Great experience with Overland! Randy was excellent keeping me in the loop and sending me progress pictures of the work being done. I have attached a few here. I got an Ironman 4x4 suspension kit installed and new lower control arms. I did have a good bit more rust than expected but they did not shy away from the job. There were a few extra days of air hammering and cutting away seized bolts/nuts. But while many shops would not touch my 4runner Randy and Jeff handled business. I did a 3 inch lift in the front and 2 in the rear. It sits level and rides amazing! I will absolutely be back for future maintenance and upgrades! My rear spare tire was seized and would not drop. Randy even cut it down for me so I can use it in case I get a flat. A1 Service!

In the very very beginning I was a brand new 4runner owner with only one goal- the ultimate mod- Paid Off. After that it was time for the suspension lift and off-road tires ! I didn t know where to start so I youtubed a few things and called Randy at Overland. Randy was quick to call me back and was warm and welcoming with my newbie questions. We scheduled a day/time and the work was done within 1-2 days. I was almost taken aback with the high quality service along the way. And that s the way it should be, Randy cared even more than I did about a quality outcome.

Randy and Digger were able to get my catalytic converters replaced in a fraction of the time that it was going to take the manufacturer to even get the OEM parts. They replaced the stolen catalytic converters, o2 sensors, muffler (upgraded to a flowmaster exhaust) and even added a theft deterrent plate as well.Randy stayed in constant contact with me during this entire process. Customer service like this is extremely rare in this struggling market but this will definitely keep me coming back for future projects on this truck.Services: Exhaust, Auto exhaust system replacement

Bought a lift kit from Randy a while back and was told my kit would come with an air compressor since Iron man 4x4 was doing a deal where if you bought a lift from them, you would get a portable air compressor. Well when the time came, I wasn't given any air compressor. Went back for more work and we agreed that I would get the air compressor there. Got bumpers and lights installed and the wiring was good in the rear of the vehicle. Not the same for the front. Wiring worked but the quality of the electrical job wasn't that good. I paid over 5k dollars for this and honestly I shouldn't have. Upon delivery of the vehicle, he said he forgot my portable air compressor, which I paid for during a special ironman 4x4 had. He said he would mail it to me. The front led bar didn't work so I contacted iron 4x4 and they agreed to send me one and they did. Randy told me that I would receive my compressor by mail only because I called iron man 4x4 and told them about what happened. I haven't received anything. Take your money somewhere else. I don't do reviews like this because I'm not picky about things but when someone doesn't hold their end of the deal, this happens.Services: Steering & suspension repair, Electrical

Great place, great prices. Randy and Jeff fixed me up fast with no hassle. I love my Toyota and these guys know them which is hard to come by these days. I've spent alot of money on my truck over the years only to constantly have problems with the work done by past mechanics, I found these guys online and was satisfied from the get go. Ill be back for all my future projects.

Overland bound did an amazing job on installing my lift kit and a bmc on my 4runner. Quality of work was excellent and amazing customer service ..I was going out of town and they even took me to the airport and picked me up. I definitely plan on going back to them for more upgrades, the 4 hour drive is well worth it!

Randy and I had spoke about my new to me Gx470 and he offered to take a look at it and look over the suspension and give me a suspension consultation if you will. Randy and Digger looked it over and found it needed an axle and the suspension is starting to wear and needs some attention. All in all I probably spent two hours with them and they told me about different pros and cons and different suspension setups etc. I was provided with a quote for what needed to be replaced the labor rates seem very competitive and they seem like great guys. I wouldn't hesitate to let them work on your vehicle if you need some work done, they seem very knowledgeable about the Toyota / Lexus brand. Thank you so much for your time Randy and Digger.

Randy and Jeff are great guys. Randy is a straight forward owner who doesn't give you the run around like some guys who own shops, and Randy, former master mechanic at a Toyota dealer, is super knowledgeable on what Toyotas need that go offroading and see rough roads. Shad and Randy really took care of me when one of my cats was stolen. They were taken on a Saturday and by the next Friday all was done. They worked with insurance, answered all my questions and kept me in the loop on everything. They even stayed late on that Friday night so I could pick it up amd ended up sitting around and chatting with them. 5 star service by 5 star people!
