Honestly, they're way too slow. They have plenty of space and people, yet they're slow as can be. What should take 15 min at most will be a 1.5 to 2 hour wait. If you have any sort of life and just need an oil change, you're much better off going across the street to the oil change place. It's might be a little bit more expensive, but the time is money, and if you go to Walmart in Rockport, Texas expect to wait a very long time.

Went in with a flat tire and a "donut" tire on my car. Debra said they would patch the tire & text me when it was ready to be placed back on the car. It was 100� in the shade, so glad to have that time to run a second errand & be back to have the tire put on and donut put back in its usual place in just a few minutes. Debra & mechanics are fast and efficient!

Took almost 3hrs to change 2 tires. Workers were very inconsiderate and so was the cashier on that day. Definitely have no regards for people's feelings. Will definitely reconsider next time

We needed a plug in the tire. Arrived at 6:40, got it by 7-ish. Good work, good price.

We usually go to the Walmart Auto Care Center for the usual maintenance. One day recently, I believe Sunday afternoon, we went in for an oil change. The paperwork said that they had filled the wiper fluid. It was empty. I wondered what else didn't get done. I feel that they rushed the work because it was closing time and they just hurried. Be sure to check your paperwork and your car after getting work done there.

They quickly fixed a tire we bought on our trip from Dallas to Rockport when our original tire ate a long screw and its replacement used tire lost air overnight after we arrived!

Service was good. They were busy and it took a little longer as they had one bay down. The lady welcoming you and getting you setup for the oil change was really nice and got everything going well.

Second time here for a tire repair and service even worse. First time I was told a half hour and it took 1 1/2 hours, this time was told an hour and after 1 1/2 hours my truck hasn't even moved in line. There is one truck getting tires installed since I got here and the two techs are only on tire number 3. Sad, never again. After over a 2 hour wait, they tell me they can't get a lug nut off so they can't fix tire. They rotated the tires a month ago. Went to a real tire shop and had it fixed in 10 minutes.

The people there are usually great they're a little understand so sometimes when they're busy they are a little frazzled understandably but when they are not slammed they're as nice as could be but they are always trying to serve the best they can I would definitely recommend this place just hold off if they look too busy

They do a good job, but unless you're first in line, they take a long time to change oil.

I went in for an oil change. A terrible experience. I only hope that they really did put oil in when they were supposed to change the oil.

Can't do oil changes on full size dually trucks because won't fit on there lift and oil changes must be done on lift at this location
