Dealing with Brad was an awesome experience start to finish. He went above and beyond to make sure my car looked better than it did when I originally bought it. Would definitely use them again.

Brad and his team performed a stellar job fixing the hail dents on my Kia K5. The whole process was seamless and professional. Brad explained the whole process with me and kepted me informed of the progress and even worked closely with the insurance adjuster. The car was returned flawlessly with zero dents remaining and cleaned throughout. Cannot say enough about Dent Biz. Thanks Brad and his team. Craftsmanship at it's best!

They were fantastic to work with! My son had over 100 hail dings on his car and we were devastated. Dent Biz made the repairs and it s as good as new! We are so happy! They were great to work with and handled dealing with our insurance company making everything so easy. Definitely would go back to again if we ever have car hail damage in the future.

They did a fantastic job fixing my brand new black GMC Sierra 2500 AT4. I was shocked that I wasn t able to find a single dent after hundreds of them pelted it in the recent storm. They do small and large repairs. Just a standup group of trustworthy people that does excel to provide the best possible customer service.

Dent Biz did a great job. When a problem came up Brad handled it really well. Would highly recommend their services! Glad I went here before going to a dealership. Dealerships often hire guys like Brad to do their work anyway so it costs more having a middle man.

I had a decent sized door ding. I went back to Dentbiz to work their magic. Dentbiz also did the work on my truck after a hail storm. And again my truck looks great. Thank you Brad & Pat for another successful job.

I highly recommend this place for their great service! They did a great job fixing a dent to my Tesla. It looks brand new again. Dimitri did an awesome job! I HIGHLY and proudly recommend Dent Biz! Brad walked me through the entire process and explained everything in full detail. There were no surprises, they offer free car rental, and the turn around time was faster than expected. When I got my car back it looked almost brand new! They cleaned it inside and outside when none of that was expected. They take pride in their work and it shows! call them and set up your appointment right away and you will personally experience this service for you and your car! S.N. There was actually a storm coming through when I went to make my appointment and they offered to provide shelter while the storm passed.

I think pictures speak for themselves. The before picture of the nasty door damage of the boyfriend hitting a bench. The second picture is after Demetri was able to work out the ding. Great work guys!

If I could give them 6 stars I would! My van was damaged in a hail storm and Dent Biz did an amazing job fixing all the dents! My van looks brand new! From the customer service, to the workmanship, and the coordination with my insurance company...I am truly impressed! I highly recommend! Thanks to Brad, the team, and especially Dimitri!

Met the two main guys for a bid. Great people. Haven t had my truck repaired yet but will send more later. Bid was a bit higher than the phone quote but I totally agree with them because they didn t know on the phone where it was on the door. I felt they were completely fair and honest with me and I was in the car biz for years. I recommend them.

I had a dent in my new car and I called DentBiz around 4pm on a weekday, the owner (Brad) told me to bring my car in. Brad and his employee were very friendly and honest. They inspected my car and gave me a reasonable quote; they also told me that they could fix it the same day. It took them an hour to complete the work and when they were done it looked great. I couldn't have been more pleased with their work. Overall, a great experience and I'm glad I found this place. Very honest, timely and reasonably priced.

Had someone open their car door on our new Honda Pilot causing a nasty little dent. Brad and Glenn went above and beyond what I ever expected in working to remove the dent and do a little paint repair. They ended up having to remove the door to work on it. They did the work and put everything back together perfectly. Brad is very conscientious and took a lot of time to do all he could to see that the job was done correctly. Thank you, Brad. Highly recommended!

Took one car in for door dings, and they did such a great job, we ran home and got our truck with hail damage and ran it back... they did an AMAZING job on it as well, for what seemed like a very reasonable price! When we got back with the truck they were working on a brand new SUV with a brand new major door ding. We watched him finish it up, and it was incredible, you could not tell where that ding had been! Great place, great guys!

Exceptional service. This shop took my Toyota tundra and fixed every single dent on my truck in TWO DAYS!(That's almost unheard of). Even the dents that were not caused by the hail. Wayne and Glenn are the dream team. You want those two fixing your vehicle. When it hails again I'm coming strait to this place. The owner of this business will take care of everything, very trust worthy. AAA work and service.

Stopped in to get a pretty big dent out of my fender! They quoted me 350 and then found out it was aluminum, so it was more work then they expected but they kept the price the same. They put alot of car into the car. I could not recommend this place enough! Thank you again guys! They are all friendly kind people also! Car looks beautiful once again!

Fair pricing, quick work and outstanding service. Owner / operator Brad takes excellent care of his customers and the pride in his work is refreshing. I d recommend Dent Biz to anyone with hail damage, dents that don t require heavy body work or even a consult before engaging in heavy body work. Brad has plenty of experience and is honest in his dealings.

Dent Biz has popped dents/door dings on our 2017 Nissan Rogue twice over the last couple years, and they do an amazing job! We have an older 2006 Chevy Silverado that just got pounded by hail the end of March 2020. We just picked it up from Dent Biz, and again, the guys did NOT disappoint! Brad and his guys go above and beyond and stand behind everything they do. We'll never go anywhere else. Definitely go see them!

Good folks and well done service.Went in for some minor hail repair (something I have really not dealt with much before so, hardly knew what I was expecting regardless), whole process was pretty straightforward, they got it fixed, and it looks great. Kudos to them as well for giving honest and clear explanations of the damage and a thorough inspection as well during the whole process, they caught things the initial appraisal missed and seemed to know a good bit about what they are doing. I'd trust them with it again.

Extremely impressed! I took my new Toyota Camry in because I'd received a dent in the hood... they fixed it quickly, for a very reasonable price, and you can't even tell the dent ever existed. Super customer service.... If you ever need dent repair, these guys are the best!

Wow! This is the best dent repair place I ve ever been to. I had some gnarly dents on my car from an incident and they went so far above and beyond my expectations that I would recommend this place to my mother and my girlfriend. They will continue to see my business in the future and any friends of mine that need paint-less dent repair. Great value, amazing service, friendly staff. Cheers!

I am convinced that these guys have wizards hidden in their shop. Excellent work on a 6 month old 2018 Mustang. Took a softball size dent out of the driver door that was right in the body line. Great guys in the shop and they are humble and proud of their work. Will be recommending these guys to all of my friends and families!

Finally took my truck in to get hail damage repaired. These guys are great! The owner, Brad, took care of everything. From taking me to enterprise for the rental, to working with the insurance company. Completely painless process from beginning to end. I won't take my vehicles anywhere else.

Brought my car in 2 weeks ago for hail damage repair from the March 2021 storm. Everything started off fine - friendly, helpful, offered to help with setting up rental car, etc. Told me it'd probably be a few days to repair assuming the rep from Geico came in a timely fashion (which he did). Two weeks later, I'm still without my car. I'm being told that they're extremely busy - fine, understandable, sometimes you get a rush of customers and that's hard to predict. Totally get that. But whenever I call asking for updates, it's like I'm hugely inconveniencing them and I keep getting told that they're slammed and they can't keep track of who needs what part, etc. etc. They ask me to renew my rental car for another few days and call back, which I do, and then again I'm being made to feel that my calling them is a huge burden. You might be very busy, but your customers don't want to feel like asking for an update on their vehicle is an inconvenience to you. That's just not good basic customer service. At this point I'm annoyed and am just hoping that someone gets this part in soon so I can be done with this and never have to come here again.

My car got serious dent last month by hail damage. All I have to say is "wow" when I got my car back from this company after repairing. They are really nice people, gave me a free rental(They don't have their own rental, but they'll rent it for you from a nearby dealer) and help me to deal with the insurance company. All I have to do is bring my insurance estimate and my car, they will deal with the rest.Although it's a small company, they are extremely professional. After repairing, I can't really tell my car was being damaged before. Very good place if you want to repair hail damage. One last thing needed to mention is that I didn't have to pay anything out of my pocket! 5 stars! :)

Excellent place to get repairs. My Mercedes was in and out in less than 2 hours, for a great price. I recommend everyone to get repairs done with Dent Biz. Other places were trying to charge me triple what Dent Biz charged me and it would've taken them days to do.

Had some serious hail damage on my truck. Insurance adjuster quoted me a hair over $2200.00 in damages. Called Brad from Dentbiz. He & his wife came to my house. Spoke to me like we had known each other for years. He took my truck & had my insurance adjuster out to their shop. Brad showed them all the hail damages that they found which was over $3600.00 worth of damages. Brad waved my deductible. Completed the work while I was out of town on a family vacation. When I came back in to DFW on a Sunday. Brad met me at the shop on a Sunday afternoon when they are normally closed so I could get my truck back asap. They even pulled out a dent that wasn't hail related. That's outstanding customer service. Call them up. They are great people and do amazing work. I will only use Dentbiz for PDR from here on out.

These guys really do great work! Had a very serious ding in a bad spot on my 06 Altima and now it looks brand new. The ding was on my door panel in a difficult spot to reach. I'm a REAL customer for life because Dent Biz not only fixed the door but I was in and out in about 40 minutes.

I highly recommend Dent Biz! They did an amazing job on my SRT Challenger. After Pat was finished I couldn t even find where the dent was. If you have any dent or hail damage needs, go talk to Brad!
