Took my truck there to get an axle replaced.When I picked up my truck , I had very weak brakes that I had to pump in order to stop.Took my truck back several times but they couldn t figure out what the problem was.I finally figured it out myself , and it was something they did when they worked on my truck . Very quick know it alls that don t know much

Their customer service is excellent. They helped me when I had trouble with my car the day before moving out of town. There kindness relieved a great weight off my shoulders. The day after Thanksgiving I noticed a nail in my tire. I gave them a call, they got me right in and it was repaired and back on the road in about 10 minutes. Fast, friendly and fair priced.

Went to get a golf cart inspection on a Sunday. The lady in the office was very friendly and helped me right away. Great service and will definitely be going back!

I was in town for a quick visit, and my Dodge Grand Caravan gave a problem with a strange warning light coming on and car started malfunctioning. They were very friendly and found out what the problem was, which was something simpler than they (and I!) had initially expected. Even though I was out of town, they did not try to take advantage of the situation and were very honest! They charged a very reasonable price to fix the car and we were able to get back on the road again! I highly recommend this place!Service: Auto engine diagnostic

My husband and I experienced a blow out on our RV while driving to Rockport. The staff at Gordo s were able to order us a new set of tires that same day. We appreciated the fast and friendly service we received from Jimmy. He delivered the tires out to the RV park early the next morning and installed them for us. Jimmy went above and beyond to help us .thank you! Great company, friendly staff and amazing service!!!Service: Tires

From the secretary to the mechanics in the shop. This place is awesome. I took My 2008 f450 in for an alignment and Justin found that I needed a few new parts before he could do the alignment. The shop manager Jimmy ordered the parts and they were deliverer the next day. I was a little stressed about the way my truck was handling so I called Josie in the front office a few times and she was very good at dealing with my stress and was professional about it. I could not leave my truck as it's my only vehicle, and the guys in the shop didn't mind me hanging out to watch the work being done on the truck. Everyone was understanding and Justin explained what he was doing every step of the way, even though he didn't have to because technically I shouldn't have been there. I'm an old gearhead so it was fun being in a shop again. Thanks to everyone for putting up with me and great job!Service: Steering & suspension repair

A friend needed some repairs done, the first shop they went to told them they needed multiple items replaced and repairs would be in the thousands. I recommend Gordo's and as usual they're honesty and professional attitude finds the actual minor repair of under $300 and gets their truck back on the road. Thank for your integrity.

I have come here numerous times for different things and every time they give me a very fair price and never try to overcharge. They are honest on what needs to be fixed on your vehicle and what does not. Being a single mom I am glad to have found a place to bring my car and not worry about an unnecessary outrageous bill. I want to thank everybody over there at Gordo's for doing such a wonderful job may God bless you all.

Called the shop late on Friday for help on diagnosing and repairing the water pump or alternator on our 2014 Honda CRV. They said they were open Saturday so I started to take our car in early in the morning. Car noise was so bad when I started the car that I knew it wasn't safe to drive. I called the shop and spoke with Jimmie, the manager, who said he would get a tow truck out to us right away. Once the car got delivered to the shop, it was too late to get the repairs started. Monday morning, the shop called with a diagnosis (bad water pump) and cost estimate.I explained that we had to rent a car and would appreciate them expediting the work. Despite the mechanic be called out on a roadside emergency, they were able to install new water pump along with rotating our tires and changing the oil by the end of the day saving us the cost of extending our car rental another day.We were very appreciative of how they went above and beyond to get the work done. Jimmie was very professional and courteous as was the rest of his staff, and the total cost for the work performed was very reasonable.Services: Auto engine diagnostic, Oil change

These guys are fu$@ing AWESOME! Had a pin hole in my tire today at 4:25pm and had to be at an appointment in Portland at 5pm. They had me all patched up and back on the road in less than 10 minutes! I made it to my appointment with 10 minutes to spare!! 10 stars for these guys! Keep it local!

Great service, very polite and professional.This is a home grown business that's been around for 26 years according to the guy who helped me. I needed to stop in here to get some air for my 38' motor home. They were nice enough to guide me into their place, check all the tires and didn't charge me anything even though they had to bend one of their tools in order to be able to check a oddly placed valve stem on one of my rims.Would recommened to anyone with a travel trailer, motor home, or any big rig!

Always great service. I've been going there since I was a teenage. And before that my mom would go there. Quick, fast and no BS. Family owned and operated. Would recommend a 1000 times over.
