Okay Everyone I am back at reviewing. I love O'Reilly's. Thanks Mickaila for the prompt and courteous service. I am from the Panhandle and needed some Texas love. I always get great service at every O'Reilly's. Great job everyone and keep up the great work!

Awesome place! First off, I just wanted to let everyone know that I am from out of town and the battery went out in my car! Got it. Jump started and came over to O'Reilly's here and met a young man by the name of Aaron. He was very knowledgeable on what I needed. As far as a battery for this car, was a pleasure to work with, and he installed it within minutes! Thank him and O'Reilly's for all of his hard work and you definitely have a customer for life! Thank you Aaron!!!

Visited yesterday for a battery. Prompt service and very knowledgable and personable staff. Asked to use the restroom and was surprised to find the "Cleanest " restroom I have seen in Texas besides Buccees.

They have always fixed my computer sometimes in seconds, had to have someone come to my house to fix an internet issue. He was very pleasant and didn't leave till my computer was up and running. Very happy

Usually find everything you need. If they don't have it, they can get it fairly quickly. Friendly folks, willing to help you find what you need. Seem to be very knowledgeable about various cars and car parts.

In about 12 minutes, I had new windshield wiper blades (front and back). They were perfect for my SUV!Friendly and competent staff!

Julie Ann, the managers awesome! She helped my 71 yr old mother when her battery died at HEB. She had a gentleman from the store drive over and start the car. My mom drove to O'Reillys. She bought a battery. They immediately put it in. Probably took 20min. Thank you so much for helping my mom.

Parking lot is empty for a reason.Employees try to sell you the same product instead of warranting out the product you bought from them originally.There's other parts stores other than O'Reilly's in Rockport.Buyer Beware.

I went in for a brake light bulb. The sales person was able to quickly find it for me. I installed it and was on my way. Glad they were nearby.

Jillian went way above excellent customer satisfaction. Thought I had a battery issue. She checked my battery, starter and alternator. Ended up a $8 battery cable. She said it was easy to put on. After telling her my mechanical skills were limited. Her comment was it only takes 5 minutes, I will do it for you.Anyway Jillian, outstanding service with a smile. Thanks again

Took a battery here to have it checked. The employee must ve been a rookie. He said it was in great condition and advised us to bring the alternator. To make a long story short the next morning I had the battery checked again and that s exactly what it was.

Passing through and had to pull over for oil pressure light, these guys helped me get the part I needed and the correct tools to fix it and I was able to resolve my issue and get back on the road. The two guys working today though were just extremely helpful during the entire exchange, very grateful for their assistance.

Recently my husband Jack and I were in need of help with the air conditioning in our 2001 Dodge pickup. We were visiting Rockport and many miles from home. Jill, the manager of the Rockport store, was extremely helpful. She educated us on the uses and types of AC refrigerants. She was very thorough and then offered to assist us on installing the refrigerant into the truck that was parked in front of the store. She ended up doing the entire job. She really went above and beyond!, which is a rare thing to find these days. If she doesn't own the store, she should! She is very knowledgeable and very helpful! It was greatly appreciated and really made our day. We left with a fully functioning air-conditioned vehicle on a very hot & humid day in Rockport.S & J Moffitt, Harper, TX

This message is regarding Jillian and her team at the Rockport, Texas location. Outstanding old fashioned service!!!! I had an odd turn signal bulb that was a bit hard to find, and she found it and installed all new ones for me. Thank you!!! I recommend them for all you're auto parts needs.

Stopped in when car overheated and can say this by far was the best experience I've had with one anywhere. All the staff was trying to help us get back on road, even outside assisting with the location of leak. Not to mention a few customers helped pinch the fins back together . Hands down this little city is the best.

Amazing service like no other auto parts store. Jillian the store manager a rarity in the auto parts industry helped me hands on with finding the problem with my vehicle, where no other auto parts stores will even want to look at the vehicle you go in for. Highly recommend going to this store!

Place is filthy. Staff seems to just stand around and BS with each other. Every time I've been in to purchase a part, there are always at least three standing in the back hanging out. Customer service is terrible.
