I had them replace the power cord going from my camper to my truck. I got a next day appointment and the young man that came out was very polite and professional. He fixed the cord in an hour and it was very affordable. I highly recommend these folks.

I had a great experience. The lady who answers the phone is very sweet and helpful. The technicians came to my camp ground after having my ac give out. I paid $1780 for a/c and service. I love how friendly everyone is, reliable and available this business is. Recommend :)I also got my camper tires inflated which was great!!Services: Tires, Electrical, Air conditioning

Rv repairs great service. Install kitchen sink and flush valve on toilet. Total $159 took 1 hour. I had the parts. If you're in rockport at Goose Island state park they have mobile service. Will use them again. $ 60 service call and $95 per hour.

Excellent service in the office and in the field!Brandon & crew were very thorough trying to diagnose my refer problem. It is working fine now that we add ice to the produce buckets.(The excessive Texas heat was causing the interior temp to go out of safe range.)

These guys!!! Every positive adjective describes this shop. They live by the golden rule and did such a great job. One slide out kept sticking and going off track. These guys discovered parts were left off by the previous repeated repairs. The attention to detail is refreshing and much appreciated. We will always take our RV to them if we can. Called 12/22 that our air conditioning was not working. They came and looked at and said it was the board. Called them back later and told them to cancel order as unit started working again. Monday Called them again as unit stopped working and told them to order board. Was told it would be in 12/14 and they would call to set up install time. To make a long story short we called several times after that as we were only going to be in area until until Jan 7th. They kept telling me that the part was coming in this day and that day. Last call to them was Jan 2nd and was told it would be in on Friday jan 6th they would be out that day. Never heard from them. NEVER USE THIS COMPANY.Services: Electrical, Air conditioning

Had a minor electrical issue with one of the slides to our new 5th wheel. The tech from Busy Bee arrived early and got it fixed in a very short period of time and at a very reasonable price. I would recommend them to anyone in need of mobile RV repair services.

Absolutely amazing service and knowledge. Devon was able to diagnose our issue in a matter of minutes and was very prompt with procuring the parts and returning for the install. I would highly recommend this company and will continue to use them for all of my repairs going forward.

Very knowledgeable and professional service that was on time. Does warranty work and handles everything with the manufacturer. Fixed the leak under my kitchen sink in a few minutes and even adjusted the latch on my door free of charge. The only company that will ever work on my camper in this area.

We needed our TT moved from the dealership to the RV park, so I called around to get quotes from several transport places in the area and these guys beat all of them. I am glad we went with them because when the guy delivered our TT, he made sure it was setup correctly and then he made sure that we were totally comfortable and understood how everything in it worked (he explained better than the dealership). When the time comes that we need repair work done that we can't do ourselves, we will definitely be calling these guys in a heartbeat. I will always be recommending them to everyone in my RV park.

We had a water heater break that caused water to leak through our RV. W had prompt response. They we re courteous, professional and cleaned everything up. We have been traveling for 15 years. This is the best RV repair company we have worked with.

Busy Bee RV service is the best around! I was out of town working in Corpus and desperately needed repairs to my RV... Devon went above and beyond with the service he provides to take care of my RV! Just bought a 5th wheel. Had a lot of questions. We had it inspected from front to back. Our tech did a complete inspection and walked us thru what he was doing and what we should be looking for. It checked out great. And their price was great. We will be calling them for future help.

We had a problem with our slide on our new 2020 motorhome, Devin was attentive and on time, he worked several days - including Sunday to get us back on the road - excellent service and we highly recommend him.

HE IS NOT DEPENDABLE.If he chooses to show up he does a good job. Two times I called Devon for repairs he sets a date and he doesn t show up. I am not the only person that he has done this too. You would think he would give respect enough to call you and give you a reason why but no.You can always tell when he s not going to show up because he doesn t ask for an address he just tells you I ll be there on so-and-so day.

Nothing but top notch, professional work from these guys. We desperately needed their expertise in getting our hydraulic slides out. They showed up diagnosed the problem and got them out. If you find yourself in need of RV maintenance or in a serious rv situation Busy Bee is your first and ONLY call..... Thanks so much.
