James and his team (Ty and Ryan) were exceptional in their professional response to repairing my Mom s Imagine Camper fixing both the heater and the refrigerator within three days from my initial inquiry. They were on time, quick to respond, very VERY reasonable prices for the repairs (especially compared to used camper sales folks) and so genuinely helpful. We did everything by phone. It was refreshing to work with someone so professional and trustworthy, and my Mom only wishes she had called them sooner. Thank you, James. We appreciate you all more than you will ever know.

South Texas RV Repair is the bomb. They arrived the same day of my call, diagnosed the problem with my A/C, ordered the replacement unit, returned the next day and installed the unit. Three men arrived and all were polite, respectful, clean cut. What else could you ask for. We will definitely call them again.

Used this service for a multitude of repairs I needed in my RV. When I called to obtain and estimate, I listed from memory all the things I needed repaired with James. James was professional and courteous, on the call. Lloyd was sent out on the day we planned, and the time we planned to repair all of the items. Lloyd was totally prepared with my list himself, as I had forgotten some things that I had said. Lloyd fixed everything I needed from small jobs to big jobs, and he did it in a matter of hours (water heater, water pressure, roof repair, etc). I am super impressed at the professionalism from this company, the knowledge, the honesty and reliability. I recommend them highly!

Loved the Service! Super hot weather today. My RV A/C Unit stopped working and I made the call. Ty showed up within 30 minutes, cleaned and serviced the unit and got it back to work. Educated me on what the causes can be and the things are need to do to keep it working great. Was really impressed. Also recommended tank cleaning service. So glad I found them!

I had an issue where 8 of my outlets were not working. I called and told them my situation, the guy on the phone was telling me it s basically like chasing a ghost finding the problem. Yep I m aware of that, that s why I called you guys. He said he had a guy already going to be in my area doing work so he would only charge me half the normal mileage rate. The tech tim comes while I m at work and my girlfriend is at home. He starts complaining who s much he hates these kinds of jobs cause they are so hard to diagnose. So after an hour he says he fixed the problem and leaves. Charges me 230$. They still charged me the normal mileage rate. I get home 3 outlets still don t work and he never even put the outlet completely back together. (Claimed he didn t have all the screws, but everything was right there.) when I got home I pulled the outlet out and discovered he left a wire completely disconnected which was why the other 3 outlets did not work

South Texas RV came to our rescue once again when our air conditioner went out. They replaced both units with 2 used units they had on hand. They gave us a 30 day warranty if they quit and needed replaced. The front one failed to cool, true to their word, they replaced it with another used one they had on hand. When that one failed to cool, they replaced it with a new one and deducted the used price from the new one. They worked very hard to make sure it worked correctly and that we were pleased. Each person was very courteous and kind. They were on time each day. This is our second time working with them and I believe they are one of the best RV mobile services in this area. If you need a great reliable service, call them.Service: Air conditioning

I highly recommend South TX RV Repair! They are reasonable, professional, dependable and thorough. We needed a new AC unit for our 5th wheel. They didn t just pull the old one off and slap on the new one. They took the time to clean where the old one was, and even brought the shop vac on the roof to thoroughly clean before installing the new unit. They realized we weren t getting maximum air flow inside the camper and took time to tape things up before installing the new unit. We have better airflow than we did when we first bought it! I can t say enough positive things about this company. We are located in Refugio, and we did have to pay mileage, but it was worth every penny. We will be using them for all future repairs.Service: Air conditioning

Awesome owners and if i need them in the future this will be my 1st and only call. Best, hands down.So they came to my rescue when our inverter went out, they came wothin 20 minutes of my call, diagnosed the issue, and came back in 20 minutes to replace the inverter. They were courteous and explained everything to me and so nice, they were my 1st and only call and got us cool again. Thank you so much for the quick response and fixing our issue

We have used South Texas RV Repair 4 times. The front jack of our travel trailer stopped working and South Texas came out and found that the electrical wiring was defective from the factory (under warranty). They fixed it quickly and we have not had any further issues with it. We called them out a second time to install a Maxx Air remote control fan in our trailer bathroom (wife could not reach the knob to open the fan). They installed the fan and made sure that the fan was caulked properly on the trailer roof. After numerous rains, a cold front and strong winds, the fan continues to work great with no leaks into the trailer. The third time we called them out, we had an electrical outlet that was broken. They came out and fixed the outlet quickly and we have had no further issues with it. On our last call this week, one of my trailer slide outs was not coming in all the way on the bottom right side. I contacted James, the owner and he and Adam come out to fix the problem. In a short period of time, they had adjusted the slide and fixed the problem. We highly recommend South Texas RV Repair for for any problems you may have with your RV. We have found them to be professional, knowledgeable, and determined to find out what the issue is and fix it in a timely manner. Their prices are fair and reasonable and if a problem does occur again, they will be our first call.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Body & Trim

Our black tank and plugged up earlier in the week as we were traveling to Rockport for the winter. We stopped at another shop in NW Texas to have it opened up and cleaned out. During that process this other shop managed to damage the shutoff gate to the black tank. When we arrived in Rockport we looked up RV repair shops and chose South Texas RV Repair to see if they could help us out. The Tech, Bruce, showed up in less than an hour, diagnosed our problem and started on the repair. They found a huge problem in that not only was the gate valve damaged, the flanged fitting it bolted to was also broken. Within 20 minutes they located a new fitting had it at our site and completed the installation. We recomend South Texas RV Repair for all your RV repairs. Their Tech, Bruce, was very knowledgeable and explained exactly how and what he was going to do to make the repair. A big THANK YOU to South Texas RV Repair for a job well done!!

Had an electrical issue with my Winnebago 38q. All of my outlets were not working. Called South Texas Rv as we were staying in Rockport. Eric called me back right away but wasn t able to connect as I had a Canadian number and his company phone wouldn t call international. He then took his personal phone and called me. He came the next morning and after about 40 minutes of testing and investigating we were back up and running. Great service, great value.Service: Electrical

We arrived in Port A in out Motor coach and the AC would not come on. We called James and he sent out Tim to look at it. He was able to determine that the thermostat control had gone out. He was able to source one from locally supplier and installed it and the AC has been working great ever cents. We highly recommend them.

The severe ice storm we had killed the water heater in my tiny house. James and Herbie with South Texas RV Repair replaced the unit and upgraded some of the plumbing that was needed. I appreciated the attention to detail and professionalism of their work. As the other reviews have mentioned they are very reasonable and well worth it for the service you get.

Our water heater went out on our 5th wheel. We did Everything we could to repair it ourselves and still could not get hot water. We called South Texas RV Repair. The nicest, most knowledgeable man knew exactly what to tell us to do and it worked! I wish I would have gotten his name but rest assured we will call this company every time for future repairs!

We just moved down from Seguin Tx to Corpus Christi Tx about 3 months ago so we're staying in our 5th wheel while we have our house built. well we had a water leak we couldn't find anyone wanting to come fix the issue we luckily found South Texas Rv Repair James answered my call and was able to send his tech out on the same day and got us all fixed up. Awesome South Texas Service at its best. We definitely recommend 1/21/22

Definitely would recommend them for RV repair. They replace a 16ft slide floor for me. Completed it in less than 3 days. Showed up on time and communicated with us on what they were going to do.
