Went for an air check as all tire sensors were on with the cooler weather. I waited 10 minutes and finally went inside to ask someone to come check my tires. They all saw me out there as they were working but not one assisted until I went in to ask. The gentleman that aired up the tires was very pleasant or I would have rated lower. I know it s a free service but if you are going to offer it then be able to provide the service.

I came to get 2 new tires.The guy helping us in the front desk was so Nice and Helpful. He went outside to see my tires and he showed me that I needed to get all 4 tires changed. I was stressing out that I needed to get all 4 tires changed, Until he showed me the damage on my back tires. He kindly helped me and explain to me.And the amount was reasonable, the guys putting on my tires were so friendly as well. I have gone to other discount tire shops, but this one was far the best one I ve been to. I will definitely be coming back to this one.

1/2/24 The staff here at this moment are on top of things. It probably was not even 30 minutes for me to check in. Have my tires evaluated and have 2 tires changed under 30 minutes.Great customer service.

We arrived late to our appt for trailer tires. The staff was very understanding & friendly. We were in & out fast with quality tires. We highly recommend them!

CanNOT say enough great things about these people specifically that work at this location!!Know their tires know their stuff!! Very accommodating and understanding. Never expected this kind of quality these days! I drive a mini Cooper twin turbo got 4 new tires and wheels! They just keep being accommodating well after the sale and service THANK YOU

Left work at 5, had very low pressure. Pulled up and Jeremiah J. Immediately and friendly greeted me and was very helpful. I had somewhere to be AND had a car full of groceries. He went out there, helped them and got me back in my car and on the road in 15 minutes. Thanks so much for your generosity.

Had an appointment at 9am and wasn't helped until almost 9:30. Waited in line for 20 mins to pick up my car to find a gash in the seat and waited in line for another 30 mins to be directed to a manager that made me wait for almost an hour more who then only took my number down and said claims will call me in 3-5 days. Awful experience regardless of what claims attempts to offer me.

This place is quick they change all 4 tires on my truck less than 30 minutes short wait! Sales man had a very good attitude knew exactly what I was looking for. I recommend this discount tire

Would rate this place 0 stars if I could!! Waited 20 minutes for an air check on my tires while employees just walked by looking at me waiting!! Got offered NO HELP, horrible service. Will never be coming back here again!

I barely made it in there.Tire had a bubble and the others was on a hope and a prayer. On a budget thinking I only had enough for 2 tires. Raul was so concern about my safety on the road. He came up with a way that was in my budget and was able to get 4 new tires. It always feel good to drive off with 4 new tires.. Thanks Raul.

Marquis and Raul were truly amazing I can t express how amazing my experience was. I had called ahead of time to get quoted on a tire only to find out it was the wrong quote and I needed to pay almost triple the price given to me and despite how upsetting that could be Marquis really worked with me to get a tire in my budget and made the whole situation lighthearted and laughable instead of stressful. This was truly a desperate situation for me and I couldn t be more happy with my outcome!

great service for being very busy. went in for balance and rotation. And, found a huge problem with the tires. They took me to see the issue. They didnt force it on me to replace anything. Told me what my options were and prices. They quickly came up with a better option and I had to take up on a great deal. Not what I wanted to do for sure but they took care of a problem I did have and saved me over $500 on total price

Discount tire in Rosenberg lost 2 of my wheel locks(Conveniently both on the same side) and didn't tell me. They had no problem ordering me new wheel locks, the problem came when it was time to get them installed. I was told it was going to take an hour to replace the old with the new. In my opinion I feel like I shouldn't have had to wait for an hour. Management should have walked the garage and found the car that was almost done and pull my car in after (they are the ones that lost my locks),no jacking up nothing extra just replace and done. Unfortunately I had to complain and tell management how the situation should have been handled.

I bought a new set of tires here for my truck. I kept getting a vibration which turned out to be a new tire that was bad.They were very nice about trying to fix the problem for me, they were happy to help, Austin and Marcus were both very nice every time i came in. So were many other guys but I can't remember there names. Another thing that impressed me was that they scratched one of my wheels, I didn't know and they came out and told me and already had a new wheel ordered. The service and crew here is top notch. Thanks again Austin for all the help.

Sam and Bruce was awesome! Appreciate professional, courteous, and timely service. This is a busy location but their service makes up for any small negatives. I love my new Michelin pilot 4s!

Made an appointment during lunch with a purchase of their lifetime rotation & balance and left with time to spare.Would've had more stars, however they broke my shifter handle without saying a word.. I was able to repair it without much trouble, but a mention of it would've been appreciated..

We made our appointment and ordered tires online. Everything was pre-paid and when I showed up and checked in, I had 2 new tires and was on my way in about 30 min. They have streamlined-this and made things super easy

Stopped in for a slow leak while traveling. By the time they got to my truck, after waiting 1.5hrs, the tire was flat. I watched the employee drive the flat tire around the parking lot, scratching and gouging the side wall of the flat tire, potentially damaging both the tire and rim. I ran outside and addressed my concern with the employee, and he just shrugged his shoulders and said that's what they always do. Fixed my flat, but I would not come back here.
