I will never go anywhere else for oil changes, inspections, or part replacement! From a catalytic converter replacement to the basic oil change and inspection, David, Mitchell, Carlos, and the rest of the team are the most professional and caring staff I have ever met. They genuinely care about the well-being of all who walk through their doors and want to make sure every car and individual is taken care of in a timely and affordable fashion. As somebody who knows little about fixing cars aside from general maintenance, I know I can trust this team to give me the best advice and not take advantage of my lack of car knowledge.

I have received an Excellent service at this location. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with friendly and professional service. I went there for State inspection. I was extremely impressed with MASON s expertise and customer service. He truly made the entire experience stress-free and positive. If you're looking for an honest and reliable technician, look no further than Mason at Kwik Kar! I will definitely be back for any future car needs. They are the absolute best in town!

I had been traveling and haven t been able to get my car inspected. Yesterday driving home 10 min before they closed I called and asked if there s any way possible I could stop by and get my car inspected. With kindness & without hesitation, i was told to come stop by and they would get it taken care of! Took the guy maybe 5 min. Truly is a great feeling seeing a business go above and beyond to help someone out, even if it means staying a few min late. I m very grateful & will be back to get my oil changed this weekend! If you live in the area, this is the place to go! They are kind, quick, and go above and beyond!

They were awesome. I went in for a car inspection expecting to be there somewhere between 30min to 1hr, but I was in and out within 15min and they were super friendly. Great job

I've been taking our personal vehicles to have the oil changed & also for the annual inspections to the Kwik Kar location on Byron Nelson Pkwy. (Bus. 114) for as long as they've been open there. Always have had fast and efficient service by the technicians that work there! Their pricing structure & fees charged for various services provided are very fair too! Very professional and personable service!!!

Absolutely phenomenal service. I went for a state inspection and they absolutely crushed it and were very kind and informative. The best part was they made my 5 year old daughter feel welcome and at home. Very professional will be back for all oil changes

They've been our go-to for anything and everything ever since we moved to Roanoke. They provide a great service and are really friendly, honest and reliable. I would highly recommend this place for any auto repairs/maintainance, oil changes and state inspection and more. Can't say enough about them!

I always get great service at this location but today was absolutely exceptional! Mitchell identified a serious problem and literally spent all afternoon making sure the problem was resolved! I can't thank him and the Kwik Kar team for taking of me and our car! If I could give higher than 5 stars, I would! Thank you so much!!

I went in to get my emission test done. On the way home, my vehicle began to misfire. I went back to find out if this was due to the testing or just a heavy coincidence. It was a coincidence. However, the person I spoke to was amazing and took a few mins to see what was up. Thanks to him, I was able to fix the issue myself.

If you value your safety and trust that an INSPECTION station will do what they say they will do DO NOT GO HERE! Texas state inspections says this is what will be checked... "Below is a list of safety items that are checked in order to receive a valid state inspection sticker: Horn Windshield Wipers Mirrors Steering Seat Belts Brake System Tires Wheel Assembly Exhaust System" this list is right off of Kwik Kar's site. I took my car in for an oil change and an INSPECTION and specifically asked that the tires be checked as we were leaving on a road trip to Denver. 10 days after said INSPECTION I had a flat back tire. When I took it to the tire shop they rolled the tire out to me to show me and tell me had we even gone a few more miles both back tire would have blown/shredded. I called the manager of Kwik Kar and asked if they check tires during an inspection and he said yes, so I told him I wanted my money back because they surly DID NOT check my tires. He rather laughed and said "you're not getting anything back" and hung up. This is totally unacceptable when it is part of their job as posted and it was obviously NOT done. It really makes you wonder what else they tell you has been done when in reality has not been done at all.Service: Oil change

For several years now Kwik Kar in Roanoke TX has taken care of my wife's 2012 Civic and my 1984 Toyota PUP Truck.( OLD Blue lol)From oil changes to safety inspections the technicians are the best and have always done a terrific job!Pleasant guys all the way round that are efficient to the point of very little wait time.David the manager, Mason, and Cameron get you in and out fast.But all the employees here are top notch and I don't want to forget them, so kudos to all!A motorist can't find better service anywhere, in my opinion.Thanks guys!!

The place is a filthy mess. The next to last time I was there, they were completely disorganized. They didn't check my air filter, battery, or tires.Last week, I went for an inspection. Their machine was down. I won't be going back again.I would strongly suggest some adult supervision.

My battery died in a parking lot. Kiwi Kar jumped my car so I could get it to the shop in time to replace the battery before store closing. This place is the best and thank you Maurice and everyone at Kwik Car.

I don t have much money and don t have a regular mechanic due to traveling. I am very particular about my truck and this place is a breath of fresh air! Dillon set me at ease and did not try to upswell anything and actually saved me 25$ on my total bill. The whole staff were great!Thanks guys

My battery would not turn over this morning, called to see if I could have my car towed to the Roanoke location for repairs. Mechanic assessed the battery and replaced at my home within an hour!! Tech was very informative and helpful in getting me back up in running as quickly as possible. AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE!!Service: BatteryService: Battery

Working 8-5 it s super hard to get basic maintenance done. I pulled up 15 mins before closed and they were so kind and understanding! Got my inspection done and came back for the oil change! 100% recommend these guys!

Can't not recommend them at this time. Hard sale tactics, with low quality service. Several unnecessary up charges, work left unfinished or undone yet penciled in as finished. They used to be much better. If you're getting an inspection, be ready for a wiper upgrade that is necessary to pass...

Been going to this location the last few years with one or 2 exceptions. Management David is phenomenal & it shows through his employees work ethics. Always prompt & courteous! Moved away from the area but still come here & here only for my oil changes because I know they are done right. Thank you to this locationUPDATE!!!!! THIS LOCATION ALWAYS EXCEEDS EXPECTATIONS!! They really value and appreciate their customers and I personally feel the same about them. They literally go above and beyond & im so very appreciative of the entire staff! Mason, Brian, and of course mr David and that s just to name a few they ALL work very hard! Thank you thank you and thank you all! I m looking forward to my next oil change as I always do

**INCREDIBLY HELPFUL**Recently acquired a 2013 toyota tundra and with having put 50 miles it flipped a check engine light code. I went to Kwik Kar to have them check it out and worst case scenario when it had to very vague but bad codes. He told me it would cost a couple hundred to diagnose and with how busy they are it would take about a week or 2 just to schedule. He went ahead and reset the codes for me and asked me to drive it a bit and another 50 miles to see if the codes threw again. Now 500 miles later not a problem in sight. In closing I've been going to this shop for years from everything to majors overhaul work to simple oil changes. They do solid work and are incredibly honest.

Great place to get your oil changed and your car repaired. They check your car for other issues, but no pressure to buy extra services. They always have good suggestions to help keep your car well maintained. Fast work and friendly staff.

Dear Kwik Kar Lube,I recently had my oil checked at this location, and open entering, one of the workers came out to meet me, he asked what service I was there for, and I told him that I needed an oil change.The problem I had with this location and the reason for the low scores was that I heard someone within the service garage yelling out "We Are Closed," not once, but it was voiced several times.I was not in the mood for hearing that nonsense, especially after a long day of work, needing my oil changed, and trying to make it to another appointment, it was said clearly and loud enough for anyone to hear, and I felt that it was very disrespectful. I will think twice before visiting this location again. BTW, my first 1-star rating in years! Please tell your workers they were hired for a reason, and there are consequences for reflecting bad service for them and your establishment.

I have used this Kwik Kar Lube & Tune in Roanoke for years, mostly for vehicle oil changes, but I can always trust they have done what I have requested...and that's important when I drive so much. Sometimes it's a little slower than other times, but it's because so many customers keep coming back. Rolled in with a headlight out- in the drivers side. Mason took care of me quickly and with a friendly attitude! It was 1000 degrees out already but he was friendly and upbeat! Kwik Kar is my go to for all my 2011 4 Runners needs! They are friendly, fairly priced, local!!! And knowledgeable.
