Horrible horrible service first they refused to validate the warranty on the tire which was still valid then they insisted we needed to call before hand and talk things with management which we did but they insisted they had received no such call on top of making us wait 2 hours just to refuse to replace the tire will never use this tire shop again or any Pueblo Tires for that matter

In general good. just in some days they have a lot of work so you need to try to arrive early, opening at 7am.

I had a brake issue brought my truck in and unfortunately parts I had were not the correct ones. I had asked them to turn my rotors they refused and sent me on my way. I went and got the correct pads and they said they can t change due to there policy. I just needed my pads to get on so I could get back on the road. They still refused any professional solution other that to take it somewhere else. I even offered to sign a waiver to prevent liability but to no avail asking them please just put my pads on or turn the rotors. Nothing they failed big time on servicing a safety issue and was definitely in shock with there outcome! They tried to help me with new rotors solutions for Monday and the service tech Flores was helpful but at the end after three hours they left me hanging knowing that I needed immediate assistance and gave me my key and sent me on my way knowing my condition and my request to rectify. I had the pads tearing into the rotor and asked them to change the pads and cut the rotors but for some unknown reason other than they didn t care or want to or wanted to sell parts I m not sure. But for one thing I am disgusted on there policy and how I had to leave with my brake pads being metal to metal. Unsafe, un professional and something must be done with that management at that store to have a better plan for there customers and prevent such a outcome. I had to leave back out of town the next day but lucky I found a willing shop to and grateful Charlie s Tires down the road for a simple brake job they kindly offered me. I plead that the owners rectify and fix this for future clients and to offer proper professional solutions to the customers and community. Them refusing to do a basic brake job dumbfounds me and should never happen to a customer like that ever again!Service: Brake service & repair

Suspension on my husband's truck needed to be replaced, they gave us a great price and the person who helped him was very friendly! They also did the oil change while it was there. The truck was finished the same day. Very fast and great service!

These people do not want to work! There worthless! It's 5 p.m. and they said we can't cause we're about to close. But the sign says close at 6 p.m. yeah but we don't have the time. Lazy people... it's hard to find good help!

Stopped by Pueblo for a repair on a flat tire I had. I was quickly tended to by Hiram and he took the tire to get dismounted and repaired. Hiram came back and unfortunately the tire was unrepairable because the tire actually had a tear instead of a puncture. Hiram explained it would not be safe to repair a tear. I was glad to hear his professional opinion and regard for my safety.He promptly loaded the rim back into my vehicle and did not charge for the time it took to dismount the tire. I appreciate Hirams professionalism and courtesy; all this 15 mins before closing time. Yes I m that customer that arrives 15 mins before closing time and expect the highest level of service. Pueblo Tires did not nor has ever failedwith their service. Awesome staff, service, and willing to help 15 mins before closing time Shampoozie!!! Service: Tires

Took my truck for oil change and fuel filter replacment. First, they overfilled my truck with oil. As soon as I picked up my truck I noticed the oil gauge was fluctuating. Had to take it back as soon as they returned it to me so they could take some oil out. Also, I took it to get the fuel filter replaced and when they called me to pick up, they tell me they didn't change the fuel filter. The excuse was that ran out of time to pick up the fuel filter from another store. No call or nothing.. I will not be a returning customer.

Got an alignment done ( September 27th ) then drove 12 hours. I had to get another alignment done today. I found out they did an alignment for a Jeep Grande Cherokee ( I have a Jeep Trailhawk ). Both front tires are facing East & West. I now need 4 new tires. So many things are wrong with my car now.

I was there yesterday morning to fix a flat on my challenger. They said it couldn't get fixed and I needed a new tire. Charged me 10 dollars for checking the tire. I drove to McAllen where I bought the tires. Valley tires Mccoll and white wing they patch the tire at no cost. Problem fixed thank you Valley tires. Pueblo tires bad service no help but ready to charge you . You're better off driving to McAllen to get professional services somewhere else.Valley TiresDiscount TiresNo charge to fix a flat.....

Yea looks like a busy place but no. Vehicles just sitting in garage and bo one in this entire garage. terrible service. Stood at counter for 10 min before a worker finally appeared from somewhere then wanted me go put my mask on before he'd even let me talk. Second bad experience with these people.

I bought tires for my Tacoma here some months ago, i had a flat tire and i just brought it they fix it for free.They also have free rotation when you buy tires with them.

Worst ever when free Rotating tires, free Balancing tires, etc!!!Unless you are buying new tires, they will treat you like a King!!!
