I am not sure how this place has 4.5 star rating. We are fairly new to the area and my wife needed her car worked on so we could sell it.Her car is shaking badly. Christian brothers told her she needed a tune up and a new radiator. They quoted her $4,000. $1000 of that was just for spark plugs. Thank god my wife knew from getting sparks plugs changed before that 1000 was an outrageous price. Rep told her if she finds somebody that does it cheaper they will match the price.They charge for EVERY thing. She ended up paying $400 for a shop fee which her spark plugs could of been changed for.

I am a strong believer in OEM maintenance. I have taken my truck to Ford for 11 years. Over the last 4 years, Ford service has gone down horribly. I have tried multiple dealerships and have not had success. They don't honor appointments - they flat out told me the appointment time is a drop off time and they are running 3-5 days on normal vehicle maintenance. I have had 2 instances where they didn't even know my vehicle was there even though I had an appointment. So, I gave up and decided I would find a local mechanic. Christian Brothers is close and they had good reviews. I was very pleased. Night drop was simple. My appointment was at 0700 and my first call from them was at 0713. They had already checked in the vehicle and had a plan. They called me multiple times with updates on progress and delivered the vehicle fully repaired within 6 hours. Their courtesy inspection was very comprehensive, digital, and included photos of everything they checked to back up what they said. Prices were on point. Very pleased with their service and their integrity. Done with Ford. They need to take a lesson from Christian Brothers because this place has set the standard and will be my new stop for my truck service.

***BEWARE this shop is a scam BEWARE***Do not take your car here unless you want to get ripped off with unnecessary repairs I was "diagnosed" multiple times $4,000 repairs that were not even need and were not even the problem with my car this shop is a scam and they take advantage of their trusting customers. I took my car to Auto Care USA to get second opinion fixed all the problems none of which were what Christian brothers recommended and all repairs total were 500$ not totaling almost $8000 like Christian brothers quoted. Called corporate to discuss it with them and they couldn't even care less didn't ever return my multiple calls don't even let them change your oil they will cause problems to occur on your vehicle so you end up back in their shop with another sale this shop staff is only worried about their commissions 100%then they just play stupid with you when you call em out bunch of guys with their head up their butts in this shop

Christian Brothers Automotive save the Day!!! I was driving a long all of a sudden something was dragging. Hmmm going over the railroad tracks did my car in I guess. It was my heat shield that come loose and bent . I called Christian Brothers Automotive and asked if they could just remove it for me, since they were closing in 10 minutes. She said sure come right over. So here I come dragging the bottom of my car they fixed me up in less than 5 minutes I was so grateful. I'm 55+ with a husband fighting cancer and to get sweet fast service ment the world to me. I asked how much do I owe you. She said you to just have a wonderful night but we insisted in paying them in food treats. You all for exceptional customer service that meant the world to me. Thank you!!!

We are lifetime customers of CB Rosenberg. We had our car heat shield broke and went in to have them take it off. After they were done they didn't charge us a dime. The lady manager was absolutely awesome. From now on we have CB as our new garage.

I took my mom's car here on Monday (11/6/23). Christine greeted and took care of me. She was friendly and professional. I ended up having to wait for a tire, so Christine took me home in the company car. Once the car was ready, she came and picked me back up. The customer service and professionalism at Christian Brothers is terrific and that's hard to come by these days.I would recommend them for the customer service alone. I appreciated that I was treated well, along with every other customer that came while I was there that day.

It seemed to be a good place to take my car for repairs, so I tried them. Well, I spoke to a guy named Chris to get my final diagnosis, and he's pretty rude. I don't like his attitude over the phone, especially when he tries to insinuate that I'm there to get my warranty to pay for the repairs. Duh!!! But, besides him and his aggressive attitude over the phone, I THINK this place is ok. I gave them 2 stars, solely because of Chris' attitude and the way he attempts to talk over the customer over the phone.

First time yesterday at Christian Brothers for an oil change and inspection. I was impressed. The scheduling was easy, and they performed services in a timely manner. Christine went ABOVE and BEYOND helping me with my vehicle. She helped me load the Ford app on my phone, and activate it. Took the time to show me how it worked. She noticed that the truck inspection was due in December and recommended that I get it done with the oil change. Saved me a 2nd trip just to get the inspection done. I highly recommend Christian Brothers Automotive.

Had maintenance done on my car recently, and the service was great. Christine was very friendly, she went out of her way to help me. If you're lucky, you'll get her as your representative.

I am a business owner and I need quick professional service. My vehicles are an essential component in the success of my business. CBR of Rosenberg not only provides the service that I need but also has shown a personal interest in my safety and also making sure to minimize mechanical issues in the future. They do things with excellence. I will continue to depend on them for all my mechanical needs. The staff is always ready to serve. I would encourage everyone to check them out and see for yourself.

Christina is AMAZING!Her Customer service is top tier.She always goes above and beyond to please and satisfy her customers.Give them a call when you need help Christian Brothers at 6911 Summertime will be there for you. As a business owner they take the time to explain the entire process and possible most affordable prices remember we live in a world where parts and services have skyrocketed and customers service is no longer there but Christian Brothers remains the same.You will not be disappointed...I'll take Christian Brothers Automotive as my repair facility than any other repair shop where you are just a number and that's a huge difference.Thanks ~ Chris

Took my vehicle in for an alternator issue which was fixed but the problem still remained..long story short, after 2 weeks of car stopping and repeat diagnosis, the problem was discovered to be the idle pulley. Ray,Jeremy, and the mechanic, not sure of his name went ABOVE AND BEYOND to repair my vehicle to running conditions. They stepped in and took care of areas that even my extended warranty would not cover which was very disappointing. Thanks also to Gardale the owner and Christina for excellent customer service. I am forever grateful!

They were very helpful and nice, Christine was particularity awesome. She showed me a simulation of what would need to be done to replace a head-gasket. We took our car in on Friday for an oil change we re from out of state and we were leaving the next day Saturday a 7hr. Trip 3hrs. Before getting home the car lost power and was stalling check engine light came on, we drove it to my in-laws which live an hr. away from where we were thank goodness the next day we took it to the closest dealership an hr. away the car is still in the shop. I saw that Irum a previous customer had the same problem it s not a coincidence just wanted to let people know. I was there under a different last name

My first visit here (quite a while back) had some issues but were positively resolved quickly. Have since taken my truck a 2nd time with a positive experience and just in again for an oil change, along with an oil change for my wife s vehicle too. The staff are welcoming, providing great customer service with a caring, personal touch. Time from start to finish was workable and appreciated. Thanks, Christian Brothers. Told me I needed to replace my battery and quoted me $220 w 42 month warranty. I went to Walmart for a free reading as a second opinion and got it replaced for just $165 total with 3 year warranty. Walmart also disclosed to me that my original battery s date was 10/21 with 100month warranty printed on it, and I should call to see if it was still valid. Now that s integrity. Thanks for letting me know Christian Brothers! It would be a two hour trip to go to the original place to claim warranty and I didn t have time for that so ultimately they won my business and will be my new spot to go.The parts and labor charges here are getting outrageous and they were so blatantly trying to pull one over on me.

Can you give less than 1 star? I was looking around to try and find a good place to get my oil changed. So on 11/29/2023 at around 1522 hours, I called to get a quote like the website says to do. I told the person who answered the reason for my call. After introducing myself and giving the reason for my call, there was no response from call taker, only a brief moment of silence followed by the sound of the phone being hung up. I believe whoever answered did not feel like my call was important and intentionally hung up. I could hear the sound of the phone being placed back on the phone dock. That rattle of "plastic-on-plastic" at the end of call when someone hangs up an office phone. This action indicated to me that the service at CBA is rude, unprofessional, and lazy.

I've never experienced such atrocious servicesI honestly feels that I was robbed at gun point..I thought it was a wonderful place by the name..as said can't judge a book by it's cover..I went for one thing came out but I couldn't show it..went from Friday til Monday got my car it was a whole different car and I honestly know things was diagnosed was already fixed I took it to the origional mechanic and was told all the Xtra was done to my car they had my breaks going all way to the floor.i just ask God to heal this world ..

I visited first time for oil change. And it was impressive. I had a wonderful experience. Excellent customer service. Specially "Carlos" is very professional, friendly & helpful. Highly recommended .

The Rosenberg location is unprofessional. You aren t greeted upon arrival, and are basically ignored once processed. I have been to other Christian Brothers locations that were extremely attentive.

I spoke with the technicians and they are very educated and very helpful. However, labor cost of the place were too high. I wish to do business with CBA but their costs were higher than firestone and Hyundai's dealer. Hopefully there will be a third opportunity. Again, no complaints with the treatment, only there was another shop offered for lower price.

Prices were completely outrageous and did not tell me anything that was wrong with my vehicle... Only showed me pictures of things that were not even wrong... Quoted me over $7000 for repairs. When all it was was a small radiator leak.... Never go to this place they will rip you off! They charge $139 dollars for a diagnostic, which turns into $150 at the counter! Took it in knowing the issue, but did not even address the issue when giving me an itemized report on what my vehicle needed... Over $3000 to Is repair radiator with a small hole.. Told me that my valve covers were spewing oil when in reality they were not... Took pictures of random parts of my vehicle and told me that needed to be fixed, but they weren't even the part that they were taking a picture of! It's just ridiculous... never to go to these people! I don't know if it's the name Christian or if they're claiming to be christian, but this is definitely not the way I was expected to be treated.. When asking about the pictures and repairs, the lady up front was very snotty and treated me like I I didn't know what I was talking about. Did not even bring it in for a radiator leak or high temperature on the vehicle, but somehow, it managed to get a hole in it while it was in their care... Drove the vehicle home and have not had an issue with the oil, and the raditator has a very small leak.... which I fixed myself for way cheaper, and I know it was done right!!
