My compliments to Heather and the guys for doing an outstanding job of applying PPV on my 2022 Explorer ST. They only had it two and a half days, and it came out beautiful! They also did the windshield and wheels. Added bonus was they swapped out the original blue Ford badges with my new black and silver ones at no additional charge!! Not many places will do added extras for free. The price was right, and Heather communicated with me every step of the way. I was so satisfied with their work that I left my 2007 Toyota Highlander there to have it completely ceramic coated as well. I highly recommend Ceramic Pro to do your favorite vehicle. I cannot recommend Heather and her team at Ceramic Pro enough. From the moment I met her, her answers to my questions and then finally to the finished product I was very happy. I had the Ultimate Armor package applied to my very special ( ) 1989 Land Rover Defender 90. If you re shopping around, stop, call Heather, I am positive you be happy you did.

Thank you to the team at Ceramic Pro Rosenberg for doing an outstanding job on our BMW M550i. From initial discussions, they thoroughly explained the process, kept us up to date during the process and maintained very high standards and great attention to detail in completing the job; a paint correction on car and rims, replaced damaged PPF, and ceramic coated the entire car including rims and calipers. You guys are the best and fully demonstrated your elite status! We highly recommend!

I wanted to leave a review about the crew at Ceramic Pro Rosenberg. I pulled up with no expectations, just wanted a quote more or less. Heather, was outstanding. She was super knowledgeable and you can tell she has a passion for the buisness. She put together a solid game plan for my car and needs. They put a PPF on the front of my car and paint corrected and ceramic coated the car. It was decent before, but after their work it looked amazing. I really needed to get it home to look it over. Im picky, and the work was incredible. All the imperfections are gone without pointing them out before the work. They went above and beyond. Cleaned the inside of the wheels also. Super impressed, and thats rare. Thanks again to the crew and Heather for the attention to detail..beautiful work!

Very happy with the PPF job I just had done. From start to finish, Heather was professional, helpful, and eager to do a perfect job.As I was leaving, there was a spot of water or some product on my rocker panel. I spotted it but wasn t going to say anything. Heather spotted it too and took care of it immediately. That s a small indicator of how good they are and how happy I am.I recommend this place 100%.

Excellent service, knowledgeable and friendly staff who went above and beyond. Facility is top notch. Completed ahead of schedule over the 4th of July. Car looks awesome - ceramic coated with window tint. All work is under warranty. I couldn t be happier with the PPF job on my Acura RDX. I can t find a single flaw on it and I m picky. When it comes time for ceramic coating, I will definitely be coming back here. Wanted to wait a few months to right this regarding the final product of tint that was installed.I have a 1500 Ram 2022 crew cab. I called this establishment to discuss pricing and was told it would be a certain amount for doing 5%-10% around the truck excluding windshield. I was not informed about charges for "tint removal" until after the installation was completed. Upon my arrival I did notice the back two door windows and rear window were done well. However the front driver and passenger windows were as clear as they were when I purchased the truck. I asked the Gents that did the installation what was going on regarding those two and was informed "OH we do not do anything below the legal limit" which is understandable. No complaint there but I was misinformed and misquoted about this part and was not happy. I considered about coming back for my windshield, at this juncture I surely will not.

Heather and the team at Ceramic Pro were great to work with and did an excellent PPF install on my new vehicle. They stand behind their experience, work and products. I originally got PPF and tint done at another shop but had Ceramic Pro remove and replace the PPF with their own Kavaca PPF. Comparing the end results of the two install, I can certainly say that not all installers are the same. The attention to detail and workmanship Ceramic Pro had compared to the other shop is night and day. There were so many issues with the original install that a follow up visit couldn t resolve them all. Bubbles, silver flashes, large tack marks and cuts into the paint from trimming off excess just to name a few. Ultimately, the original shop would use every excuse to not resolve the issues any further. I still remember them telling me it s paint protection not paint perfection . I received a DIY level job but paid for a professional s price. Costly mistake on my end. Ceramic Pro on the other hand, at least strives for it and not hide behind statements like that. In fact, I didn t even have to bring my car back for a follow up visit.The results speak for themselves. The Kavaca PPF itself is great. It s super clear, hydrophobic and hopefully I will not need the self-healing ability they mentioned. Heather was excellent and stayed in touch throughout the process. Overall, I would absolutely recommend Ceramic Pro to others and intend to bring my current and future vehicles here for any PPF, tint or detailing needs.

Excellent customer service!!! Had there ceramic tint installed on one of my vehicles and this is by far the best place I ve used high quality products and films and top notch service . It s hard to come by places that truly care about their customers and aren t just trying to sell you the most expensive thing they have in stock. If you re looking for top of the line ceramic tint or coatings don t hesitate to make an appointment you will not be disappointed Heather was very informative on the products they offer and keep me in the loop the entire time as I was out of town while they had my vehicle will be returning with other vehicles I have soon!!!!Services: Window tinting, Vehicle window tinting

Please. If you buy a new vehicle and want it staying looking sharp take it to Vlad, Heather, and the team and get your car coated. Very friendly and professional. And if it comes up that they need to correct something they do it with haste.I'm really happy with the front to rear coating they did on my 23' civic. And even more happy with the customer service I received 4 months after I got said coating.Thank yall. And I hope this review brings someone through yalls doors!

Let me start by saying my vehicles do not go to repair shops or dealerships. I don t trust very many people to care for my vehicles the way I do. Wlad and his techs have surpassed our expectations with every project we ve brought them. Their skillful paint correction and extreme attention to detail will leave your paint looking better than anything that s left a dealer show room. I highly recommend ceramic coating your vehicle with Wlad. We had them do the paint, glass, mirrors, and wheel faces and I m amazed how great our car looks when it s clean. Plus you have an added layer of protection to keep your paint looking just like it will when Wlad finishes. Ceramic coating from Wlad was the best thing I ve ever done to a vehicle and he and his team are the only guys I d trust to do it.
