The entire team treated us like family, we're professional, kept us informed about repairs, supplemental re9air costs, and everything. The fact that they have a relationship with the car rental company made the ease of dropping and picking your vehicle up so effortless because you can leave the rental with them once your vehicle repairs are completed.

Caliber collision did a wonderful job on my car they kept me informed they took care of it and less than expected time.And it looks terrific.I definitely would recommend them to anyone needing body work on their car.Plus Zach was wonderful in keeping in contact and updating me on my car.Five stars 100% great job thanks caliber collision

Thank you so much! Progressive insurance and you sent us to very capable hands to caliber collision and they were very professional. Very informative. Text me everyday to let me know the progress on my car was very appreciated all the way till it was ready and I did not feel rushed the day I had to pick it up. That meant a lot to me because I have a lot of anxiety and I did not have any anxiety towards any of the texts because they were informing me step by step where my car was and that made me feel good. So thank you. Progressive and Caliber collision for making this the easiest car repair ever. Thank you

I was recently in an accident where I was rear-ended. The entire Caliber staff was great to work with. Lenzie was very communicative and made sure to update me of the status of my car regularly. She didn't sugar coat any of the delays and was honest when it was taking longer to complete my service, due to late parts or additional steps needed to ensure the installation was done thoroughly. She worked to negotiate with the insurance company so I didn't have to and THAT WAS PRICELESS!! She made the experience painless once she took over managing my repairs. If I ever need to utilize their service again (hopefully not soon LOL) I will happily utilize Caliber Rosenberg and request Lindsey! Also, when Lenzie wasn't available, she ensured her co-worker Zachery was available to help me and he even offered to stay late to make sure I was able to pick up my car and offered to delivery/pickup for me and coordinate the return of my rental car. They work directly with Enterprise, which is another perk. It was top notch customer service all the way around!! I would absolutely recommend them 10/10 times!

I spoke with Oscar the manager about some concerns. I feel like he was very inappropriate and unprofessional the way he spoke to me. He even said I was an impatient person because he did not hear the rattling in the left rear side. I kept repeating myself and ended up being really upset.

It took WAY too long the first time I took it in. A repair that should have taken 2 weeks max took them over a month. To add to that, I had to take it back to them 4 times because they didn t connect all of the wires so some things on my car were not working. Had to take it back again recently because the shock on the side I was hit on was bad, and they neglected to replace it on the original repair. They also repaired a wheel that was damaged in the collision. They didn t repair it, but just painted over the scratches on the rim (it is still slightly bent). It wasn t even the right color, either. They also had to replace the tire, but I guess they forgot to balance it because I had to take it to another tire shop to get balanced after it vibrated pretty violently on the freeway. Fortunately, they covered the additional repairs that were needed at no additional cost to me and their customer service is pretty good. They were friendly and professional when we spoke. These are the only reasons I m giving them 3 stars instead of 2. To be honest, I would not use them again because of their work quality.

Lindzee and Oscar were fantastic to work with. Lindzee updated the repair status twice a week and let me know the moment the car was ready for pickup! The repairs were flawless, you could not tell i had been in an accident. The paint matched perfectly. The experience was exceptional. Thank you!!

This place is sketchy as hell! To try, and make a long story short, this place tried to get me to sign insane paper work to give them control over my car (and maybe my first born, I don t know it was ridiculous) then when I explained I didn t want to agree to repairs yet, just an estimate, and that I wouldn t be signing off permission for them to do repairs, they tried to threaten me with keeping my car (would have loved to have seen them try) while also trying to guilt trip me asking why I didn t trust them to do repairs (again I just wanted an estimate to see what was wrong with the vehicle before I agreed to anything) this is also the place Allstate Ins. said I HAD to go to for an estimate, so yeah definitely not some shady dealings there

Caliber took three weeks to replace the bumper on my Jeep. (That's a 4 hour job at max) That means I had to rent a car for three weeks so they could keep my car in their shop waiting on the part to come in. How about order the parts and bring my vehicle into the shop when it's time to complete the repair? People were nice, repair was done well but the cost and hassle of keeping my vehicle for three weeks means I'll never go back.

My experience was amazing. Came in for an estimate on bumper and rim damage and within 30 minutes I was taken care of, while leaving out with a smile. Great service and very professional will return if anything ever happens again.

They did a phenomenal job of keeping me informed every step of the way just as things go it took a bit longer than originally anticipated. However, most of it was the fault of the manufacturer not the body shop, so no harm done on Caliber Collision. I would use them again.

They do strive to make it as smooth and easy as possible to get through the whole repair process. There are a lot of variables that they cannot totally control, so I cut them some slack. I highly recommend Calliber Colision Rosenberg. They did awsome job with my SUV that hit by anorher car from behind. Randy, my service advisor was very kind and kept me informed of each step of the process. I received my vehicle before the estimated date, which was awsome.

4 TIMES...is how many times I'll have went there to hopefully get things done right. My issue was driver side, front corner body work including my light. When I first picked it up it looked great. But driving at night led me to finding out how severely bad the angle of my lighting was. Took it back. Should have known there would be an issue when it was suggested that I find a dark area to make sure it was okay. Obviously, that don't, so they just hope they get it right. They didn't. Called back and told them about the issue. Was told to email the manager and I did. A month went by with no response. I was finally able to go again, calling first to let them know. Was told that an after market light was put in my car and they'd order a new one. Told me it would either come in at the end of the week or the following Monday. Monday came and I had to call them. Was told the light would be overnighted. I was fine giving them extra time because I was going out of town. Well, it's been over a week since, and not once have they called. So, again, I'll have to contact them and do another 52 mile round trip just HOPING they get it right after 4 times. And if they dare try to dispute any of this, I have all the documentation needed to prove everything I've stated. Last thing, can you tell from the pictures which is the first, second, and third "corrections" and do any of them even look right?Service: Body & Trim

I will be taking all of my body work to the Rosenberg Caliber Collision. They worked seamlessly with my insurance company. The work was done on time. I couldn't tell the difference between the newly painted area and the original painted areas. Customer service and communications about my car's progress was excellent. They even sent a crew to the house to repair an electrical issue that turned out to have nothing to do with the work they did.Service: Body & Trim

I used Caliber Collision in Rosenberg and was very pleased. I was able to select how they were to communicate with me and they emailed me MWF with updates. When I called someone answered the phone and everyone was very helpful.

Zackery New had provided me with outstanding service. He went out of his way to help me jump start my car outisde of his working hours and even bought new jumper cables from Walmart to help me with my car that broke down at HEB. I could not thank him enough.!

Caliber Collision is an outstanding, professional and reliable shop. They repaired our damaged truck. We could not be happier with the results! Special thanks to our servicing technician Ryan, for the wonderful work, he was very polite and professional. He kept in contact with us throughout the process. He did a wonderful job getting our truck back to us in a timely manner. Great repair facility with great customer service. Lindsey who works at the front desk is great to work with. They are truly committed to making sure you are completely satisfied with their work and will do whatever it takes to make it right if you're not. I would have given this business 5 stars if weren't for the big scratch that someone there left on my vehicle that I didn't notice until after I had left the place. (See photo) Do thoroughly inspect your vehicle from front to back before you leave to ensure they did not damage your vehicle in any way while it was in their possession.Services: Painting, Body & Trim
