I m grateful for Tracy. I went to different mechanics to get my van fixed. Neither one could find or fix the problem. I was at my Wits end. Ready to sell it. Tracy was my last chance. He diagnosed the problem and fixed it. Very professional and knowledgeable. I found a dependable honest mechanic for all my vehicles. Needed an auto repair shop I could trust for my daughter moving to the area and found this place. The vehicle was new to us and had an odd sound/problem plus a small leak of some kind going on that needed solving. They looked into all the things I requested and called back with very detailed information so we could make decisions on the repairs. We also had them do some routine maintenance items while it was there. Everything was done quickly and the cost was very fair. My AC decided to stop blowing cold air a few months ago and I needed it fixed before this summer heat. Being that I wasn t from Fort Worth I had no clue who to go to and I m so glad I chose A Premier! They immediately got me on their books, diagnosed the problem and explained everything to me in simple terms. The price was very reasonable as well! The staff was so nice and I felt at ease with them and comfortable leaving my car there to be worked on. Can t say enough great things!

I took my Jeep in to be looked at right after I purchased it. He was able to identify some issues it had and recommended repairs. Told me everything that had been replaced on it previously. His mechanic did a fantastic job on my suspension. Drove completely different after picking it up. Highly recommend his shop. From the minute I walked in the door, I felt at easy. Everyone was friendly, and the place was very clean, not like a lot of other auto repair places. I took one of our work trucks for service, the AC wasn't working, and it was idling rough. I dropped the truck off and a couple days later got a call from Tracy. He was very clear on what the issue was and broke it down so I could understand what the problem was and how they were going to repair it. It wasn't a bunch of shop jargon, that only a seasoned mechanic would understand. I really appreciated that because I am completely lost when it comes to mechanics. He also recommended some additional services I wasn't expecting. When he gave the me the quote on the repairs I thought it was fair but I had to really think about fixing this truck or just getting another one. I didn't feel any pressure, Tracy actually said take your time, think about it and let me know. The next day I called back and told them to fix everything. I think it was the next day he called to tell me the truck was completed. My invoice was what he quoted me so it was nice to not have any surprises at the end. If you are looking for an honest, quality repair shop, that shoots you straight give Tracy and A Premier a shot. Tracy and his guys are awesome! In the last two months they ve had my car twice, he got it back to running smoothly. My gas pedal officially works all the time and so far my headlight is going strong! They also got it done in a timely manner even with Thanksgiving week. 10 out of 10 definitely recommend!!Oh I also left my air pods in my cup holder and they were still there when I picked it up! There are not enough words to describe how great this place is. We have been using them for years! Once a year I have taken my truck in for a front to back and my occasional little mechanical deals throughout the year and they are always quick to diagnose the problem or give the vehicle a clean bill of health. Never ever have I felt pushed, cheated into fixing something that s not broke or felt the typical car shop are you sure that needs done? They are beyond honest and truly there to provide YOU the best value and service for your vehicles. I drive over an hour to bring my vehicles ONLY to them. I tried places closer to home and was SCREWED big time on botched parts. So happy to have found these guys. They are honest, professional, and fairly priced. We started taking my Mini here after taking it to the dealership for years and being overcharged and misled. My clutch went out once in a not terribly safe part of town, and when I called these guys to see if the tower could drop my car off, they offered to come pick me up personally since the tow truck would be delayed. Will continue to do business with them for years and cars to come!

It's a huge relief knowing I have found a trustworthy shop to service my car. Tracy is extremely courteous and couldn't be more helpful. Dan is an excellent mechanic, and will get the job done right every time. I trust these guys with my Subaru and I highly reccomend them for any type of service.

I don't want to tell you how awesome these guys are because then everyone will go there and keep me from getting in! But seriously - they are fantastic. You really do get what you pay for - we used to take the "cheap" route with automotive repair and it never went well. Then a friend referred me to A-Premiere and I have been thoroughly satisfied ever since. These guys know their stuff and you can be sure that the job is done with pride and quality. They stand by their work and go the extra mile to take great care of their customers. Tracy, Leon, Dan and the team are truly the best!!! Highly recommended!

broke down in fort worth while on a road trip. I was recommended to this mechanic by a friend of a friend. very professional and helpful. they went to heroic measures to get my car back on the road, and get my trip back on track. great guys. took time out of their day, and stayed a little late to make sure I got taken care of. A+ experience. would recommend to friends and strangers. thanks!

Excellent service that will surpass your expectations. Our Jeep engine blew out 8 months ago which required a whole new engine replacement. To remedy the issue, we purchased the engine online from ebay and had it shipped to the shop. Tracy worked with us and guided us every step of the way during the shipping process. The ebay seller required that we shipped the old broken engine back to California for a discount on the newer engine and this shop was kind enough to hold the old engine for us in their shop until it was picked up for delivery. This shop went out of their way to even place it on a pallet and wrapped it up nicely for the delivery guy. The service work for replacing the engine on the Jeep however, was nothing short of magnificent. The jeep runs close to brand new if driven slowly. Tracy contacted us during the process of replacing the engine to inform us all the issues they saw with the jeep during the engine replacement and advised all the extra issues they saw with the jeep. They advised us what was a priority to be fixed and what wasn't. I will be returning this jeep sometime next year for more service work to make it pristine. I give this shop 5 out of 5 stars. This is a real gem in Fort Worth. Please don't hesitate to try them out. You will not be disappointed with their quality of work.

Headed out of town on road trip. Check engine light came on at 4pm on Friday of holiday weekend. First shop turned me away. A Premier worked me in and fixed issue. Very impressed, every customer that came through their doors while I was there was very pleased with their work and customer service. Will absolutely be back!

These are the BEST mechanics I have ever had!! I took my car to two other mechanics who couldn't find a problem with my car. A1 Premier spent two days diagnosing my car until they found the problem. They wanted to make sure they found the exact cause of the problem to correctly fix my car which they did. I am Super happy with these guys!! They take the time to fix your car correctly and to fix it right the first time. These guys do not just throw parts on your car. They get the job done right for sure. These guys are very reasonably priced. I will definitely being doing more business down the road with these guys! Thank you A1 Premier!! :)

Great people, Great Honest service. Glad I took my Hummer in to Premiere Auto Service. They fixed all the trouble codes. They are very knowledgeable and have equipment to repair some of the most baffling electrical issues that may cause all types of traction control service issues and other trouble codes. They even fixed my tire pressure issue where my tire pressure would never read or connect to my ecm to display tire pressure. They have the technical knowledge and training on computer controlled vehicles, there not going to take customers on a ride to only charge money and never fix the issue. They fix the stuff most shops even dealership s can't fix and Premier does it for a fair price.Thank you very much for the great service on a complicated repair to diagnose and fix the electrical harness and reprogramming the system to operate correctly like it was intended to operate from the factory.Kind RegardsMichael Hern�ndez

My experience at A Premier Auto has been nothing but excellent. The people who work there are extremely professional and punctual. They are quick to diagnosis the problem and get it fixed and back to your as soon as possible. I highly recommend A Premier Auto for their expertise, knowledge, and meticulousness when it comes to any type of auto repair/service needed.

Had my oil pan and rear main seal replaced on my 2013 Jeep WK2 best pricing around with the best turn around even with a couple days of winter weather around the area. Most recommended

I ve been to more automotive shops than I d like to remember, but I can honesty say that this is one of the best.The prices are reasonable - that doesn t mean bottom of the barrel - but more importantly, this team is honest, friendly, professional and willing to go the extra mile to ensure you get the service you expect.I highly recommend this place if you re in need of a good local shop. I ll definitely be back - though hopefully not for quite a while.

This place was a very good choice to have my Mini Cooper diagnosed and repaired. I read the other reviews, and decided to try it. They were very nice, professional, and expert auto mechanics. I'm so glad I chose them. Now, I have a new mechanic that I can depend on. Thank you!!

HIGHLY recommend this place if you are having any problems with your car. They are quick, and the owner is extremely friendly and helpful. They did not try and oversell anything, and they will be 100% honest about what is wrong with your car. Will definitely be going here anytime anything is wrong with my Saturn.

The best in the business! Honest, professional, and meticulous. I bring my BMW here for all of my mechanical needs; although, there is a BMW dealership/service center across the street. What does that tell you? VERY happy!

This is the best shop in fort worth tx (my story) im a traveling hospice nurse and i also have many other nursing jobs i arrived to my destination and my car was smoking with oil all over the ground i took my car to this amazing shop and they really took there time to diagnose my car they didn't just give me any old diagnosis. The icing on the cake is the skills of the amazing technician didnt kill my pocket book and what do you know a large chevy dealership mechanic messed up my car was the problem. I am so grateful for there superior service with my car and would recommend them to anyone that wants an honest shop )

Very honest and very professional people. Been going there for 25 years. Could not be happier. Have recommended quite a few people and all feel the same. Only place i ever take my car.
