I ve used Brent s for years and I have been nothing but pleased! I was in Florida on a family trip and had a misfire on my injector. I called Brent, told him the symptoms and he walked me through the problem and showed me how to fix the issue, which was electrical. Saved me over $1000 from the Disney auto care diagnosis which still would not have fixed the problem. You just don t see that type of institutional knowledge in a mechanic these days. I will not take my trucks anywhere else!

Always top notch service with a smile most knowledgeable group for diesels hands down. These guys know their stuff. Brent is awesome to deal with and always goes the extra mile. Customer for life ! I highly recommends for any and all diesel and custom needs.

We had our truck here almost a month to get assessed and we followed up weekly and we were patient to NEVER get a real diagnosis on our vehicle. We were explained that this shop knows how important it was for hot shots to get their equipment back in a timely manner, yet we couldn t even get our vehicle looked over properly over almost a month. No one ever contacted us to give us an update on our vehicle, we had to call every time. If you need good and timely service, DO NOT COME HERE.

Took my Cummins 2500 up there after just buying it to have Brent go through and make sure it's in good shape. Also had them install a light bar. I couldn't be happier with the service as Amber would explain everything to me that needed to be done and why. They are very very knowledgeable and have great customer service. I will not be taking my truck anywhere else buys Brents'

Hands down the best shop I've ever been to.i have a feul problem, I called and was asking questions about it. They said bring it by, 30 minutes (because of me asking questions) they had thr problems figured out. Brent explained everything that he was doing, why and what he was looking for. for people that need more than a word explanation he has part laying around for a visual aid. I highly recommend Brent and his staff, they are good down to earth people and know what they are talking about in depth. You have diesel problems got to them.

Brent and Amber were a Godsend for me. I was in town for work when my ECM crapped out. With performance parts on my truck the dealer didn t want anything to do with me. They were professional, knowledgeable, honest and reasonably priced what else could you ask for? Thanks Brent s Diesel!!!

INCROYABLE ! ! ! et encore... le mot est faible ! ! ! Parti de tout pr�s de la fronti�re mexicaine, soit Donna Texas, donc 3h30 de chez Brent's, sans probl�me, voil� que mon moteur de VR Diesel Cummins manque totalement de puissance se tra�nant p�niblement � 65 km/h soit 40 mph. J'ai un vieux mais bon motoris� avec moteur arri�re. Lorsqu'arriv� sur place, Caleb, le premier m�cano que j'ai vu n'a pas aim� que j'aie un VR moteur arri�re suite � une mauvaise exp�rience qu'il a eu dans le pass�. Moi, je suis mal pris car j'ai encore 3,400 km � faire pour revenir chez-moi. On parlemente et il finit par regarder un peu mon v�hicule. Mentionne que, sans l'ordinateur pour lire mes datas, il ne peut savoir exactement quel est mon probl�me. Suite � quoi, l'�tablissement refuse de travailler sur mon v�hicule � l'aveuglette pour ne pas me charger des changements de pi�ces et du temps inutilement. Le plus dur pour moi a �t� de faire voir que ma position �tait bien plus catastrophique s'il n'essayait pas de r�parer mon VR que de les voir se tromper en essayant de r�soudre le probl�me. Heureusement, ils ont accept�. Sans expliquer tout le diagnostique qu'ils ont fait, ils ont d�couvert mon probl�me ! Ils l'ont r�par� et j'ai pu compl�ter SANS ENCOMBRES tous les 3,400 km qui me restaient � faire ! ! ! Alors oui ! Si vous avez des probl�mes avec votre moteur diesel faites confiance AVANT TOUT AUTRE PERSONNES OU COMMERCE � Brent's diesel. Honn�tet�, rapidit� d'ex�cution ainsi que le d�sir et la conviction ABSOLU de r�soudre le probl�me. Recommandation ? 20 �toiles sur 5 :-)You can't imagine a better place to have your diesel vehicule fix-up. On my way back home, 3,400 km away, my motorhome was suffering of a major lack of power. Because of the fact that they did'nt have the computer related to this old RV and they did'nt want me to pay for parts and time that they could change and not beiing sure that they were working on the right one, so they told me that they prefered not to work on my RV. I had to explain, how worst it would be to me, if they don't at least try... They tried... replace a part that was not the problem but still... it was 22 years old, so what ! And by examining very attentively, they found a tube connected to the turbo thorned and with the fitting damaged... They worked on it and voil� ! ! ! All the power was back !!! They were very honest, quick to do their work reluctant to see me paying for a job that I don't need and on top of that ... they succeded !!!! What more can you ask for ?? Definitely recommanded this shop !!!! Will I returned if needed ( and I'm around) ? YOU BET :-)Recommandations !? 20 stars / 5 stars
