I came to the tire shop to get two tires for the front of my car. The day after my car, tires were vibrating and the tire pressure light came on. I went back the next day and told him that my tires were vibrating and they had the nerve to tell me that it was a different problem when my tires were not vibrating before I got these put on. I had no issues with these tires and now for some reason the tires are vibrating like crazy and they wouldn t do anything about it. They wouldn t fix it all they did was put air in the tire and tell me that it was probably another problem and I had to go somewhere else Absolutely horrible

They're super fast and always cordial. Reasonable prices and a great place to get spare tires or used tires for a quick fix. I recently had to request a replacement for a defective tire and they changed it right away, no problem.

The Customer Service is Truly Horrible. The employees all act like they own the place, bad attitudes and ridiculous prices. Multiple Bad Experiences.

Bought a tire two weeks ago for $60 and thought to go back to replace it since it already leaking air. I didn't blame it on the tire shop because the roads are full of nails. The tech there wanted to sell the tire for $65! I said: well I don't need the balance so how much would that be? He said: it's the price without the balance.. with balance it's $75. I requested to talk to the manager who remembered me and still sided with his employee! I said: So I did this job before and the quality of the tire is less than the one I purchased last time which included balance for a $60, how come this is more expensive? He simply said: put his flat tire back and let him drive like this.. I asked how about some air please? He said I would add air for a $1... I mean he is willing to risk my safety just to extract a dollar! I don't care about a dollar but this is not a good customer service and told him I will not come back to that location. He said: I don't care. Well, just a heads up if you are taking your vehicle there to repair, be careful because these guys are determined to take your money in any way they can. And as he said, they don't really care.

This business is absolutely dreadful,NO BUENO .I came by to purchase some trailer tires and 2 tires for my truck , they had several workers quickly put on the tires and I was on my way . The same day I began having problems with my back brakes on my truck. It was leaking oil and the brakes weren't working at all , mind you my brakes never had any problems whatsoever. I called the phone number that is listed on there Google listing and spoke to the owner ,I explained that there workers did not put the tires correctly and they compromised my brakes , which is not only very very dangerous but unprofessional. He then told me that he's not going to help me at all and that they only changed the tire . The brakes were none of his business. "ME NO PAY ,ME NO FIXY BRAKE, ME NO TOUCHY BRAKE" HE SAID that was then followed by him hanging up on me .PLEASE I ADVISE ANYONE LOOKING FOR CHEAP TIRES AND A QUICK FIX STAY VERY FAR AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS !!! BECAUSE THEY'RE UNPROFESSIONAL AND DO NOT CARE IF THEY RUIN YOUR VEHICLE ALL THEY CARE ABOUT IS MONEY . I HIGHLY RECOMMEND GOING SOMEWERE ELSE LIKE JT TIRES OR DISCOUNT .

If you can t speak English don t call here. I called and ask for someone English dude hung up in my faceCalled back someone spoke English picked up and when I told him that was rude he all of sudden can t hear. Good way to get customers

My first time going there and got a good price for the tire I got. It was a new tire and they just charged me for the tire only, other place charge you other fees. I will see if the tire will last. They didn't take long and did a good job.

STAY FAR AWAY!!! We bought 2 tires from here yesterday and they popped already!! Went to another tire place and they said the tires were from 2010!! UPDATE: one tire was from 2010 & the other was from 2005!!

This place used to be my go to place to get tires but I will NEVER go here again I just got ripped off 100 bucks!! He charged my credit card 100 dollars and he said it did not go through. I had to go pay 100 cash and later when I checked my account it did go through!!! Went back the next day to tell him and he didn t want to return my money!! Dishonest and crooked man! Even after I showed him the charge on my account he still didn t return my money!! Don t go here and DONT PAY WITH CARD!

Never using these guys again, I can deal with being overcharged, but not with dishonesty, they messed up my studs trying to put the wrong size lug nut on, then tried to hide it and sent me out to the highway with missing studs, I understand that stuff happens and sometimes studs break but why try to hide it?So I went back 30 minutes later and they tried to blame it on me and said they couldn't do anything about it. Stay away from this place. I despise dishonest people!!

Terrible customer service. I had a flat and had no choice. The guy says if you don t like it go somewhere. Unless you are in bind like me I would avoid this place like plague.

I went there to buy two used tires, which they have literally thousands of tires on hand. Immediate service, friendly staff and a good price for two used Goodyear tires with ~75% tread left

Had to have a patch done on one of my all terrain tires that I actually bought here. 10 bucks...team here offers great service and the gentleman who owns the company is very professional and personable

Well for me is not the most fancy tires shop but they get the job done really nice employees costumer service I saw wen the costumers come right away they start to work and is not expensive at all good price a great job on what they do I come this place wen my car shows yellow light for tires Pressure in a rush time I recommend this place

NEVER waste your time here. I called for prices, they told me to go up there for pricing. Drove all the way here to sit for 1 hour and then tell me they're closing. When I told him he told me to come up here, he got very aggressive.

Came in for a flat tire. Less than 5 minutes i was out of this place including air check on all 4 tires! Haven't seen faster service

Cross threaded lug nut onto bolt so hard that the bolt broke trying to remove the nut 5 days later. Needed to remove tire 5 days later because tire was going flat due to leaky valve stem they put on. Refused to accept responsibility for broken bolt.
