The staff at Alphaone are good people.It is a trying time when your vehicle needs service, but Alphaone took care of me. They went above normal customer service to ease my mind. I look forward to doing business with them in the future.

Bought a gorgeous red Silverado truck from Alpha One in Rockdale on January 29, 2024 broke down the next day, here it is April 3rd and STILL is not working!!!! We have gone back & forth w/these people & you can tell they are fed up with us to where they do not want to speak to us anymore. Talk about a LEMON! VERY disappointed w/this agency not much more I can say ..do not go to Aloha One!!!

Hi my name is Juan Torres. I recently had a really bad experience with one of Car Gurus dealers. The name of the dealer is Alpha One Chevrolet out of Rockdale Texas. On 3/9/24 I drove 45 minutes from my house to the dealership to test drive 2018 F150 XLT 4X4(80 something thousand miles). I asked the dealer if the truck had been inspected and evaluated before putting it on the lot and the dealer said yes. The salesperson Joseph asked if i wanted to test drive the F150 and i said yes. As we left the lot within 15 to 20 minutes the truck started to tremble and it started overheating. My intention was to purchase the vehicle that day, but left very disappointed due to the lemon they had on the lot. I also inspected underneath the truck and it was all rusted up. It is sad that people in this world are selling absolute trash for $30,000 dollars. I hope you remove this truck from your lot so individuals like me will not have to waste their valuable time on trash. I did speak to the GM(Scott Grabowski) typical Car salesperson, and he was very rude and arrogant. "Beware of this individual " . This is my first time using CarGurus, and it was not a good one .

We were in Rockdale simply to se if we wanted to buy a home there. Upon leaving, we noticed our tire was low. The local tire place es closed. The had station told is to go to Alpha One. Their service station was closed, but they were willing to assist us. We really appreciate them!

The BEST hometown experience for the 2nd time this year. I would highly recommend coming to AlphaOne Rockdale Texas for your car buying needs. The staff is friendly, fast, patient with no big dealership pressure, etc. You feel welcome from the very start and are treated that way to the very end.
