteous and waste no time taking care of business. While you wait for your car services, there is all kind of drinks i.e. coffee, water, hot chocolate and etc to keep you comfortable. I am always looking forward to my car services.

My service advisor, Jerry, provided very good, detailed communication, was very courteous and personable, explained everything, and did a walk around the car with me afterward to make sure I was satisfied with how it looked.

I bought a brand new car from FT Bend Kia with 12 miles on the odom, and on the way home, I noticed it pulled to the right. I have to fight a little against the steering wheel to keep the car going straight.Took it back the next business day, and service department said 1- they can t duplicate the problem and 2- it s working as designed, meaning it s supposed to pull right.If they can t duplicate the problem then how is it working as designed???I feel that service department didn t do their due diligence to find the problem.Services: Steering & suspension repair, Wheel alignment

Drop in for some scheduled maintenance. Service, completed the job within three hours. Was given five hour estimate. J.G. and service got the job done quickly with no major issues...
