Excellent service. Super friendly and go the extra mile. I ve always gone to discount but the wait times and service has suffered over the years. I m now strictly An NTB customer now. Luis and Jason took the time to explain everything to me and worked with me to get the best value for what I needed. They even fixed my loose bumper for free just because. Amazing team. Couldn t be happier.

Anytime I take my car in everyone is so helpful and respectful. Luis is by far the best, most helpful and always so professional. Jason was the services and was able to get my oil changed quicker than anticipated even though they were short staffed. Thank you for always being so great!

Great opportunity to get my vehicle oil changed & meet the staff member on site Adam. He s very courteous and customer service friendly regarding your vehicle needs. I ve been going to NTB in Roanoke for several years and it s never a bad experience. Great Job guys! Thumbs Up!

The customer service at this shop is excellent. I have an older ford f150 and had some issues with the brakes. Took it to NTB and first interacted with Luis. I advised Luis I was on a budget, and he let me know that he is going to work with me and fix what needs to be fixed. Safety first. Long story short, Luis stayed in constant communication with me letting me know what was going on and what we needed to do. Which is very much appreciated when going to a new mechanic. When I picked up the truck I got to speak with Joe and Jason. Joe also kept me updated throughout the process when Luis was searching for an adapter. Also want to thank Jason for going the extra mile and searching for the adapter as well. This NTB has earned my business 100%!

Luis is absolutely AMAZING!!!! He is the first person to not make me hate going to a tire shop. He helped diagnose the problems I was having and fixed them. Will be coming back here and recommending to everyone. Thanks Luis!!!!

Great products and great people. Ask for Lloyd Cole! He's the man and will take excellent care of you! I tell all my family, friends and coworkers to go see Lloyd at NTB roanoke! When you get there make sure you let everyone know he deserves a raise and promotion!

Had a great experience today at NTB in Roanoke. Luis was very nice and knowledgeable. Alex fixed my tire very quickly and got me back on the road. I ll come back anytime for my tires and repairs.

Great experience with NTB associate Luis in Roanoke, TX. He was willing to price match the local competitor for other wheel alignment service. In addition, I witness his engagement with other customers, and he was very friendly and efficient. Top notch customer service.

This location is particularly known for great customer service in the Roanoke/Argyle community. Cooper went above and beyond to fix my TPMS sensors after Discount Tire left them high and dry. Can t believe recommend this team and location enough!

I can t recommend NTB enough! I am traveling for work and realized I had a flat tire once I got here, one that I could not drive on to get back home (3+ hour drive). I was in a bind because I had my work event all day and couldn t talk on the phone or come pick up my car before they closed due to my work schedule. Joe at NTB was SO SO kind and easy to work with! He called my husband to give him all the info since I wasn t available, and even offered to bring my car key to the place I was working since I wasn t going to be able to pick up my car until after theyclosed! This is amazing customer service! Give Joe a raise! Thank you NTB for making this unexpected, tough situation an easy fix for me!

I typically go to the NTB in Roanoke when tires are low. The young technicians that work there have always been very polite and professional. Not expecting a tip but always leave one as they re deserving of it. I ll add that we purchased both our vehicles tires here as they meet or beat other location pricing.

Made a same day appointment and to have a tire with slow leak looked at. They were prompt, courteous and kind. There was a nail in my tire on the crown that was not able to be patched and they don t do plugs. The service guy was honest and no charge for them to mark and find it. I know I need new tires and they were not pushy when I mentioned I already had some on order. Great service.

I am not complainer by no means. Service here was top notch. However, I went there to fix a flat. Unfortunately the whole was too close to a plug that was previously placed. Ok... That's fine, but I didn't request my alignment to be checked. Which, of course was off, then had to purchase 2 new tires for over $700. I get sizes vary in costs. But when someone pays over $700 for 2 tires and an alignment. You'd expect quality work. Not scuffs on the bumper, grease hand prints inside the car and glue gaping out the new tires. Thank you for your service (Brandon especially) but the quality workmanship was very disappointing, especially having to leave my car there overnight and not finished until after 5pm the next day.

I appreciate the honesty of Jason and Joe today ! I thought I needed a new battery and they tested it and I did not ! I was sure of the age of it and I could have been taken advantage of - I m single and know nothing about cars ! Thanks so much !

Went to this location with a flat tire. Gentleman behind the counter said he couldn t help me since I didn t buy my tires there. Refused to even take a look or at least air up my tire without an appointment. This was 15 minutes after they opened and there wasn t a single other customer at the store. Save yourself the time and don t come here

I called the NTB store in Roanoke and worked with the store manager Greg on a tire that had a punctured side wallHe helped me replace the damaged tire which was no longer in stock with a suitable alternative then replaced another tire that was wearing poorly so I am in very good shape and it was finished in re it's time.Thank you Greg and NTB Roanoke we will be doing all our tire business with you. !!

I noticed I had a screw in my tire stopped by with no appointment and the staff was great.Lloyd was very friendly and helpful. The swapped my spare on for me and got me in my way.

Huge shout to the service and crew here at NTB! . Not only did they help me out with a last minute specialty 4 tire replacement, they had it ready in 3 hrs on a Sunday even with a full garage of work. They even gave me a great deal on a few other things I needed to have done. You don t see this level of service and kindness in places now days. Huge huge stress relief. The customer service was outstanding and this business sets the example for others to level up+! Thanks guys for keeping my car and family safe! I ll be back for sure!
