I recently had my Toyota Corolla's bolt joint fixed at this auto car shop, and I couldn't be happier with the service. He was prompt, efficient, and the price was fair. My car feels like new again, and I highly recommend him for any automotive repairs. 5 star

I would not recommend this place to no one I went for a Alignment on my f250 because I had replaced all the ball joints on it and the drag link bar and tie end rods and then I went to this place they told be I need ball joint and I told them I had done them about 1 week ago and then they just changed there story

Their Alignment Machine is NOT accurate and they are NOT accountable!!! BEWAREI had my wheel alignment done here on March 4th, 2020. After driving approximately 400 miles, my front tires clearly shown very poor alignment. These tires were 1 year old with 21K miles (have the receipt). I had a 2nd wheel alignment performed at the closest reputable place close to where I was at, and they showed me that the alignment performed by Discount Auto Care was way off. This cost me 2 tires at $300 apiece + another wheel alignment. I took photos of everything and presented to the manager here and would accept responsibility and said the tires are in that shape are my fault. Photos with timestamps show 5 days in between alignment jobs and how poor condition the tires ended up.The "as-found" wheel alignment dimensions from the Ford dealership should have matched the "as-left" conditions on the report from Discount Auto Care. They do not! And no, I did not hit any potholes, curbs, deer, or anything imaginable that would have caused these numbers to be that far off within the 5 days.There was nothing wrong with the condition of the tires prior to taking to Discount Auto Care. I had just rotated the tires to the rear prior to replacing the ball joints and tie rod ends to serve as an indicator of any wear. I explained this to the manager that these photos previously served on the rear axle prior to the replacement and subsequent wheel alignment. He didn't buy it.The manager only offered to reimburse me the $ I paid HIM for the alignment and did not offer anything for the cost of replacing the tires. I would have given a 3 star review, but he punked me and said he would only reimburse me if I was "happy". I indicated to him that I was not happy and he reneged on the offer to reimburse me.Lessons learned: Take photos of your tires before and after wheel alignment services! Go to reputable places (like Quick Lane which charge $20 less than this place with more accurate results).

Save your money DO NOT TRUST this mechanic shop they will screw you over!!! They sell you a real good story and mess your car up worse than what it was. I honestly think they do not know what they are doing. I never leave reviews on anything but when you hurting my pocket especially Christmas time and you screwing me over it s a no no. Had to take my car in for one thing and now has a lot of other issues, cost me a tow truck after they fixed it and now two times it messes up again smh . God do t like ugly.

This is a great place to bring your vehicle and have repair done to it. John is the best I have been taking my both cars to John for the last two years. From a simple state inspection to major repairs. He is always honest and top on the line for the services he provide. Their price is reasonable and service is quick.

Lost the tensioner on the Expedition late one Saturday. Called John and asked if it was to late to get it fixed. He said come on. Technician stayed a little late getting it fixed. Since then they have gotten all of my service work done as well as inspections. John is a very fair man and business owner. Highly recommended.

This shop is efficient and qualified. I started going there because of the word discount in their name and they are within walking distance of my home. I am a widowed grandma and on a fixed income. John has always been very fair in his pricing and has been nothing but friendly and quick. He always calls and ask me when something new comes up with my car and gives me his best price to do the job. Many thanks to John and Rick.

Always busy when you need them the most. Always a reason why they can't do the work right now. If you can ever get them to do the work, the work is good. But, if it's not an oil change it feels like they don't care. Perhaps hire more people and stop relying on two guys. I have been told at least 5 times to come back another time. And, they rarely answer the phone, so you drive there only to be turned away. Grossly understaffed. Shame such potential being wasted by poor management. Two stars because it could be worse.

Absolutely the most crooked shop in town. We left my truck, which was a fairly simple fix. We were told to change a coil and the fuel pump it would take an afternoon. We received no notice the job was not complete and we called 3 times that day. When we finally reached the manager he told us the mechanic Mitch has left for the day and the shop was closed. They left my truck unlocked and my keys in it after hours. We asked if the vehicle was drivable. We were told yes but we d have to bring it back to finish the job...sounds fishy already. When we arrived to pick up my truck, (I was not leaving it unlocked with the keys in it over night)...my truck was making all kinds of noises and sucking in air. Me and my husband knowing a bit about cars, popped the hood and could see where they left things undone. We left it there but Locked it up. We rearranged our schedule the next day and managed in the other vehicle. When I arrived the next day Mitch was full of excuses and lies, saying he had quit the day before and left. He ignored the photos I showed him where my truck was undone. Not to mention when I asked why in the world he would leave my truck unlocked with the keys in it...his excuse to me was I left number written down in the vehicle. ....really!? Lies! So we left the truck a second time, and when we picked it up the next day, my headlight was out. Now mind you I had no repairs to my head light or near them. Again stuff left undone and unsafe to drive. My head light had been disconnected, for no reason. We live about 10miles from home, my indicators came back on before we had even got home. So again we had them check it out one more time. And the following afternoon, We were told the indicator light may need a few miles before resetting...ok. However That never happened, my indicator light stayed on and we were so furious. We were definitely not bringing it back again. We d paid $200 for nothing. It was basically driving just as bad as before. A week or so later it was worse, my truck nearly shut off on the highway, and I barely made it to the gas station as the transmission temperature light came on. I had to pay to have a towed. At this point discount auto care is the only place we ve ever taken my vehicle, since I ve owed it. This time we took it to a Jeep/Dodge dealership which informed us of the damaged caused by the previous mechanic, who removed my factory screws and used non factory screws on my truck, which stripped the holes, causing leaks and damage to other parts. They even found some metal shoved in some place that didn t belong. The repairs would cost us over a $1000 to get my truck running right. We presented the estimate and damages to the mechanic and the owner who basically had more excuses. The shop owner we must have taken the truck some other place. We did not. And they actually suggested we to bring it back to them. We told them that we would not be bring my truck back and it was already being repaired. In my opinion they were using my truck to strip my parts off. They we re hoping we d be stupid enough to keep bring it back again, so they could keep charging us. I brought my truck to this place in good faith, I needed minor repairs in order to pass my inspection. But I should have known better about the character of this place and their employees when the Mechanic slipped a comment about how he could get me a hot sticker but he said they d done too many lately. I never asked for an illegal sticker for that matter, an inspection at all. After asking if they could explain why all these things were done wrong and what compensation they would provide, we got no answers. No compensation. We for 2 months had to use one vehicle between me and my husband. Not to mention inconveniencing all our family and friends. These guys are terrible, don t take your vehicles there. And don t believe the head mechanic Mitch is telling the truth about anything. I have also learned he owes hundreds of dollars to a local bar...walked the tab and hasn t been back. Just so happens I work their now and learned us this

Very nice and honest people..I was told by another mechanic that I had to replace my rack and pinion and turns out it was only a hose. These guys are great with reasonable prices

The best experience ever the manager is good person good mechanic because I forgot my wallet he let me go so I can come back to pay he is really generous incredible guy best auto mechanic place I recomend for fix and inspection car

Very fast service, especially with an appointment, polite staff. I was just out of the hospital and was very weak, but I got my tires done in just a short time...the main reason I came here.
