Bought a used car and I love it and the sales person was friendly and amazing. However I was sold a service plan that I wasn t told about which is ok, I can use a service plan. I made an appointment to get my car serviced and scheduled the earliest possible appointment being as I m a full time student working a full time job with 4 kids. I asked the rep who scheduled my appointment how long it would take and they said an hour and a half. I show up early and hand them my keys. I get a text 30 minutes later saying my car is being checked in and a link was provided to check the status. An hour after I received that text I checked the status and it hadn t moved. Thinking it was just a glitch I called to find out what was goin on. It was not a glitch and my car hadn t been touched yet. Given that I have to be at work within the next hour and I knew it wouldn t make it on time I had to cancel my appointment, waiting a whole morning!! I m beyond furious that not only was I sold a plan i didn t ask for or even want but I was also given incorrect time information. I know how long it takes to get serviced through a dealership which is why I would never knowingly purchase a service plan. A refund request for the service plan has been initiated and I will no longer be doing business with this dealership. It s a shame considering I ve purchased my last two vehicles from them.

NEVER will step foot back in that place! Bought tires less than two years ago. When purchasing the tires I explained that I was concerned with how fast they were telling me I needed new tires. I was told to purchase the warranty and not to worry. Well here we are two years later and they are telling me they won t honor the warranty and I need all new tires! I have faithfully brought my vehicle in for oil changes during the last two years and always ask do my tires need anything? Are my tires okay? Not once did they mention anything until today when they want me to buy 4 new tires.Oh and did I mention the A/C in my vehicle hasn t worked since I paid them to do the maintenance they recommended

9:30 AM appointment on a Tuesday morning for a simple oil change and tire rotation, and the car was in the queue for 2.5 hours until I finally talked to the service person to complain and they brought it in to the shop at 12 PM, and the car was finally ready at 12:38 PM.We were sitting in the waiting room for a little over 3 hours for an oil change, which is pretty ridiculous. They also had no available updates, as the board in the waiting room was many days out of date.Pros:-Free coffee/tea-Clean and quiet waiting areaCons:-Absolutely terrible service wait times-Waited 3 hours for an oil change on a weekday-No updates except by asking service person directly because screen was out of dateAll in all, we were disappointed and will not be returning to this location for service.

We where attended by Mario Rivas, he was very attentive and patient with us. He went out of his way to make us feel satisfied with our purchase and trade in. He was very acknowledgable about the automobile we wanted to buy. He even offered us water or a soft drink. Not like Honda dealership they didn't even offer us water. We recommend Mike Shaw Toyota and Mario Rivas.

At first I was somewhat approached by Mr. Aleman, he seemed skittish under the circumstances. Our agreement was for me to trade my car in with no payments down, along with cosigning as I was before through AutoNation Toyota. Im a delivery driver of almost 4 yrs, mileage on my new ride is over 90k, I knew due to wear n tear on the engine & a bit of damage due to an accident where I was hit on the side (which I had already told them in advance) might affect my trade-in price. Never did I imagine they would deny me all together & request 5-8k more before they'd even consider helping me. They didn't even consider looking for me a pre-new car or used car at one of their lots...they just rejected me automatically & had me wasting my going 20-25 mins out worrying about my car even making it. So at the end of the day I wasted my gas, time, or any effort of trying to remain in business so I can feed my family & they've lost my business & I won't be referring anyone their way from this day forward!

Beautiful awesome staffing. Went in for a windshield repair. From the moment we got there to the moment we left. Professional, caring, respectful. They drove us to get breakfast at Denny's and picked us up. Driver very pleasant and respectful. Thank you, yes ma'am. Perfect. Definitely return if needed. Thanks Mike shaw Toyota.

Happy to say I went back to Mike Shaw for an up grade. My second time buying a vehicle there. Experience was different. Sales guy was nice. He asked what I was looking for, told him another Rav4 or a truck with bigger engine. After showing me a 2015 with a lot more miles than mine. I asked if there was something newer. He then shows me a 2020 Tacoma. Can't lie beautiful truck. Wasn't ask if I like a test drive. Went in and drew up numbers. All sounded great. Sale guy said it had more power than my 2018 RAV4. I was excited signed papers took it home. Have been driving it but, truck has same engine my rav4 had. I was very disappointed. My son works there so he confirms engine is like my Rav4. I went back. I felt betrayed because sales guy wasn't honest with me. I got it Friday June 11th and went to voice my disappointment. Ask if I might be able to swap it out. I went on June 19 and was told it to late. Don't get me wrong Mike Shaw is a great place with good people I just happen to get one who wasn't totally honest. So my point is ask more questions take someone who know about engines. Check reviews on all sales guys. Able Padilla wasn't totally honest with me. Oh one more thing sales guy needs to be more professional. My name is not mamas. Mrs. Lopez or Gracie would have made me feel more comfortable.

OMG reason I always always keep coming back, Service is consistently Great since I first bought my 1st vehicle there in 2016, no matter who attends me The People there make me feel Important , The Entire Staff from one end to another are all Happy , Smiling , laughing, as if no one had any problems, making me Think of where I work is totally opposite So must be that Staff is being treated with high Respect by Toyota and they the Staff return their joy to us the Customer which I Love because I leave Happy from there with the Best Care Attentive to me and most importantly the greatest care for my Toyota 4runner TRD that I'm Inlove with from day 1 in 2017, Thank You to everyone there

I just don't understand why ,I leave the lot with a used car at17,500.00 approx. 9 months later they say oh we're giving crazy amounts for used car. I take time off to take it up there, and yea. They give you a crazy amount for it $7,000 still owe 13,180.00 well you know where that went, this all started with the ac going out on it, my daughter needs a car to get my grandson to school and other things . well they talked me out of trading it in. Bought the other car was going to sell the one with ac problem. Well the ac one was in shop for way over 2 and a 1/2 months well long story short. I still have the Kia. And the Honda and mine . Not good. Not good at all. Hell I still can't get my 18 Camry running right. There going to mess around tell the warranty is out then say oh. It's not covered now it well cost $4500.00 to fix

I saw a preowned Toyota Tacoma online on their website. I called to make sure it was still available. I show up, and took the 30 minute drive to go see it and hopefully buy it. I talked on the phone with Sweet, and she confirmed it was still in fact available. And I show up, they tell me it has been sold. What an inconvenience!

Horrible customer service from the service department- Time wasters, not courteous, don t care AT all about hugely inconveniencing customers. Went from being my first choice service stop to- Will not be back unless I have NO other choice in a single visit.

Maintenance required display on dashboard for oil change called dealer who we work with and put it in line for preventative maintenance, 14 point inspection under the hood, tire pressure check, and a quote for an accident caused by another driver... All this great service, deals, etc.,

Victor Espindola was very professional and courteous. Went to look at a pre owned 2015 Tacoma and left with a brand new 2021 instead. Very good customer service.
