These guys are great! I went in to get my struts replaced because another shop had told me they were shot. Nick informed me that my struts were just fine. They replaced my engine mounts (which was very necessary!) and then made special arrangements so I could pick up my car even on the weekend when the shop was closed, as I was unable to get in during normal hours. Very friendly people, wonderful customer service. Thank you!

At 191K miles I thought my struts and shocks may need replacing. I purchased the parts thru Amazon with full intentions of replacing the parts myself. Then temps went near 100 degrees. I called 730 Automotive to get a quote on the labor to install the struts. Allen gave me a quote for labor and alignment. I ve worked with Allen for many years and know him to be a fair with me. After careful consideration of the quote I told Allen 723 Automotive could do the job for me. Thanks Allen for getting it done for me.Service: Steering & suspension repair

As a single woman, my experience was amazing, it made me feel very comfortable that I was not being taken advantage of because I was an unknowledgeable female of mechanical work. Not only was Mr. Alan customer service, the mechanic's was very nice and knowledgeable. The procedure was explain to me in detail as to what was going to take place, along with pricing before work was to be completed. Alan and his team are a very good group of men! I appreciate their honesty and most importantly, they are not out to take advantage of their customers. They are helpful, thorough and take the time to explain things.I ve lived here for 23 years and so much has changed, but they haven t. My F150 is 15 years old so lately I ve been taking it in about every 6 months for repairs. 723 always does a great job of identifying the problem and fixing it in a timely manner for a fair price. They had to redo some work on my truck in one instance but since it was covered under their warranty it was at no additional cost. 723 has earned my trust early on and it is great to know I ve got a reliable place to take my truck when needed. Last week, I took my car to a local well known shop in the Fulshear area. I was told I needed a new alternator and battery as both were shot and couldn't be salvaged. Not only did I not trust the diagnosis, the price to replace both was outrageous given my research. We reached out to our insurance provider (Randy @ Fulshear Insurance), who immediately recommended 723 Automotive (and Alan, the Owner). We called Alan later in the evening, well after the shop was closed for the day, and explained the situation. He got the car in for work first thing the next morning after we dropped it off late the prior night. Surprising (or not), Alan called and said there was absolutely nothing wrong with the alternator or battery. Nothing. I did have problems with my brakes and rotors which caused the steering wheel to shake during braking. I picked the car up early the next morning and Alan stopped by to talk and thank me for the business. They did the work quickly and now the car drives like new even though it's eight years old. The staff (all of them) were a pleasure to speak and work with. I'll be going back again for all my automotive needs.Services: Electrical, Brakes

I like to think of this shop being a big player in the major leagues. The techs/mechanics that work there are knowledgeable and experienced in gas and diesel vehicles. First appearances can also tell a story, the shop is organized and clean; not like others that I've encountered with mess everywhere. I've been doing business with this shop for about 30 years now. They have ALWAYS been straight forward with me and if I did have an issue, I know that Alan and his TEAM will make it right. Thank you 723 Auto and Diesel for your services...

723 Automotive is my repair shop of choice- I don't live close but it is worth the drive (or tow) to know my car is taken care of with expert service, honest analysis, a fair price, and a really polite staff that communicates well about the job. Not to mention the waiting room is nice and the restroom is clean. I trust 723 Automotive and recommend them highly!

As an old mechanic, now getting to old yo do my own work, I am critical of someone else working on my truck. I found Allen to be very professional any easy to speck with. Time was better than expected and care was the up most. My recommendations to 723 Automotive / Allen. Good job.

I will never take my vehicles anywhere else, period. Allen actually made spending$10,000+ an enjoyable experience. To have a mechanic call you twice during theis just unheard of and amazing to experience week with a progress report. These guys are the real deal. They were able to find the source of a mysterious squeak that had been plaguing me for months! I had taken the car to other shops but Alan had the knowledge and the equipment to figure it out. He even let me borrow the shop truck for a couple of days while he got it done. What a class act! Big thanks to Tonya at the front desk as well. Wonderful customer service. You've earned a customer for life!

Owner is extremely respectful and humble.If you encounter any issues with service, he will take care of you and it s extremely hard to find in this industry.The owner is a down to earth person and built a strong foundation with his ethic.I will take all of my automotive needs to this shop from now forth.

Had a special for oil change at NTB in Rosenberg and they informed me that I need the rear breaks done ASAP. The price they were going to chage me was $324.00. I did pass and then took my car to 723 Auto as I have used many times before. They examined the car and said I have 30% - 35% life left on the rear breaks. WoW honesty, great customer service and prices someone who cares keep up the great work and the customers will come.Services: Brakes, Air conditioning

Alan at 723 Automotive is as honest as they come. I had a problem with my 6L diesel and after countless estimates and money ill spent (even at the ford dealership) Alan gave me a heads up what might be the problem, even though a costly repair, Alan hit the nail on the head. After that repair a couple of days later I broke down on the side of a farm to market road, I contacted Alan at 5am and he dispatched a tow truck. He had me on the road again by that afternoon. 723 Automotive has a new customer. A man of integrity in the automotive repair business is unheard of these days. I would recommend them to anyone any day.

I was looking to get a second opinion/diagnosis of my 2005 Scion xB. The previous shop told me that it needed a new power steering pump, approximately $900. A friend referred me to Alan at 723 Diesel. Glad he did! Turns out it didn t need a new pump, just a new belt. A huge savings from a new pump. Finding a shop that you can trust your vehicle with is difficult. Glad the search is over. 723 Diesel is the place. Thanks Alan.
