My 2013 Chevrolet Captiva looked newer when it left Service King than it did fresh off the car lot. Fast,friendly service, quality work, and unbeatable rates. Highly recommended.

I was involved in a collision where a large garbage bin flew off the bay of a pickup truck and hit the front of my car. I brought my car in and they gave me a quick and thorough estimate. I later scheduled to bring my car in for repairs on a Monday. They worked with my insurance, sourced and ordered all the parts, removed the damaged parts and installed the new parts, and kept me updated throughout the process on the progress. My car (a supercharged mustang gt) was finished within the same week! And it looks better than brand new! I would highly recommend Service King (Crash Champions) for all automotive repair or maintenance. The service was professional, friendly staff, the work on the car was impeccable, and they definitely exceeded my expectations!Service: Body & Trim

Had a bad dent in hood of my Ford Escape. Got it in to Service King on a Wednesday. They had it all repaired and ready to go in two days! Great service and they kept me well-informed throughout the repairs. Highly recommended!Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

After being in a rear end car accident, my vehicle was brought here because they are a preferred body shop with my auto insurance. They did an amazing job before when my car was hit, so I trusted that they would do so again! The customer service is out of this world! They went above and beyond to ensure i was set up in a rental, kept daily updates about service and payments and even finished the repairs prior to the estimated time of completion. The work was beautiful when i got my car back and they returned it clean and in great condition! I would definitely recommend to anyone who is in need of body work as a result of an accident!Service: Body & Trim

Service King is a serious business with a very kind touch towards customers. The repairs to my car were very pristine and they finished ahead of time. I brought my vehicles here several times over the past few years and John and his team have always done a fantastic job! John provides great customer service and really goes out of his way to make his customers happy. He is very honest about the process and does whatever he can to get the job done right and as quickly as possible to get your vehicle back to you.

Service here was incredible, they were very quick, straightforward, and knowledgeable. They fixed my car in less than a week and even threw in a free wash (inside and out). I will be back in the future if I ever need any more repairs. My service rep was John Gateley and he kept me updated every step of the way. I greatly appreciate all of your help, keep up the good work.

Was only there to pick up a vehicle for a customer, but the lady who helped me was very polite and prompt. She knew what cars she has at the facility so absolutely no delay in obtaining paperwork which is a huge benefit for someone sent there to retrieve a vehicle, unlike other places that can leave you waiting over 45 minutes before you even hook the vehicle. The office was very clean and organized. Between her and a gentlemen in the front office, I was directed straight to the vehicle with no endless searching. Once in the back (employees only) everything was very well organized and well kept. Plenty of room around all the vehicles, so that's a good thing if you're having repairs done here. Like I stated previously, I was only there to pick up a customers vehicle so I can't review the actual work performed by this shop but from everything I observed, they seem to be a decent shop. Only issue here is trying to get back onto the road, which isn't anything they control. Just increased traffic due to area population growth. Guess it's more of a warning. Appreciate y'all making my experience quick and easy.

Professional thru & thru! After we ran over an unknown object in the middle of a downpour our insurance company arranged for the car to be taken to Service King. Although it took about 3 weeks to get our car back, Natalie did a great job of keeping us updated as they waited for parts and new issues arose. They were so nice and understanding with all our questions. When we picked up our car both Natalie and Clay explained everything that was done, our warranty and what to do if we had any issues. Lastly the car was returned to us cleaned from top to bottom inside & out. A much appreciated touch! We hope we never need to use them again but feel good knowing they are there if we need them and will recommend to anyone else in need of an auto repair shop.

Walter was very helpful as soon as i went up there to get repairs done to my car. He made sure everything was good and i was satisfied with the work that had been done to my car. Service king has an awesome staff. They had very good customer service. I would definitely recommend them and there services.

Idk exactly how I feel about it, im the beginning the customer service was great. The took almost an entire month to "fix" my vehicle because they were waiting for parts. ( accident happend late Jan, vehicle was ready late Feb.)finally get it go pick it up, there's was miscommunication w the insurance which made the process a little frustrating ( not King Collisions fault) but that's when the customer service changed a bit. I didn't get a walk through of the work that was done. I signed, got my keys + left. Anyways I went on a 6hr trip + heard some noise pulled over + saw this. I emailed them, they said to bring back to Rosenberg but I moved so I asked of I could bring to a closer one they agreed. Stopped at the one in Katy + the lady said it was just a clip, she'd order it that was the 24th of March + here we are no call back, not clip, still waiting . . .

The location I initially dropped my car off sent my car to this service king to get repaired. They ultimately mis-painted a part (driver's side lower garnish vent was painted white) that was supposed to be left unpainted black (confirmed this with Subaru of America). And did not correctly match the paint. In an effort to remedy the mistake, the original drop off shop location painted over the white area with black paint and painted the undamaged (passenger) side black. Neither is supposed to be painted. Basically this caused me to be stuck in the middle of two shops deciding who was responsible for what and who was responsible for fixing.The supervisor of this location felt that painting the parts black were an improvement even though they were painted incorrectly. Furthermore, the paint was beginning to peel. Several phone calls with them and the insurance led to an agreement that both parts needed to be replaced and painted correctly. Upon my third attempt to take delivery neither part was replaced. After speaking with the supervisor I was informed by him that Subaru no longer makes the part. This was quickly proven to be an egregious lie. I called two subaru dealerships in the houston area and within 10 minutes had a quote for the parts with a 2-3 day lead time. I followed up with the supervisor the next day to inform them. Never was I informed prior to pick up that the parts were unavailable, only that my car was read for pickup.It took a month to get my car returned to me. I did compete the survey and submitted a summary to service king website. No one ever reached out. And to put the final nail in the coffin there is still damage from the work they did. Ultimately I couldn t keep going back and forth with either shop and took my car back as is. Very disappointing all around. I would suggest folks avoid service king at all cost.

Dan and John have got a great business going on here. I took my car here after being rear-ended and had a wonderful experience. They're very honest, helpful, and they did a great job fixing my car at a great cost. I stayed away from the larger chain body shops and found this one based off of other reviews. If you're anywhere in the area and you need your car repaired after an accident, you definitely need to check out Dan Ward's Paint & Body. You won't regret driving a little out of your way to get to them.

Service King is by far the best Collision Repair Center. Not only are they professional, but exceptional in their Customer Service. They stand by their work in addition to the insurance. I have had a great e experience each time! Clay and Natalie and the Rosenberg location are supreme!

Having had to deal with other auto body repair places in the Richmond and Rosenberg area, I thought I had a good idea of what to expect. Was I wrong! Service King has become my new "Gold Star" standard. Not only did they fix the damage, they buffed out an area that was mildly scratched, matched the paint perfectly, and detailed the interior! I haven't ever had this much good service! Friendly, competent, and quick! If you *need* a repair shop, these are the guys to go to.

This Rosenberg location is great! I was greeted immediately upon arrival. So friendly and professional. Parts are ordered quickly and you get the feeling that they really want to help you. The work that needed to be completed on my car was clearly explained to me. I appreciate it guys, thanks!

John and everyone I came in contact was nothing short of friendly and professional. I work in the car business and if there s one thing I know, almost nothing ever goes smoothly because of how many moving components there are in the chain of people who will take care of your car. Not only did they get everything done in the initial estimated timeframe , they kept me updated 100% of the way. Thank you so much for taking such great care of my car!!!

This shop does excellent work! I was in an accident and required a new axel, paint, and body work on the left rear side of my vehicle. The owner Dan and his employee John we're were very helpful throughout the process. Overall quality of the job was extraordinary and I highly recommend Dan and team.

DO NOT, I REPEAT DO NOT, take a European brand to them or let them do mechanical work to your car. Paint and body work look good, bit their "mechanic" that worked on my Audi's brakes didn't clean the new rotors off when they installed them now my front brake pads are glazed. I will not allow them work on my vehicle to fix it becuase if they forgot that one small detail who knows what else they overlook.Services: Steering & suspension repair, Painting, Body & Trim, Brakes
