Blew a tire on the way to san Antonio from corpus. First call they picked up , within 15 minutes I pulled into the shop at 9:00 at night . Replaced my size r15 235 by 75 tire within 1 hour. Now I asked for a used tire, and they gave me a fairly new one. They charged me fair, and gave me great service ! A bunch of hard working group of men ! Keep it up!

Wonderful, patient, and knowledgeable! I appreciate the help, especially when the big shops wouldn't. The technician was knowledgeable on the concers we had and didn't just take my money when it was a MUCH lesser problem. The sweet lady who answers the phone was so patient and KIND every time I called. And it was too many times I guarantee you. Got all my info,and was there to do the job in a reasonable time. Found the problem, and took the broken part of my driver's truck to the parts store to get the "core" charge to make the new part cheaper (since I got to pay for the part) witch was cool since other companies would just make you pay for whatever they got and leave with the broken part.Put on the brand new(less expensive) part and made sure everything was good to go before talking offRecommended roadside services #24 hour roadside diesel service

Took them 8 hours and over charged to simply change a spare tire. Three guys struggled to change the tire because, as the owner told me on the phone, "they are not very bright."Service: Tire changeService: Tire change

Called needing to see why my truck would not regen,stuck at loves until they showed up about 45 minutes after my call.. red was able to find the cause of my truck not performing the regen, fix the issue, and get the regen done all in about 2 hours! Very knowledgeable, friendly and fast professional service, definitely recommend! Thanks again!

This company is unreliable they never call back for roadside service. They have you waiting on the line and waiting on the call back. I had to call six times and they never called me back to see if they were going to be able to do the roadside service they had me waiting for the longest time without no answer

Road call no have paccar software, codes did get say def sensor, but wastedhours taking apart dpf filter banging it with a hammer, realizing it would take all night. Leave you stranded, make you pay $400. Ended up being def sensor in tank like I said:(

Absolutely horrendous, wouldnt recommend to anyone that wants to have a quick work done for a fair price. They try to sell worn out tires as new.

They sent a guy out last night to repair my truck and 459.00 later and 2 hours I am sitting on the side of the road. No one will answer the phone yet they told me they were coming to the job they should have done. Called guy at 9pm on Sunday night and he showed up at 1am and finished at 830am. Then the secretary had the nerve to tell me they do the job with who and what they have. Need to be reported to the BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU.

Sent a tire guy out that had no mechanic skills because he was their tire guy to make repair on 18 speed shifter controller major air leak. After 5 hrs. of tire guy trying to repair, our driver made him give up only to get a stupid high bill. The next morning driver limped it down road to a repair shop that fixed shifter in less than a hour for 1/4 $$ that Red's charged to do nothing. Red's manager offered to pay for the 2nd repair shops bill but can't answer calls or return my messages left with the woman answering their phone. We had dealings with 2 employees there (neither competent). You better be in a bind if you have to try this shop for roadside repair. Would give 0 stars but this review site wont let you.

Worst experience ever. After waiting an hour for them to show up for the repair, they had no idea how to fix our problem. After wasting about 30 minutes, they told us that they didn't have any tools with them and needed to go back to the shop. They showed up an hour later and preceded to sit in their truck and have lunch while we sat there on the side of the road. After my husband confronted them, they ran some diagnostics, refilled def, and told us to get back on the road. We luckily made it to our destination (4 hrs later) where the engine finally died and truck had to be towed. They did absolutely nothing to fix the problem.

Really do care about getting travelers back on the road. I did not utilize their services but they still helped me with getting back on the road. I'll find you one of those dolly's Red.

Did not come with a tow truck had an Old beat up truck with a trailer on it do not secure our vehicle properly way too expensive $250 is too much to go to miles 2 miles and for a receipt he hand written a receipt of a torn piece of envelope worst service ever and he was more worried about eating than Towing our truck will never use then againService: Car towing

Nobody will answer the phone at Red's Diesal. I know that this shop is one of the best in Corpus, so why Is nobody answering the phone so we can utilize such great expertise.
