Really surprised me on how quick found issue with my jeep. Had so much trouble with it and I was beside myself when told what was found. Great mechanic

My boyfriend and I broke down in Rock-dale and they happened to be the closest shop. So glad it was, we left his jeep there over night and they diagnosed and fixed the vehicle quickly. We were nervous because the stigma around Jeep wranglers but they were very efficient and nicely priced, you can tell that John loves what he does and is good at it too.Service: Engine repair

Great service. Great value for the money. Wish I did not have to pay the credit card convenience fee. But I guess I understand. Will definitely use them if needed again.

My father took a vehicle there 2 different times. The first time they said it need a new computer and they never had it reprogramed for the vehicle but they charged for it and when he got it back it ran worse then when we dropped it off. They didn't do anything they said they was going to do. The second time they said it needed a timing chain vehicle was drove 2 miles (at the most) to thier shop it never got hot or anything then they called saying the radiator hose was off and the motor was no good and needed to be replaced in it now

Great family owned place to have major auto repair or just you standard maintenance done. Always treated well by the owners. Wouldn't go anywhere else for my mechanic needs.

"IMPRESSIVE SERVICE KNOWLEDGE, PATIENCE and HONEST INDIVIDUALS ACCOMPANIED with in TRUSTWORTHY BUSINESS" !!!That's, "BIG JOHN'S AUTOMOTIVE" in Rockdale Texas .A reliable place you want to bring your vehicle if you break down or need any automotive service repairs done.My family and I was traveling down South from the Dallas/Fort Worth area when we experience vehicle engine problems, and broke down on HWY 77.When most Auto repair shops will not answer your phone call especially on a Friday Evening right at or after their closing hour's."THE ARENTZ FAMILY STAFF CAME TO THE BYERLY FAMILY ENGINE EMERGENCY RESCUE" !!!!!And got me and my family safely on to our destination, with a cost prohibited experience and warm caring Friendly Family Staff"...
