I called and talked to Pablo Navarro about a vehicle and he had the one I wanted. We came and looked and test drove it. He was very knowledgeable and went over all the details about the truck. He was very courteous and answered my questions. He was the best salesman I have ever purchased from. He knew his job. We made a deal on the vehicle I wanted. Hands down THE BEST car buying experience I ve had. My salesman was Dominic and he was very friendly, knowledgeable and timely. I went in and within maybe an hour or two I was already signing papers for my brand new vehicle. I will definitely be sending my referrals to him and spreading the word. Immediately felt comfortable when i met my salesman Greg. He took care of everything including a last minute request to tint the front windows. I was picked up when my truck was ready and when back at the dealership Greg set up my phone and i left a happy camper. Will definitely recommend you guys to all my friends.

I purchased my 2019 Traverse in Dec '23 w 43k miles. I heard a noise right away from the front tire when going over speed bumps. I was assured it would be fixed w my warranty. I took it in 3xs, each time being without a car for the day and they claimed they couldnt hear it so I would pick up my car unresolved. 4th time, I demanded Mgr come to my house so we could drive around. He finally heard the noise and I took my car in. They changed the struts and I picked it up. The noise continued so I took it back in. I needed a loaner this time because who wants to be without a car again? They kept my car for 10days and they changed the strut mounts. Well guess what? I still hear the same noise going over speed bumps. I will NOT take it back to them. I will check somewhere else, different dealership. I really like my car, but to say I'm disappointed is an understatement.

Only giving the 5 stars for the sales Man named Roger!We did talk with a partner of his first and to be honest we were on the fence and possibly going to go with another dealership. We did go back the next day and after speaking to Roger in person things were very clear! He went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable. Since the vehicle was meant for me and so when I gave the okay to my husband we shook hands with Roger and made the deal! Definitely treated us with the upmost respect and dedication to make this experience one to remember! Appreciate him and making the time go by very quick for my family and I.

I can with absolute certainty that I am disappointed in my experience with this dealership. At every turn, something has gone wrong in this process. I have been there 8 times since my first contact about purchasing our car. I am happy with my new-to-me vehicle, however, this dealership s inability to bring a process from start to finish clearly and correctly indicates either a general level of apathy among staff members or plain incompetence. The dealership eventually righted all wrongs, but only after repeated contact from my wife and I. If someone from the management team would like specifics, I d be more than happy to fill you in.

Recently bought a 2024 GMC Sierra Pro from Beck & Masten Buick GMC Coastal Bend in Robstown and I am very Happy with my purchase . Melanie who was my sales Consultant helped me with the process and she was awesome . Before I knew it I was already in my new truck. I always wanted a GMC Sierra but thought I wouldn't be able to get one . I was very excited when she said, are you ready for your truck and I was like really . If you are in the market for a new or used vehicle, LOOK NO FURTHER!!!!! I cannot express how helpful, considerate, accommodating, and friendly the staff is here at Beck & Masten in Robstown, Tx. I have been on the hunt for a particular vehicle and not only did they work my deal to what I was needing my payment to fit my budget, they drove to Houston to pick up the exact vehicle I was wanting. This dealership went above and beyond my expectations!!!! I have bought my previous 2 vehicles from Kim and I knew to go back knowing I was in the market again. Her along with Justin put me in exactly what I was wanting & I cannot thank them enough for all they did! Would recommend to all my friends and family in the market for a vehicle. And I will definitely come back to her/them in the future if I m in need of a new car again. Thank y all!

Awful customer service, called 4x before I was finally able to talk to the receptionist (I think) and was forwarded to a generic voicemail. Couldn t get sales on the line for the life of me. Tried to ask for sales manager and was given the run around how they were out of office or busy . When I finally got connected with a salesperson I told him I was interested in our the door pricing including any offers available and was told he would text it over to me shortly. An hour later no text, some other guy called me and left me a voicemail where he was having a separate conversation to start the voicemail, had something mumbled and spoken so quickly I couldn t make it out about the vechicle I was calling about then said bye, but the voicemail kept going for another 30 seconds with a personal conversation. Very clear they didn t want to actually help me and extremely unprofessional. Was ready to buy a vehicle I saw on the website CASH IN HAND but took business elsewhere because B&M didn t seem to want my business. Wouldn t recommend at all.

Very disrespectful sales crew!!! My daughter who is a first-time car buyer and a full-time nursing student went into this dealership after we picked out some Certified pre-owned cars online. When she arrived the cars, she had picked out do not exist on this lot and the car that they did show her that was in her price range (~10,000$) had body damage. When she asked about the damage and the possibilities of it being repaired before the sale the sales guys ridiculed her and laughed and said it's just a 10K $ car, we are not going to spend our money on it. So, my daughter picked up and left but with hurt feelings and a bad taste for the experience. I feel bad for recommending this place to her. Beck and Masten you really need to work on your customer service!!

The group of people at this dealership know how to help and take care of their customers. It's evident from the the online presence to the salesmen in the front to the GMs in the back. They are all on the same page when it comes to the level of service they are proud to give. Even the financial department that closes the deal still did his job to sale products but not be pushy in anyway. He made everything make sense. So I bought 2 that day. And I will be back.

Went in a couple weeks ago to get my key/fob replaced. Still haven t received it. Don t know what s going on. Key/Fob finally replaced 2/08 after weeks. Took 2 1/2 hrs of waiting and walking up to customer service area to find out what was going on. Lack of communication by customer associate. Definitely will not be returning.

I Called them and they told me 59.95 for a oil change then when I was going to pay I got charged almost 90 bucks the lady up front stated that The people that I talk to over the phone. Don't even know their prices that they have. And I stated, why would they state those prices then? And she said that She talked to her boss. But nothing has been done yet. So long story short I ended up paying for a expensive oil change

I wonder if this is a typical customer experience for this dealership. I arrived at this dealership on time for a scheduled appointment to complete the GM complimentary warranty maintenance. I mentioned to the service advisor 142574 Robert Vasque that I had been experiencing a vibration in the steering wheel since I took delivery. I requested tire balancing while they were rotating the tires. At which point he advised me that it would cost an additional $90. I told him I paid $100,000 cash for this truck and $4000 for an extended warranty 6 months ago and now ya'll want to nickle and dime me for a complimentary service. I told him not to bother I would take it to a tire shop. Later during my over 3 1/2 hour wait he advised me that they would balance the tires at no charge. He later advised me that one of the front tires was so badly out of balance that they had even tried to spin the tire on the wheel. They now have successfully transferred the vibration from the steering wheel to the rear of the truck. I don't know maybe replace the tire and or wheel to fix the vibration. So now I have a new oil filter dripping on my garage floor and my truck still vibrates. Thanks for asking. I wouldn't recommend this dealership to my worst enemy and I'm pretty disappointed with GMC.

Busy but wants I was served it was good. Was being charged for an oil change. Had to tell them that I thought it was free. For them to check. That came back and said yes you have the Advantage plan. I would think that would show up on their computer. I purchased truck there?

Total pro experience, Rex was great to work with, the video explaining what needed to be repaired was a great tool to help me understand, communication was great, the repair was done right, and it was all done same day with shuttle service to work and back. Great experience.

The biggest headache I've had while purchasing a vehicle. I called about a vehicle I wanted and was given to Epi. I told Epi I live a town over and I was interested in the car. I even gave the dealership my credit app before I came into the store to streamline the process. I show up to purchase the car and car was unwash/detailed, not finished in the service department and my credit had not even been submitted. I was told if I purchased the car they would have to keep it to finish in service and to detail the car. Understood not a problem I understand the business. After purchasing the car I was told I would be contacted when it was done. Received a call about the car ready for pickup TODAY and I show up the NEXT day and again the car was unwashed/not detailed. How is the car not detailed and I show up the day after you said it was already done? I left again and came back the next day to a car not detailed just washed quickly and given to me with crumbs in the center console, fingerprints on all back windows, windshield dirty, and dust on dashboard literally exactly how it was when I came the first day to purchase the car just with some tire shine on the tires. I didnt want to deal with them anymore and decided to just do it myself. I contacted the saleman Epi about the copies of my paperwork signed and he told me he would get back to me, no response. I asked again a few days later and again no response. I had to contact the finance manager myself and get it situated. Very poor effort and lack of communication. Will not suggest anyone to come to this dealership and definitely glad I wont have to deal with them anymore.
