Visited store to purchase a battery and Robert has the worst customer service ever. He did not want to do the courtesy check on my car battery and alternator and walked away leaving me standing there. He was on the phone with his girlfriend yelling and took it out on me the customer. I went and purchased my battery else where because I felt threatened by him. I will not return to o'reilley's again. I called and spoke to Sam the manager to let him know. I will be calling the corporate office next!!

Guys that worked here were really nice and helpful. They actually came up to me and my boyfriend while another helped my mother and asked us if we needed help. Along with that, the man gave us honest reviews (not promoting the most expensive stuff but the products he knew very well and had good feedback on). Very helpful.

Five stars given because usually they have the part that I need. On one occasion a young lady that works there was hesitant about replacing a light bulb in my car. I don't blame her sometimes little jobs turn out to be really big deals.

Very friendly staff. One of the staff members not only helped me find the right windshield wipers for my car, but replaced them for me. Very sweet and friendly lady!

It is a true to formula O'Reilly. A plus they give military discounts. A minus they sold me the wrong size bearing race. They did politely refund. I went to a wheel bearing store, yes there are stores that only sell wheel bearings. They knew that my bearing could have either of two size races. Their bearing was significantly less expensive too. So only 4 stars but I will still go there.

Well stocked, friendly staff but they give better price if I order on line than at the counter. ??? Even if your in the parking lot????

I must admit I always choose AutoZone over this place but I had an emergency once and I must say that they provided me with the best customer service and was impressed to the max. I totally recommend this location!
