Had a great experience bringing my vehicle in for diagnostics. Friendly and honest staff who don't overcharge for service. For any future vehicle maintenance needs I will sure be using the Christian Brothers at the Roanoke location!

Solid work! Very thorough in their investigations into my vehicles problems and stand behind their work with an awesome warranty! From the first interaction to the last with them, they were overly kind, which is refreshing these days. Strongly recommend if you have any vehicle issues to check them out!

After taking my Jeep to another shop and them misdiagnosing the problem I was in a real bind. I called Christian Brothers in Roanoke. They were able to squeeze me in last minute on a Friday get it Diagnosed and fixed for me to pick up that night! Great customer service great experience!!!

Christian Brothers were very quick at getting my car serviced. They were informative and walked me through what was needed on my car versus what was recommended by the manufacturer but could wait if needed. Great experience!

Best place to get an inspection: I ll never go anywhere else. The staff was super friendly, the inspection was quick and cheap. The waiting area was easily the cleanest and nicest area I ve been in at any vehicle place. Will definitely go to them again.

This place is a complete rip off and the men that were there were incredibly rude to me.I came in to get some maintenance on my car so that it would pass inspection. I had a quote from them from the first time I came in that said about how much it would cost to fix. Immediately when I get there one of the guys makes a comment about where my dad is and if he or I brought the car in the first time. Then Another guy laughed in my face when I handed him the quote and called me sweetie and said that I should probably invest in a new car or talk to my dad because it would cost $1,000 just for them to figure out what s wrong. The problem with this, is I m 22 and married. They treated me like a incompetent young individual and made a lot of assumptions about me which was very offensive. I didn t even say anything I was so annoyed by how unhelpful they were and how they were trying to rip me off , probably thinking I was a teenager they could take advantage of.I ended up taking my car to another shop owned by my friends uncle and it cost me $600 to get everything done including parts and my car passed inspection. There was no major issues with my car that should have costed $1,000 just to figure out. Very rude and overpriced .

They took great care of my friend's car and worked hard to get it in quickly when it broke down. These are very honest and helpful auto shop. I would encourage others to utilize this business

Amazing. I went in after I changed my spark plugs at home to ask them a question about my coolant reservoir and to get their maintenance service to top off the coolant. They looked at it with me and provided me with some good information. They topped off the coolant and told me to come back when it was oil change time. I told them I would definitely be back after how kind they were.

Great customer service and work. I took my vehicle in for just a simple oil change and check up, while I was waiting I informed them I was going to walk to the bank to do something and they said we would be happy to give you a ride there and back. Above and beyond customer service than any other oil service place and most maintenance shops. I highly recommend them.

I went in because of a check engine light. After being quoted hundreds of dollars they offered a diagnostic exam for 117$. They told me this would solve the issue and did not go into details of what they were actually doing which was just taking pictures of different pieces of my engine and giving prices to replace them. An even larger bill. When I took my car to read the actual code it spit out, it was gonna be a cheap and easy fix for me to do myself. While I was charged $150 from Christian Brothers for no benefit to me, I fixed the problem myself for $4.

Best shop I ve been too . All the workers are very helpful and welcoming as soon as you walk in . I would definitely recommend checking them out for any issues with your vehicle

Work completed was good, communication was iffy, but my biggest complaint, and you may find it petty, is the fact that it looked like the technician put greasy hand prints over 50% of my car, and not just the hood/engine area. Very disappointing.

Customer service was outstanding and service was quick. The person who assisted me did not attempt to sell me any unnecessary repairs or products. I m new to the area and have been searching for a honest repair shop. Looks like my search is over. I wouldn t trust anyone but Christian Brothers, Roanoke! The last thing I expected was the level of care, honesty, and integrity that I have encountered in my dealings with CBA. This is not your average auto repair shop! Everyone I have dealt with in the shop is extremely knowledgeable. They give excellent and practical advice and they are willing to guide your decision-making based on your circumstances and the state of your automobile. They are even willing to tell you the truth when it s financially detrimental to them. These gentleman were truly a Godsend when I was dealing with a new move and being a first time Texas drivers license applicant. They were incredibly patient, and virtuous! Huge blessings to them all, particularly Scott and the owner/manager (I unfortunately don t know his name). This is probably the most confident I have felt in recommending a service provider. You can t go wrong!

These guys really helped me out today! I went to this location because of a nail in my tire - the tire store couldn't get wheel off and they told me to go to Christian Brothers, I am so happy I did!! We thought it was going to be a very expensive fix, but these guys were able to get my wheel off, and I was able to drive away. they didn't charge me a penny for their help!!! Any car issues from this point on and I will be going straight to this location! They were honest and I didn't get price gouged!! Thank you so much Christian Brothers!!Service: Tires

Had them throw a borla cat back exhaust system on my new GT Mustang . They took fitment and alignment extremely seriously, even having me bring it back to fix the passenger muffler assembly when it slipped after a few days (complimentary fix). Very satisfied with their professionalism and attention to detail! They may not always be the cheapest on the block, but the attention to detail more than justifies the cost.
