Customer service is barely existant here. Took TV in for estimate on repair owner told us would have a quote in 24 hrs. After 2 days we called was told by his wife he would call back that day. After another 2 days with no update we went to pick up TV. Estimated cost to repair 250 $ less 50$ service call. Which would have been fine but after such shotty communication we choose to decline.

BEWARE CHARLES AND HIS WIFE ARE CROOKSI purchased a touchscreen radio and was charged more than 2x the original price. Install lasted for about a day. Very rude when i went back to have him look at the radio and when I questioned him he said what radio and refused services. Now im stuck with a radio that doesn't work and out $325

Misdiagnosed my issue. Paid $40 and He was completely wrong. I believe this guy has dementia. I highly do not recommend.
