To start with I needed my oil changed Which I have had my oil changed there before Without any problems, as I arrived there this morning to have my oil changed the manager rudely told me that I needed to go stand under the tree by the picnic table and they would get to me when they could. I noticed that they pulled my jeep around. and proceeded to change my oil without asking me what type of oil how my filter looked on my air filter, looked or anything that has to do with my jeep. about 15 minutes later, they called me to my jeep and said that it was done I said, why didn t you include me in on any of the items that they normally check he said everything looked fine. and he didn t think that that was important, in the meantime, his workers said that I was informed which I was not. I will not be going back to Minuteman oil change, and will not recommend them to anyone due to the fact that they do whatever they want to do without the customers OK. What ever happened to common courtesy

Consistently put in oil blend instead of full synthetic. (charged me for the full synthetic too) I went to the great new place near Whataburger once because minit man was closed and was told there I had a blend and not synthetic before they put the synthetic in. That's how I found out the first time. Each time I HAD STRESSED THAT I WANTED FULL SYNTHETIC. Just went in today and the 59-ish man with light hair told me did I want full synthetic this time because he recommended it and because last time I had had them put blend in!He said full synthetic was best for my vehicle.(Which obviously I knew because I had been asking for full synthetic the whole time EVERY time I had gone in there!) Then he acted like I was a pain and argued with me and told me that every time I came in I was asking for a blend and not full synthetic. When I told him I have never once asked for anything but full synthetic for my car EVER ANYWHERE he argued with me, began to escalate,and acted like I was a pain in the pants and made faces and was extremely rude. No apology, just arguing and literally willing to go to the mat with me over what I had asked in the past! I KNOW what I've been putting in my car for the last 4 years!When I asked where the manager was he said he was the manager right now. Please take a lesson from this that you should not take your car to this place because they will put who knows what into your oil tank and charge you who knows what for your oil. Furthermore I don't appreciate as a woman being treated like I am some kind of a nag or something when I am being assertive and trying to get the kind of oil for my car that I need. Please go to a non-sexist place if you are a woman. I was very polite to this man and he treated me very rudely and it was obvious he thought I was a "hormonal woman". Obviously I am the expert on what I have asked for in the past for my car. There were literally no other cars in the place but I was treated like I was wasting his time. He told me on their computer program they had me listed as a blend when I never had requested a blend one time in the past year and a half I have been going there! Then I asked whether they had put in a high mileage filter and the man said no they already put a regular one in cuz I didn't ask for one. If anybody had asked me about the filter I would have told them high mileage filter Buyer beware! You can't be sure what they're putting in your tank.

A dealership did my last oil change. They left coolant level low.Left the dipstick out of holder.Put too much oil in engine.Minute man checked all of this and corrected. Truly great service.Trust worthy service and great mechanical skills shown. IAlways will be there customer for now on for this new vehicle. My other vehicle they did all the oil service on.Always correctly done.Never had any problems with this placeI highly recommend this place to anyone.

I have been meaning to get an Oil Change since I left Lipscomb on my 2007 Honda Odyssey EXL, but kept putting it off until I got settled in Rockport,TX. I am leaving soon back to Lipscomb and do not want to get stranded on the road. So, I tried a Minit Man Oil Change #8057, because they are a local company out of Corpus Christi. Randy! You and your crew took great care of this Handicapped Person and made me feel whole and did a Full Service Premium. Thanks again and I hope I can make it back to Rockport! Peace out!

Always very precise in what they do. Even had a air filter changed out. It was a quick n and out. Always polite. Never any problems. I always take my vehicle in for annual inspections. Highly recommend.

Came to get an oil change, the dude came out and said there system was doing an update and that they do them every Sunday and that he couldn't perform an oil change even after I offered to pay cash, he sent me to Take 5 oil change right down the road.

This location will SCAM you: they will force you to buy unnecessary items for inspections and will tell you they will not pass you if you don't buy that item they're pushing that day.Do NOT leave your cedit card with them, that is not a thing: pay right then and there. If you leave the card there, they will claim they gave it back to you and will tell you their camera's do not work.IT'S NOT WORTH THE CHEAP PRICE!!!!!!!

Stopped in for a mid-afternoon State Inspection. They weren't overly busy and the inspection (start to finish) was completed in less than 20 minutes. The staff was pretty friendly and respectful.

I went to get a oil change which I got and in the meantime I was told I should change my differential oil which I did , on the "SPECIALS" board it stated a $20 discount for differential service. When I was handed my receipt I asked, did I get my discount and was told that was yesterday's special that it needed to be changed. The date on that board clearly stated May 6 SPECIALS. I paid $230.65 for a Oil change and Differential service. I will be going in to speak to the manager tomorrow to ask for my $20 discount.

These guys are AMAZING!! Anytime I need help or have auto questions they are very helpful and respectful! Fast and efficient service, and if they don t have cars they are usually outside holding signs to get business, very productive gentleman, I wouldn t go anywhere else for services they offer!! Huge thank you to Tony, Red, Javi, and Nando!!

Great experience here! Stopped in on a rainy day for my vehicle inspection. They were quick and efficient, making sure I didn't have to hang out in the rain. Staff was personable and polite, I'd recommend them to anyone.

First went to the one in AP. Waited in a 3 vehicle line 45 minutes with no movement. I left. Went to the one in Rockport and was in and out in 15 minutes. The staff was very courteous and treated me with respect. I highly recommend the Rockport Minute Man. Job well done.

I am very disappointed in their attention to what oil they put in my car. I have been using them for several years now and this is the second time they have put the wrong oil in my car. They are too busy trying to up sell you on the other services that they did not look at the sticker I gave them off the windshield. This is my last time there.Service: General repairs & maintenance

The service personnel were very professional and explained the different types of oil for my vehicle. Of course there is a wait if there is someone already in the bay, but when it was my turn they did a thorough job.

I was an employee there recently I got in an altercation with another employee named Javi and we both got terminated the manager tony was standing right beside Javi and would not say nothing as we argued back and forth he has no manager skills. Two days later I seen Javi working back up there I turned in all my uniforms in and waited patiently for my next check when I got my direct deposit they only payed me for 14 hours when i worked 31 hours that week they are very unprofessional I highly recommend you not to go there or work there.
