Well service was fast. but they didn t walk around my car to check if wipers were any good n didn t check my tire s like they should. When I went to pay I told them if I would get a free oil change n filter like it said there next time since you did not do the things it said there then the guy tells me but I did n I told him you did not I have it on video n I also need a wiper for the back window n you did not offer it to me . I don t know if the guy was new or what but he would ask someone one else for what he need to do next. You see this are things you do to make more sales for the company.

Excellent service delivers when promised .However they did not perform their service check on the sign in the waiting room . That said if it wasn t down the next oil change was free.

Took in my vehicle for a recall, the letter clearly stated it would take 2 hrs, ended up taking more than a week. Got called that my vehicle was ready and they were handing me keys to another car. Most inconvenient place to take your vehicles for service, preferably drive to McAllen or Edinburg.

This business harassed me with phone calls even though I have never been anywhere near Rio Grande City, TX in my life. I have also not been looking to buy a vehicle, have never heard of this establishment, and I did not give my number away to any related businesses. After I blocked their business number, their employees started harassing me through text message.Leave me alone and stop harassing random people.

Fantastic, speedy service and the coffee was awesome! Clean restrooms; they get the job done a little too fast! My coffee was still hot and I didn t really get to enjoy it. Wish they weren t done already.

Very good experience like every other dealership trying to get you to buy a vehicle. Please lower the prices on all new cars. Prices have exploded up and every single dealership has increased the MSRP cost.

I dropped by to check out the prices on some cars I saw there. The salesman Luis was very helpful and showed me a new car that was not that much more. I thought it would take forever but he got the paperwork and pricing done within an hour. It was great then he helped me download the Ford app., and showed me how to use it. Great overall experience! Love my new car!

This dealership was recommended by a friend for the following reasons I agree it s a smaller location with less traffic and the quality of service is equally excellent to a larger dealership and I was in and out quicker than expected the customer service was excellent and I couldn t be more satisfied thank you all at Payne rio grande

Needed to have our motorhome checked out. Stopped by Payne Ford and they set us up right away to have it analyzed. Informed us it was safe to drive and the repair could wait until we returned home. Honest, fast and overall great service. Highly recommend to others to utilize their service department.Thank you for the wonderful service!

I called today to check how much they would charge for a transmission oil and filter change. The receptionist answered and transferred my call to the floor to be then transferred again to the service department to Mr Luis and he literally said he had no idea how much and he transferred me back to the sales department. That says alot about this place I didn't read the comments before now I did. and that I've experienced it myself how bad this place is I'm definitely not recommending this place. I mean we cant expect much from Rio Grande

Customer Service Department didn't really make me feel welcome. This created a concern because it is the only Ford dealership in our area. The service advisor didn't acknowledge my presence. He would talk to the clerk instead of addressing me directly. The mechanic, even though he came in to drop off the keys when I picked up my vehicle, didn't talk to me about what he discovered when investigating my concern. The only person that was a bit better was the clerk in the front desk.In this line of work, the customers are supposed to feel welcome and at ease when they are in need of service. I definitely did not feel this on this visit.

Took my Ford 150 2022 for a trailer break since it didn t come with the truck. They gave me a price for the trailer break and service and I payed it with no complaints. I went to pull my RV and it didn t work so I took it back and they said that it needs an additional module in order to work and it would be an additional $300. I told them that they should have said that at the start. Now they are just going to take it off because they can t help me with their mistake. Took it to them because of the warranty but it doesn t seam they know what they are doing. At this point they still have not resolved the issue.

I had an amazing experience! The general manager Ivan Nava and sales person Joel Garza helped me with my purchase. They made sure I had the vehicle that I loved and I left with a Jeep Cherokee. I went from Mission to Rio Grande City so that alone should tell you their customer service is amazing!

They will sell you a truck but if you need to take it in for maintenance they're always booked. Then when they do take it in they tell you they need to order parts and that's another delay. Don't buy local you'll never get anything done in this town.
