Brought in my Toyota 4Runner in for its annual state safety inspection. Gierisch's counter representative was friendly and professional. Told me there might be a short wait and invited me to make myself comfortable. The waiting room had comfortable furniture and a selection of magazines. It was so pleasant fell asleep. For the first time my waiting room wait was was too short.

I had another do a poor job on repair. Took to Gierisch, and they fully assessed the issue. Took very detailed notes and videos during repair and were able to properly fix my truck. Top quality service, honest and thorough. A great place for repairs.

My 20 year old son had taken his truck to a local oil change business immediately after an inspection to renew his tags. They failed to do it properly resulting in metal shavings destroying the motor and turbos. Gierisch Brothers towed the truck, throughly inspected and documented everything for our lawyer and went above and beyond through the entire process. Motor was backordered but they kept us informed, promptly did the work when the motor arrived and throughly tested everything before we picked it up. Our son learned a valuable lesson in that you get what you pay for and we can say that their mechanics are top notch and the customer service is incredible!

Brought my 09 Jeep in for a tune up. I had a cross-threaded spark plug which was a pretty big concern(last tune up was in 2020). The mechanic was able to remove it, rethread it and get it running properly. They identified another potential issue(due to the age and fact it has 11 New England winters under it's belt) and were able to fix that as well. The team there(especially Scott) kept me up to speed on what was being done and the time it would take. I won't hesitate to go back for general or major service.

Dropped my vehicle off on a Monday due to hybrid warning light coming on. Service was scheduled for Wednesday but I received a call Monday afternoon that the car was ready. Our son s car had more than one A/C leak. The mechanics did a great job of identifying and fixing the issue(s). After recently moving to this area, one of the challenges is to find a trusted mechanic. I luckily found Gierisch Brothers and I won't be taking my vehicle anywhere else. Their customer-facing staff is kind, patient, knowledgeable, and keep their promises. They care about making sure I was 100% satisfied and took the time to answer all of my questions. Furthermore, I was impressed with their systems: texting and email links to view almost real-time updates on what they are doing to your vehicle. The only reason I don't give it 5 stars is because of the cost as it seems slightly pricey. With that said, I'm a firm believer that you get what you pay for and, to me, it's worth the extra expense as I know they will give me the best service-- both to me and my vehicle.Services: Vehicle Inspection, Auto battery maintenance, Auto maintenance, Oil change

Great place to take your vehicle. I've taken various vehicles here for the last 20 years or so. They replaced a head gasket on a Ford Fusion and sent the head out for inspection and machining. They were able to get to the issue faster than the Ford house. The engine runs great with no issues or CEL's.Service: Engine repairService: Engine repair

Honest, transparent and friendly. In service communication and time to repair were a little lacking but there were extenuating circumstances (due to non-OEM vehicle modification) on this repair. Irrespective of that and the unique vehicle caused challenge, they creatively and affordably solved the problem I highly recommend them and will also use their services again in the future.Service: Electrical repair

Gierisch Auto Repair is a great place for auto repairs. I had the privilege of being referred by a friend and I'm glad I chose them. The quality of service was excellent in the staff was friendly and knowledgeable. It took the time to explain the issue and the recommended repairs in detail. The repair was done quickly and professionally at a fair price. I definitely will be taking my car back to gierisch Auto Repair the next time it needs service. Highly recommended.

I have never met a friendlier place in years. It s like I walked back twenty years in a company of integrity. I had brought my BMW last year to the dealer and it was a terrible experience with the most unknowledgable service managers and technicians.This garage had not only honest and excellent customer service, the repairman, Jordan, was THE man to turn to in taking care of the car. We had a Toyota Avalon that had a tendency to wallow like an early 70s Chrysler or Cadillac land yacht. We requested a strut replacement, and they did a combination, strut and spring replacement. It was not inexpensive, but it really solved the problem. It turned the car from an unpredictable, bouncy car with a severely underdamped suspension to a car that was, while maybe not a sports car, a very reliable, trustworthy, handling car. Our son is taking this car as he moves away, and I have a much greater degree of confidence that it will provide him with safe transportation than I did before we brought it in for the workService: Steering & suspension repair

I came into this place due to an issue that an oil company caused. The car wasn t accelerating properly and turns out the oil company put way too much oil in. Instead of trying to tell me a bunch of other things were wrong, they figured this out and took out some oil and it runs like a charm. I have gotten scammed at other mechanics so I am happy they have gained my trust and I will be returning with any other issues and I highly recommend them.Services: Auto engine diagnostic, Auto engine tuning, Auto maintenance
