Nora was so helpful and very kind. If I could give a higher rating, I would. She went above and beyond the 5 stars. Not only did she help me find the right part, she helped me replace it right there in the parking lot! Thank you Nora!

I went in to AutoZone in River Oaks needing a quick headlight change. Nora and the team were so helpful, kind, and quick to help me! I also had a lock issue I had questions about, and they were able to direct me to a shop to get that fixed. I ll definitely be back to this location!

Nora was such a wonderful addition to my bad day. She was so great in assisting me with my car trouble. Unfortunately they didn t have the part I needed to fix my issue but that didn t stop Nora! She called other local stores and found the one I needed and had them hold it for me. She s a 10/10 and her soul 100/10. Thank You !

I would say that out of all the Autozones in the north side area of Fort Worth this is by far the best one, specially the customer service. These people here actually take the time to help you and want you to leave with a good experience. Thank you Nora Q for taking the time into looking into my account and helped me save money with the earned points. Such a wonderful soul.

Went to the Zone for a small item, quick run in and out. The item needed wasn't on the shelf. Nora, the rep at AutoZone was determine to help me, which i highly appreciated. My visit tonight was a reminder why I haven't shopped there in a long time. I went in tonight and bought antifreeze and radiator flush. LESS than 45 minutes later i went in with the radiator flush UNOPENED to return it. One employee couldn't figure out how to load a gift card do he sent me to thr employee that originally checked me out when I purchased it. The second employee said I couldn't return it without a receipt. I told him to look up my phone number because I was just bought it less than an hour ago. The employee Said "then where is your receipt if you just bought it". I told him my dad has it and he's already in bed. He then told me "how do I know you bought it here or how do I know you didn't walk in and get it off our shelf?"Long story short I walked out of the store WITHOUT the item I paid for and WITHOUT a refund.Thank you for the reminder of why people need to shop at Napa and Oriley auto parts.

God bless Nora she helped me so much. I had such a good experience with her after having a very rude interaction with this lady AMANDA idk why people work when they cannot effectively communicate. It cost zero cents to be nice. Clearly Amanda was upset today and every response coming out of her mouth was rude. Even her interaction with her co workers very rude and belittling. I would recommend that who ever is in charge discuss with Amanda how to treat and communicate to customers.. GOD BLESS Nora, makes me believe that good people can outshine the ugly ones.

I was helped by Nora who was so wonderful and friendly and informative. Nothing but love and care. She made my visit a happy experienceMy wife and I came there together and she made us feel like family. She sressed the importance of telling the truth and being honest which you don't always get these days. You can trust Nora to give you the best service and advice. I would not dream of going anywhere else when it comes to the maintenence of my car.

I just left this AutoZone and I m very please! Jerry helped me out by checking to see which light was working and which ones weren t. He went out of his way to lend a hand and he even changed the bulb for me!!

AutoZone store in River Oaks the best. Great fast service and a staff that was incredible. Crystal took care of me instantly with a smile fitting my car with new battery. Thanks Crystal. Every time I go to this location. I m always hoping Larry is there. He s knowledgeable, he has a good sense of humor, and he s very professional. He has great advice, so if you have a problem, he ll probably have a better at he has done it that is easier. Really great guy, and he s always doing something when I go in, and not standing around on the clock. Promote this man and give him a raise. Ask for Larry!!

Nora Q was very helpful and pleasant to work with today at the River Oaks Auto Zone. She tested my battery and helped me install the new one after the test came back bad. Great customer service, would highly recommend Nora and this location.
