My truck broke down at the Fulton Pier while we were on vacation in Rockport. My roadside assistance dropped it off after hours Thurs night and I talked to Allen Friday morning. I was worried because we were supposed to head home that morning! Allen and his team were very kind and kept me in the loop the whole time my truck was there. They even had us back on the road later that day!! They were very friendly and as far as breaking down on vacation goes, I couldn't have gotten luckier. Thank you Rockport Auto Clinic!!

Used this place 2 years ago when our AC went out in our vehicle. Recently our AC went out again, not only did they fix the issue. They didn t charge us although we had a warranty it expired a couple days ago. Great place, would highly recommend. Very professional & the receptionist was super nice! Oh my gosh ya'll, my wife and I drove to Rockport from Oklahoma. Somewhere south of Waco my AC stopped blowing it's normal cold air, and blew semi cold air. We got situated at the hotel and the next morning I went to Rockport Auto Clinic to see if they could help me. They were very busy (good sign) but decided to squeeze me in and see if they could help since we were sort of stranded. They totally got me back on the road lickety-split. They are very reasonably priced, and they are good people. I'm so happy I went to them for assistance. Thanks!

My family and I visited Rockport from San Antonio last weekend and unfortunately, our Chevy vehicle decided to start acting up about 15 mins from town. Fortunately, by God's good graces, we got to our Airbnb and I had a mission to get the car fixed before our trip ended in 4 days. I had visited a couple of other shops in person and by phone and the majority advised me to go to a dealer in Aransas Pass or Corpus with the codes and symptoms I gave. No one was willing to take the time to diagnose it. It was becoming a nightmare really quickly. Well, that's when the heavens shined down on me and got me to Rockport Auto Clinic. Allen(owner) and Veronica (front desk) had me in early on Monday and out by the end of the day Tuesday. Without question, this is the best Chevy mechanic in the Coastal Bend area. Figured out that my issue was part of a service bulletin for my make and model and I didn't pay an arm and a leg which I was prepping myself for by getting anywhere near the d(st)ealer. My father had an appointment to have his timing belt changed, unfortunately his battery died that morning so the roadside assistance tech from Geico followed him to Rockport Auto Clinic. After testing his electrical system, luckily he only had a loose connection which was quickly fixed. After checking the timing belt, they determined that it did not need to be changed, However, a radiator leak was found. He returned the next morning to have his radiator replaced. The staff was very professional and courteous. We are very pleased with their service, friendly manner and honesty, they could have changed the belt anyway and made more money but did not. I highly recommend Rockport Auto Clinic.Service: Electrical

Yes , very expensive but they did my truck in 1 hr. Good easy job . Easy job , I have mixed feelings. They have a woman closing the deal. I didn't care for that, I like dealing directly with the mechanic. I'm not sure I would go back. The lady was nice but not a mechanic . Trent masch

Had a power steering line replaced. I supplied the parts. I diagnosed it and still was charged the diagnostic fee. They did do a great repair job, but if I had a lift I could have had it done in less than an hour. They are, however very honest about their work. Highly recommended as a former professional auto mechanic. They are great with their follow up, and they're great at keeping you in the loop

Beth and her staff of professionals were fantastic! It is so refreshing to actually talk to a REAL person, no automated, click here, wait for a call back customer interaction. These people really care about you having a great experience using their services. Highly recommend! I m a single mom and have had my truck and my daughters truck taken there several times for different issues. Everyone is friendly and professional and most importantly honest. So glad to have found people I can trust to fix the problems right and at a reasonable price without being taken advantage of.

Fast service very friendly people. My dad had some issues after he picked up his van they did not reconnect the radiator hose. They did send a tow truck to come get his vehicle. They have a very comfortable waiting room with tv to watch.Beth at the front is very good about keeping you informed on the status of your care.

My emissions control light had been coming on recently, so while out running errands, I stopped to get gas, then my car stalled coming out of the gas station. I pulled up Google Maps to find the nearest auto repair shop, and it was just by the grace of God that this place was first on the list and right down the road. They got my car in right away, figured out I needed two solenoids replaced and an oil change, were able to fix my car right then (I was terrified I d stall on the highway), and my car runs great now. Their charges are very, very reasonable. Thank you to everyone who works there and a big thank you to Beth, who was so friendly and helpful in telling me several things to do in the area and sights to see. You guys are awesome!

I've been going here for several years. You cannot beat anything as far as their service from the receptionist to the mechanics. Always on time. Always done professionally. And, doesn't seem to take advantage. I won't go anywhere else unless they run me off. And that will be hard. Brought my vehicle to them from Port Aransas. Very friendly staff! Got my vehicle in BEFORE appointment time! Left the Auto Clinic within 30 minutes of when repair was initiated! Very fair repair cost. I was impressed. Then, today I got a thank you card in the mail....hand written! Who does that these days? I would highly recommend their service to anyone needing vehicle service!

The only place I'll take my car to and the only place I'll recommended here in Rockport. Allen and Beth run a honest business and has "always" tried to save me money without sacrificing quality. They lay it out plain and simple, let you know your options and even help you find ways to get the job done right at the lowest cost possible. Been a loyal customer now for 3 years and there is absolutely no reason to look elsewhere.

The most trustworthy auto place I know of, always fair and righteous with everyone. Your car is an essential tool to your daily life and a big investment for most people, so be cautious who you take it to. With that being said You can absolutely trust this place with your vehicles.

We re really happy with our new AC. Twenty four months waurantee on parts and labor nationwide and lifetime on the compressor. To top it off they did it in one afternoon. I highly recommend them.

Excellent and fast service... They fixed my air conditioner on my 2009 Honda CRV or under $1000! I thought it was a little pricey but after shopping around it seemed to be about the going rate.

Visiting from out of town when my F-150's brake lights and turn signals in the rear stopped working. They were fast and efficient in figuring out and repairing the problem. Two Thumbs Up!Service: Electrical repairService: Electrical repair
