Check out this TruckVault SeatVault Randy sold me! I was trying to find the most secure storage for my valuables to ensure even if my truck gets broken into, my valuables will be safe. After speaking with Randy and explaining my concerns, he showed me this amazing product that gets the job done! Randy is my go-to guy. Joe (and Victoria from the other location) are awesome. I told Joe I was in a hurry, so they had the bed cover assembled in the 8 minutes it took me to get there. Then another 14 minutes to install. Simply amazing. And everyone there was extremely nice and outgoing. Oh, and they beat everyone else's prices. Make this your first stop for truck accessories.

Our salesman from Gillman Jeep highly recommend Nick from Discount Hitch to get out Jeep ready to be flat towed with our motorhome and to put a receiver on the back for trailer towing with the Jeep. Chris the technician was excellent and highly professional. He took the necessary time and did an excellent job. The look on the front tow bar is almost unseen and precious! He even made sure the factory splash guard was not impaired and we can't even see where it was made to fit from the original factory. Nick was very professional in the sales side and was extremely helpful to our needs for setting up our brand new Jeep for towing from both ends! They are a very clean and an organized store, with lots of new remodeling and the store looks awesome and inviting to stop and shop!! The shop is clean, and we had no issues in the whole process!! I highly recommend Discount Hitch for anyone wanting 1st class service and accessories for there Jeep or whatever you want to upgrade! Thank you Nick and Chris and the whole staff!! We appreciate your hospitality!

I want to say Joe at Discount Hitch has great pricing and very quick installation. He sold me a retrax and installed it him self as they we very busy all in under an hour. Outstanding Job Joe very good for business. Thanks!

Randy and Crew at the Rosenburg store were great. I had to drive from out of town to get my RSI SmartCap installed so Michael at the Pasadena store had it shipped to Rosenberg as that is the store closest to me. They assembled the Cap the day before my appointment and installed it while I waited. It was a very quick and nice install. My Jeep Gladiator looks great. Highly recommend these guys.

Randy the sales guy has some serious issues.I called on 2-29-2024 at 4:10pm asking for a Tilting 2 cargo basket and the sales guy said they have one but it s in the back warehouse but they closed at 4pm, I said ok I ll call tomorrow.I called the next morning and to confirm they indeed have the tilting basket, and spoke to a guy name Randy, he said No they don t have a tilting basket and do they do not carry a tilting basket I said ok thanks and ended the call.I went on DH website to see if they carried the Kuat swing away adapter after seeing one on YouTube, and the DH website said they did.So I called Randy back and asked if they carried the Kuat swing away and he said no they can t get it, I said I m on Discount Hitches Website and that s where I got the part number from, then he said well we can get it but it s not a item we stock.??? !!!I felt uneasy at this point about what I felt was unconcernedness and a hint of Hostility so I asked for his name for the record, and then he asked me for my name, then he asked me for my last name. I m like what! What s your problem?Randy hung up on me.My feelings were correct, Randy for some reason lost his composure and professionalism as a person who deals directly with DH customers, which should never happen.I wanted to educate Randy about presenting DH customers with the Alternative option to a Tilting Basket and well it didn t go so well I will be finding a alternative store for any of my future needs

Originally I called the Houston branch & was told that they had the Hitch in stock & I could come by whenever I was ready & get it installed. I showed up & waited in line packed full of customers that took 40 minutes before I was spoken too. BTW: that line consisted of only TWO 2 people ..I finally speak to the Clerk that I spoke with on the phone, seemed confused & preoccupied. As a result he actually didn t have the hitch he stayed he did. Gave me a price that was $100+ more than the 1st Hitch..So I drove to Rosenberg & this shop was a 180� from the Houston shop! From the time I pulled up into The driveway to the time I left with a new hitch was about 20 minutes!!! INCREDIBLE!!! This team was on top of their game. Professionals + VERY Personable, Rosenberg Houston 1/2 Respectfully,Lee

Ive owned f250's for thirty years and typically get bed boxes and a variety of accessories. Over the years I've simply stopped shopping around and just go to discount. while i might find a slightly cheaper price i'm never going to find the quality of work, quality of products and service that I get. This current truck they've done bumper replacements, lights, and tool box and all have been done perfectly.

Ordered side rails for my husband's truck (my short self practically needed a parachute to get down, so I consider this as essential purchase!). Staff was awesome. Installation was quick and done correctly.I can't wait to come back for all the other non-essential add ons we want for the truck.
